I tried to do that. Attempts were made to remove the plug from 10 tubular containers. Table 1 below shows the numbers in which the cover member was removed from the plug body, only the cover member was removed from the tubular container, and the plug body could not be removed together with the cover member.
- Table 1 also shows the volume of the gripping part of the plug body.
- the volume of the gripping portion of the plug main body was made extremely small, 0.40 cm 3 and 0.36 cm 3 , respectively, but the plug was used together with the cover member, although the size was reduced. The main body could be securely removed.
- the volume of the gripping portion of the stopper main body can be reduced to about 40% as compared with the first comparative example. Therefore, it can be seen that the amount of waste after collecting body fluid can be reduced, and the environmental burden can be reduced.

Abstract
Description
図1(a)に示す栓体1を用意した。ブチルゴムからなる栓本体2を用いた。栓本体2の寸法は、以下の通りである。
把持部2bの外径=15mm
把持部2bの厚み=3mm
栓本体12として、図5(b)に示す傾斜面2iの傾斜角度αを26度とし、圧入部2aの外径は11mm、把持部2bの最大外径は15mmとした。また、内側壁2eの高さ方向寸法は実施例1と同様に1.3mmとした。
図7に示す栓体121を比較例1として用意した。比較例1では、栓本体122は、円筒状の外径=11mmの圧入部122aと、円筒状の外径=15mmの把持部122bとを有するものを用いた。栓本体122の上面には凹部122cが形成されている。
図8に示す栓体131を比較例2として用意した。比較例2の栓体131は、比較例1の栓体121と同様の構造を有する。但し、把持部の体積は0.60cm3とした。
上端開口の開口径が10.7mmである7mLの容量の有底管状容器に各栓体を取付けた。しかる後、カバー部材のスカート部を手で掴み、カバー部材を体液採取管に対して、捻りながら斜め上方へ力を加え、カバー部材3を押し上げることにより、カバー部材を管状容器から栓本体と共に取り外すことを試みた。10本の管状容器に対して上記栓体の取り外しを試みた。カバー部材が栓本体から外れ、カバー部材のみが管状容器から取り外され、栓本体をカバー部材と共に取り外すことができなかった本数を下記の表1に示す。

Claims (7)
- 開口端を有する管状容器の該開口端を閉成するための栓体であって、
前記管状容器の開口端に圧入される圧入部と、
前記圧入部の上部に連ねられており、該圧入部よりも大きな径の把持部とを有し、
前記把持部の上面内において、下方に延びる内側壁により囲まれた凹部が形成されている栓本体と、
天板部と、天板部の周縁から下方に延びるスカート部とを有し、前記天板部の下面と前記栓本体の把持部の前記上面とが対向するように前記栓本体に外挿されているカバー部材とを備え、
前記カバー部材の天板部に設けられ、前記栓全体の前記凹部を囲んでいる前記内側壁に係止される係止部が、前記カバー部材の天板部から前記栓本体の前記凹部を囲む前記内側壁面に対向するように前記凹部内に延ばされている、栓体。 - 前記係止部が、前記栓本体の前記凹部を囲んでいる前記内側壁に当接されている、請求項1に記載の栓体。
- 前記カバー部材の前記天板部の内面の少なくとも一部が前記栓本体の前記把持部の上面に当接されている、請求項1または2に記載の栓体。
- 前記栓本体の前記凹部を囲んでいる内側壁が環状内側壁であり、前記係止部が、前記環状内側壁に適い合う形状の曲面部を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の栓体。
- 前記係止部が、円筒状の形状を有する請求項4に記載の栓体。
- 前記栓本体の前記把持部の前記凹部の外周縁に比べて、前記把持部の外周縁が低くされており、それによって前記カバー部材の前記天板部と、前記栓本体の上面との間に空間が形成されており、
前記カバー部材の前記天板部が該空間に臨む部分に、該天板部から下方に延び、かつ前記栓本体の把持部上面に当接するリブが設けられている、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の栓体。 - 前記栓本体の前記把持部の上面が、前記凹部の外周縁から把持部外周縁に至るにつれて低くなる傾斜面とされており、該傾斜面に当接するように前記リブが設けられている、請求項6に記載の栓体。
