Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种室内墙面电加热供暖系统。该室内墙面电加热供暖系统由下述材料构成:界面剂,电加热网,锚固件,抹面砂浆和饰面材料等。其特征在于用锚固件把电加热网固定在室内墙面上,随后用抹面砂浆进行抹面找平,至把电加热网和锚固件完全遮盖为止。本实用新型在电加热网接上电源后,通过对室内墙面部位的空气进行加热处理,而促使室内冷热空气的对流循环,进而对室内的环境温度起到调节的作用。这种新型的室内墙面电加热供暖系统,厚度薄,自身负荷轻,安装简便快捷,具有优良的热传导性能,加热效果好,使用石膏材料这种带有“呼吸”功能的抹面砂浆作为保护材料,能进一步改善室内的居住环境,提高舒适度。

背景技术:
在日常生活中,人们在室内环境下常用的供暖系统如:空调系统,热水管暖气片等,但这种室内的供暖方式不仅占用室内的居住空间,同时又不可避免地带来了一定的噪音!众所周知,如果对空气进行加热处理的话,所形成的热空气就会逐渐向上浮移,如常见的“孔明灯”,“热气球漂流”等。从物理学中的理想气体状态方程式(见方程式1)中可以看到,当理想气体处于平衡状态时,理想气体的体积与温度之间呈现线性关系,理想气体的重量与体积的关系见方程式2。

从方程式3中可以看到,理想气体的密度随着温度的上升而下降。也即温度愈高,气体的密度就愈低,相应的体积就愈大,热空气就更容易向上漂移,也即室内空气的分布通常为:热空气向上漂移,而冷空气则分布在地面部位。 
但随着室内靠墙位置的空气逐步被加热,而导致热空气加速向上漂移,同时由于气体的漂移作用而将地面部位的冷空气带动向上迁移,一起进入冷热空气的对流循环,使得室内的空气温度变得逐步均匀起来。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型提供一种室内墙面电加热供暖系统,用于弥补现有室内供暖系统的不足,进而改善人们的居住环境,提高舒适度。 
技术方案是:本实用新型是一种室内墙面电加热供暖系统,该系统所用的材料为:界面处理材料(2),锚固件(4),电加热网(3),抹面砂浆(5)和饰面材料(6)。其特征在于该墙面供暖系统中的界面处理材料,抹面砂浆和饰面材料等均通过相互粘结复合而成,而相应的电加热网,锚固件则通过锚固而成。 
本实用新型的技术效果是:在室内墙面由里向外设置的电加热供暖系统,各种组成材料具有独特的作用。 
1.基面(1)上的界面处理材料(2)提供了很好的粘结性能,同时又能防止抹面砂浆在施工过程的快速失水,从而有效的增加了整个供暖系统与基面的粘结能力。 
2.利用锚固件(4)直接把电加热网(3)锚固到基面(1)上,从而对电加热网起到支撑和固定的作用。 
3.利用抹面砂浆(5)对电加热网(3)和锚固件(4)进行抹面找平处理,以便对电加热网(3)和锚固件(4)起到保护和找平的作用。 
4.在抹面砂浆(5)面上使用相应的饰面材料(6)(如装饰砂浆,涂料等)起到装饰美观作用。 
由于上述各层材料的协同作用,能进一步完善本实用新型所提供的室内墙面电加热供暖系统,从而提高其耐久性。

本实用新型所提供的室内墙面电加热系统是:在墙面由里向外依次为界面处理材料,电加热网,锚固件,抹面砂浆和饰面材料,各层干燥固化后与基面结合成为一体。 
具体施工步骤如下: 
1.清理基面上的灰尘和其他杂物; 
2.用界面处理材料(2)对墙面进行界面处理; 
3.用锚固件(4)把电加热网(3)固定在墙面上; 
4.用抹面砂浆(5)进行找平、抹面处理; 
5.施工饰面材料(6)。 
在施工过程中可根据施工时具体的环境条件(温度,湿度等)和施工要求来调整各层的施工间隔时间及相应的施工顺序。

1.一种室内墙面电加热供暖系统,该墙面供暖系统所采用的材料为:界面处理材料(2),锚固件(4),电加热网(3),抹面砂浆(5),饰面材料(6),其特征在于:用锚固件(4)把电加热网(3)固定在室内墙面(1)上,随后用抹面砂浆(5)进行抹面找平,至把锚固件(4)及电加热网(3)完全遮盖为止,上述各材料通过相互粘结及锚固而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面电加热供暖系统,其特征在于所述电加热网通过接上电源加热电加热网后对墙面周边的空气起到加热的作用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的室内墙面电加热供暖系统,其特征在于所述抹面砂浆为石膏基材料,铺设在墙面电加热供暖系统外层的石膏砂浆能对电加热网起到很好的保护作用。
