Abstract
본 발명은 혈액에 미량으로만 존재하는 혈중 성체줄기세포 및 전구세포들을 혈액 단핵구 세포를 이용하여 효과적으로 배양, 증식시킴으로써 효율적으로 대량 확보하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 줄기세포를 혈액에서 미량으로 채취할 수밖에 없었던 한계를 극복할 수 있으며, 줄기세포의 다능성을 쉽게 확보할 수 있다.
