本发明与卡式踏板的迫紧件制造方法有关, 更详而言之, 乃特指一种制造方 法具有可一体制成包含有一弹簧调整片的迫紧件, 以简化卡式踏板的结构与组装 程序, 更包含一种以该制造方法所制成的迫紧件结构, 以及一种包含该迫紧件的 卡式踏板。 背景技术
自行车的卡式踏板是藉由卡鞋扣片将卡踏与卡鞋相扣合的原理, 使自行车骑 士的脚不会与踏板分离。 相较于传统不具卡扣结构的踏板, 卡式踏板会让自行车 骑士更节省踩踏力量, 使踩踏的加速力量持续, 且可防止足部与踏板分离, 因此 在登山车、 越野车、 竞赛车等车型经常使用卡式踏板。
关于卡式踏板先前技术, 如美国专利 6708584号专利案, 其揭露了一踏板总 成, 包含: 踏板轴、 绕着该踏板轴而旋转的踏板本体、 分别连接于该踏板本体第 一端和第二端的前扣件和迫紧件。 584案另揭露一和该踏板总成得以卡扣结合的鞋 扣片, 该鞋扣片具有前附着部份和后附着部份, 其可以分别对应卡扣于该前扣件 和迫紧件。 该踏板本体的后端具有一梢杆, 该梢杆上设一组扭转弹簧, 该扭转弹 簧的其中一簧脚连接在该迫紧件, 另一端则连接于一设于该迫紧件上的调整组件, 并藉由该调整组件迫紧或放松该扭转弹簧, 藉由改变施加于该扭转弹簧的预力大 小, 以调整该迫紧件扣合于该鞋扣片的紧度。
然而 584案所描述的卡式踏板, 其组成零件众多, 尤其是该调整组件与扭转 弹簧处, 具有多数尺寸细小的零件, 造成组装手续复杂、 生产不易。 且该迫紧件 为了可供装设该等调整组件, 容易造成形状、 构造过于复杂, 不利于生产制造, 且利用射出成型制造该迫紧件时, 更会造成模具复杂度高、 成本上升, 甚至难以 开模取出工件等问题。 发明内容
综合上述先前技术, 习用技术卡式踏板的迫紧件, 存有零件形状复杂、 尺寸 细小、 组装手续复杂、 生产不易等问题。 为解决上述缺点, 本发明提出一种新型 的卡式踏板、 卡式踏板迫紧件制造方法及其结构, 其可减少该迫紧件的组装程序, 并简化该迫紧件的形状构造, 以利于开模制造、 降低生产成本。
本发明一种卡式踏板迫紧件制造方法, 主要包含有以下步骤:
提供一迫紧件模具, 该迫紧件模具内具有一成形模穴;
提供一弹簧调整片, 并将其置入于该迫紧件模具, 使其至少一部分定位于该 成形模穴内;
提供一迫紧件材料, 将其注入于该成形模穴内, 使该迫紧件材料于成形模穴 定型, 并与该弹簧调整片结合固定; 以及
将定型后的迫紧件自迫紧件模具内取出, 以形成一具有弹簧调整片的迫紧件。 本发明一种卡式踏板迫紧件结构, 该迫紧件利用前述的制造方法所制成, 其 包含有:
一迫紧件本体, 其包含有一迫紧端及一轴接端;
一弹簧调整片, 其设于该轴接端处, 且该弹簧调整片具有一埋设部, 该埋设 部嵌设于迫紧件本体内部。
本发明一种包含以前述制造方法所制成迫紧件的卡式踏板, 其主要包含有: 一踏板轴;
一结合于该踏板轴而可绕着该踏板轴旋转的踏板本体, 该踏板本体两端分别 为一勾固端及一扣固端, 该扣固端可供该迫紧件以一枢杆部穿设枢接;
一设于该枢杆部的扭转弹簧, 该扭转弹簧两端卡固于该踏板本体处, 以相对 该迫紧件提供弹性推抵力的扭转弹簧; 以及
一设于该弹簧调整片上用以调整该扭转弹簧预力的调整组件。
本发明一种卡式踏板迫紧件制造方法, 其可简化迫紧件的结构, 并于将弹簧 调整片至少一部分置入并定位于该迫紧件模具的成形模穴内, 利于进行该迫紧件 的射出成形加工时, 使该迫紧件与弹簧调整片结合成一体, 藉此, 可减少该迫紧 件的组装程序, 并简化该迫紧件的形状构造, 以利于开模制造、 降低生产成本。
为便于说明本案于上述发明内容一栏中所表示的中心思想, 兹以具体实施例 表达。 实施例中各种不同物件系按适于说明的比例、 尺寸、 变形量或位移量而描 绘, 而非按实际元件的比例予以绘制, 合先叙明。 且以下的说明中, 类似的元件 是以相同的编号来表示。 附图说明

如图 1所示, 本发明一种卡式踏板迫紧件制造方法, 主要包含有以下步骤: a.如图 2所示, 提供一迫紧件模具 1, 该迫紧件模具 1可以复数模块所组成, 以方便开模取出成品; 其中, 该迫紧件模具 1内具有一中空的成形模穴 2;
b.提供一弹簧调整片 40, 并将其置入于该迫紧件模具 1, 使其至少一部分定 位于该成形模穴 2内, 该弹簧调整片 40可全部被包覆于迫紧件模具 1内定位, 亦 可一部分凸露于该迫紧件模具 1外, 端视成品的形状或制程所需;
c.如图 3所示, 提供一迫紧件材料 3, 例如可以射出成形的方式将其注入于 该成形模穴 2内, 使该迫紧件材料 3于成形模穴 2定型, 并与该弹簧调整片 40结 合固定; 以及
d. 如图 4所示, 将各模块分离, 以将定型后的迫紧件 30 自迫紧件模具 1内 取出, 以形成一具有弹簧调整片 40的迫紧件 30。
再请参阅图 5〜图 7所示, 其为一种包含以前述制造方法所制成迫紧件的卡 式踏板, 主要包含有:
一踏板轴 10 ;
一结合于该踏板轴 10而可绕着该踏板轴 10旋转的踏板本体 20, 该踏板本体 20 两端分别为一勾固端 21及一扣固端 22, 该勾固端 21为一中空框体, 且该扣固端 22 包含由踏板本体 20侧边向外延伸的枢接段 221 ; 且该扣固端 22于其内侧设有向内延 伸的卡固块 222; 以及
一以前述制造方法所制成的迫紧件 30, 该迫紧件 30包含:
一迫紧件本体 31, 其包含有一迫紧端 32及一轴接端 33; 其中, 该轴接端 33设 有一对枢接板 331, 该对枢接板 331可供穿设一枢杆部 34以供枢接于该等枢接段 221 处; 其中, 该枢杆部 34可为一对螺栓;
一弹簧调整片 40, 其设于该迫紧件本体 31的轴接端 33处, 且该弹簧调整片 40 具有一埋设部 41, 该埋设部 41嵌设于迫紧件本体 31内部, 该埋设部 41往两侧各延 伸设有一翼部 411 ;
一设于该枢杆部 34的扭转弹簧 50, 该扭转弹簧 50两端为一簧脚 51, 该簧脚 51 可卡固于该踏板本体 20的卡固块 222处, 其中, 该扭力弹簧 50的中段处转折设有一 穿设部 52; 以及
一设于该弹簧调整片 40上用以调整该扭转弹簧 50预力的调整组件 60, 其中,
该弹簧调整片 40上设有一螺孔 42, 该螺孔 42可供一调整螺栓 61设置, 且该调整螺 栓 61上螺设有一调整片 62, 该调整螺栓 61可穿设过扭转弹簧 50的穿设部 52, 并使 该穿设部 52紧抵于调整片 62, 以相对该迫紧件 30提供弹性推抵力; 再者, 该弹簧 调整片 40相对于该埋设部 41的另一端沿该调整螺栓 61轴心方向转折设有一调整段 43, 该调整段 43上设有一长孔 431, 且该调整片 62凸伸设有一可滑动地设置于该长 孔 431内的凸块 621, 该弹簧调整片 40于该调整段 43转折处设有一补强肋 432, 该补 强肋 432呈一向弹簧调整片 40内侧凹入的凹槽。
明了上述本案详细结构后, 以下针对本案的动作原理逐一详细说明: 如图 8所示, 本发明的卡式踏板主要用以搭配一自行车专用鞋的鞋扣片 90, 该鞋扣片 90具有前附着部份 91和后附着部份 92, 使用者使用时先将自行车专用 鞋置放于卡式踏板上, 并使得该鞋扣片 90的前附着部份 91插设入该勾固端 21, 再针对该后附着部份 92施力踩踏, 由于该迫紧端 32的上表面为一斜面, 得以使 该迫紧件 30受力向外转动, 以增加该勾固端 21与迫紧端 32的间距, 藉此, 如图 9所示, 该鞋扣片 90的后附着部份 92可顺利卡入于该迫紧件 30内, 并藉由该扭 转弹簧 50的弹性推抵力, 使该迫紧件 30回复至原位, 并使得该勾固端 21与迫紧 端 32可分别勾固住该鞋扣片 90的前附着部份 91和后附着部份 92,防止使用者骑 乘自行车时, 脚部不慎滑脱造成肌肉拉伤等意外。
再者, 由于该扭转弹簧 50的穿设部 52紧抵于调整片 62处, 当使用者欲调整 鞋扣片 90与卡式踏板的紧固程度时, 仅需转动该调整螺栓 61, 使调整片 62沿长 孔 431滑移, 以改变调整片 62施加于扭转弹簧 50的穿设部 52的预力大小, 即可 调整鞋扣片 90与卡式踏板的紧固程度。
本发明藉由将弹簧调整片 40至少一部分置入并定位于该迫紧件模具 1的成形 模穴 2内, 利于进行该迫紧件 30的射出成形加工时, 使该迫紧件 30与弹簧调整 片 40结合成一体, 藉此, 可减少该迫紧件 30的组装程序, 并简化该迫紧件 30的 形状构造, 以利于开模制造、 降低生产成本。
且该弹簧调整片 40的埋设部 41设有往两侧延伸的翼部 411, 其可加强该弹 簧调整片 40嵌设于该迫紧件本体 31的固定力量, 可确实防止因长久使用后脱落 的问题; 再者, 该弹簧调整片 40可为金属材质所制成, 再加上该补强肋 432可防 止弹簧调整片 40因受力而弯曲, 确实增加其机械强度、 耐磨耗能力以及增加产品 的可靠度。
虽然本案是以一个最佳实施例做说明, 但精于此技艺者能在不脱离本案精神 与范畴下做各种不同形式的改变。 以上所举实施例仅用以说明本案而已, 非用以 限制本案的范围。 举凡不违本案精神所从事的种种修改或变化, 倶属本案申请专 利范围。
Claims
1.一种卡式踏板迫紧件制造方法, 主要包含有以下步骤:
提供一迫紧件模具, 该迫紧件模具内具有一成形模穴;
提供一弹簧调整片, 并将其置入于该迫紧件模具, 使其至少一部分定位于该 成形模穴内;
提供一迫紧件材料, 将其注入于该成形模穴内, 使该迫紧件材料于成形模穴 定型, 并与该弹簧调整片结合固定; 以及
将定型后的迫紧件自迫紧件模具内取出, 以形成一具有弹簧调整片的迫紧件。
2.一种应用如权利要求 1所述制造方法所制成的卡式踏板迫紧件结构, 其包含 有:
一迫紧件本体, 其包含有一迫紧端及一轴接端;
一弹簧调整片, 其设于该轴接端处, 且该弹簧调整片具有一埋设部, 该埋设 部嵌设于迫紧件本体内部。
3.如权利要求 2所述的卡式踏板迫紧件结构, 其特征在于, 该埋设部于弹簧调 整片两侧各延伸设有一翼部。
4.如权利要求 2所述的卡式踏板迫紧件结构, 其特征在于, 该迫紧件本体的轴 接端设有一对枢接板, 该对枢接板可供穿设一枢杆部, 以供枢设于一踏板本体, 该枢杆部上穿设有一扭力弹簧, 相对该迫紧端提供弹性推抵力。
5.如权利要求 4所述的卡式踏板迫紧件结构, 其特征在于, 该弹簧调整片上设 有一螺孔, 该螺孔可供一调整螺栓设置, 且该调整螺栓上螺设有一调整片。
6.如权利要求 5所述的卡式踏板迫紧件结构, 其特征在于, 该弹簧调整片相对 于该埋设部的另一端沿该调整螺栓轴心方向转折设有一调整段, 该调整段上设有 一长孔, 且该调整片凸伸设有一可滑动地设置于该长孔内的凸块。
