Abstract

본 발명의 케이블형 이차전지는, 내부집전체, 음극활물질층, 전해질층 및 양극활물질층을 구비하며, 소정 형상의 수평 단면을 가지고 길이 방향으로 연장된 전극조립체; 및 상기 전극조립체의 외면에 권선된 와이어형 외부집전체를 포함한다. 이러한 외부집전체는 가요성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 일정한 정도의 탄성을 지니고 있으므로, 전체적인 케이블형 이차전지의 가요성이 향상되며, 케이블형 이차전지 변형에 따른 단락 및 활물질의 탈리를 방지한다.
