Abstract
The invention relates to a modular device that can be used for covering a surface, characterized in that each module of said modular device comprises a surround which comprises elements consisting of shapes that match corresponding elements of the surrounds of each adjacent module so as to allow these elements to cooperate with one another, such that engagement of these elements with one another as the modules are fitted and installed results in the adjacent modules interlocking and/or overlapping with one another such that they resemble tiles.

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif modulaire qui permet d'assurer la couverture d'une surface telle que la toiture d'un bâtiment ainsi que la production d'électricité. Elle concerne notamment, mais non exclusivement, un dispositif modulaire posé et fixé directement sur la charpente d'un bâtiment, dont chaque module comporte un panneau photovoltaïque. L'invention a donc plus particulièrement pour objectif de résoudre ce problème en proposant un dispositif modulaire qui comporte des panneaux photovoltaïques dont la pose et la fixation ne nécessitent aucune adaptation importante spécifique du bâti, ce dispositif assurant avantageusement la couverture et l'étanchéité dudit bâti.
