Abstract

標的物質の検出方法は、被検用試料中の標的物質(5)が特異的に結合する第1のアプタマー(1)と標的物質(5)以外の第2のリガンド6が特異的に結合する第2のアプタマー(2)とを備え、第1のアプタマー(1)は1以上の二本鎖が形成する二本鎖形成部位を有しており、第2のアプタマー(2)は2以上の二本鎖形成部位を有しており、標的物質(5)が結合する第1のアプタマー1の塩基配列は、第1のアプタマー1の二本鎖形成部位の塩基配列の一部を少なくとも含み、第2のリガンド(6)が結合する第2のアプタマー2の塩基配列は、第2のアプタマー(2)の2以上の二本鎖形成部位の塩基配列の一部を少なくとも含む、複合体(4)を用意する工程と、標的物質(5)と第1のアプタマー(1)とを結合させる工程と、第2のリガンド(6)と第2のアプタマー2とを結合させる工程と、第1のアプタマー1の二本鎖形成部位の開裂を検出する工程と、を含む。
