上述的中间轮组通过齿轮轴配装在齿轮座上, 齿轮座通过螺钉与固定座固定连接, 中间轮组分别与主齿轮、 驱动齿轮相齿合。
上述的研磨头组件包括研磨母头和研磨公头;所述研磨公头能转动的配装在研磨母 头的研磨腔中, 研磨母头制有的凸柱条与研磨座内腔制有的滑道相卡配固定安装。
上述的传动中心杆穿过上座的中心孔并通过轴套与上座转动配合;所述扫轮、研磨 公头均套设在传动中心杆上, 且扫轮和研磨头组件的研磨公头与传动中心杆固定配合。
上述的扫轮配设有弹簧, 研磨公头配装有压力缓冲弹簧。
上述的研磨座的上口罩配有盖板,盖板制有出料孔;所述传动中心杆的顶部螺旋配 装有用于压配和调节研磨头组件研磨间隙的调节钮。
上述的外壳出料口配设有盖子, 其下部进料口与储物瓶相连接。
上述的储物瓶通过固定座制有的螺纹与储物瓶螺旋连接装配。
本发明的优点在于: 固定座中配装有特殊设计的导料片以及配设在上座上的扫轮, 能有效地防止香料堵塞,通过开启或关闭滚珠开关就能单手操作研磨器研磨,省时省力, 操作方便简单, 同时还具有出料均匀、 安全卫生, 结构新颖等特点。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:通过电动驱动装置以及研磨组件设置在储物 瓶上方, 将调味料与电动部件严格分离开来, 保证了食品卫生、 安全, 在研磨器整体体 积一定的状况下, 调味料可储存量相对较大, 非常实用, 并且, 该电动研磨器的部件布 局设计合理、 美观, 使用可靠, 通过电动均匀研磨, 出料均匀;
同时, 通过研磨组件下方扫轮的设置, 能有效防止研磨器组件进口处调味料堵塞、 保证进出料畅通。 附图说明

如图 1至图 7所示,该电动研磨器,包括由下套环 101和上套环 102相套配组成的 外壳, 所述外壳内安装有用于研磨香料的研磨头组件 6, 且研磨头组件 6配装在研磨座 5中, 研磨头组件 6通过安装在固定座 1上的电动机 8以及驱动传动装置 4, 电动驱动 研磨; 所述固定座 1中配设有引导香料流向的导料片 2, 固定座 1上部连接有上座 3 ; 并且研磨座 5与上座 3间设置有能转动清理、 防止香料堵塞的扫轮 7。 本发明分别设有 导料片 2和扫轮 7能避免研磨不同香料时产生气味干扰, 以及防止香料堵塞, 采用电动 机电动研磨, 具有研磨速度快、 出料均匀且省时省力, 节约时间。
如图 2、 图 3所示, 本发明的电动机 8连接有控制电路系统 9, 控制电路系统 9包 括通过连接线 97串联连接的滚珠开关 91 ,第一电连弹簧 92、第一电连弹簧片 93、第二 电连弹簧 94、 第二电连弹簧片 95以及电池 96。 滚珠开关 91通过连线配装在外壳上, 人们就能单手操作, 控制开关电动机 8进行研磨。
如图 2、 图 4所示, 驱动传动装置 4包括紧配合安装在电动机 8旋转轴上的主齿轮 41以及与其相配合的中间轮组 42和驱动齿轮 43; 所述驱动齿轮 43紧配合与传动中心 杆 44连接装配。 中间轮组 42通过齿轮轴 45配装在齿轮座 46上, 齿轮座 46通过螺钉 与固定座 1固定连接, 中间轮组 42分别与主齿轮 41、 驱动齿轮 43相齿合。
如图 2、 图 5所示, 本发明的研磨头组件 6包括研磨母头 61和研磨公头 62; 研磨 公头 62能转动的配装在研磨母头 61的研磨腔 61a中, 研磨母头 61制有的凸柱条 61b 与研磨座 5内腔制有的滑道 5b相卡配固定安装。 采用卡接方式, 使其装配方便简洁, 拆卸容易。
本发明的传动中心杆 44穿过上座 3的中心孔并通过轴套 44a与上座 3转动配合; 扫轮 7、 研磨公头 62均套设在传动中心杆 44上, 且扫轮 7和研磨头组件 6的研磨公头 62与传动中心杆 44固定配合。 扫轮 7配设有弹簧 71, 研磨公头 62配装有压力缓冲弹
如图 2所示, 研磨座 5的上口罩配有盖板 51, 盖板 51制有出料孔 51a; 传动中心 杆 44的顶部螺旋配装有用于压配和调节研磨头组件 6研磨间隙的调节钮 10。 外壳出料 口配设有盖子 103, 储物瓶 104通过固定座 1制有的螺纹与储物瓶 104螺旋连接装配。
本发明实施例一的电动研磨器,装配步骤如下:首先用焊锡把连接线分别同第一电 连弹簧 92、 第二电连弹簧片 95、 滚珠开关 91连接起来, 装在固定座 1上; 其次再通过 焊锡用连接线分别同电机 8的两极接线柱、 第二电连弹簧 94、 第一电连弹簧片 93连接 起来, 装在固定座 1上; 第三步是把主齿轮 41紧配合装在电机 8的轴上; 第四步是把 导料片 2装在固定座 1上; 第五步是把齿轮座 46用螺丝固定在固定座 1上; 第六步把 中间轮组 42装上齿轮轴 45—起装到齿轮座 46; 第七步把传动中心杆 44套上轴套 44a 装在驱动齿轮 43上; 第八步用螺丝把上座 3固定在固定座 1上; 第九步把两个弹簧 71 固定在上座 3上; 第十步把扫轮 7套在传动中心杆 44上; 第十一步用螺丝把研磨座 5 固定在上座 3上; 第十二步把研磨母头 62装在研磨座 5内; 第十三步把压力缓冲弹簧 62a和研磨公头 62套在传动中心杆 44上, 旋上调节钮 10; 第十四步把电池 96安装在 以上步骤的组件上; 第十五步把上套环 102套装在以上步骤的组件上, 装上盖板 51, 盖 上盖子 103; 第十六步把下套环 101套装在以上组件的上套环 102上; 第十七步把储物 瓶 104旋装在以上组件的固定座 1 , 装配完毕。 如图 8、 图 9、 图 10所示, 为本发明实施例二的结构示意图, 具体说明如下: 该电动研磨器, 包括储物瓶 104、 储物瓶 104上方的外壳、 设置在外壳内的研磨组 件与驱动装置, 也即, 研磨组件与驱动装置设置在储物瓶 104的上方;
其中, 储物瓶 104, 用于盛装待研磨调味料;
研磨组件设置在驱动装置上方,可对待研磨调味料进行研磨,该研磨组件包括研磨 母头 61和研磨公头 62,所述的研磨母头 61为中央具有研磨腔 61a的环状结构,所述的 研磨公头 62设置在研磨母头 61的研磨腔 61a内,且研磨母头 61与研磨公头 62之间具 有研磨间隙 G, 同时, 研磨公头 62的外周壁上设有公研磨齿, 研磨母头 61研磨腔 61a 的内周壁上设有与公研磨齿相配合的母研磨齿;
所述外壳由下套环 101和上套环 102相套配组成,下套环 101与储物瓶 104的顶部 通过螺纹可活动拆卸地连接一起, 外壳内设置有一呈框架结构的固定座 1, 固定座 1的 底部位于下套环 101内, 该固定座 1中设置有上下分别与所述研磨间隙 G、所述储物瓶 104内腔贯通的流通通道 la, 使研磨间隙 G与储物瓶 104相连通, 并且, 所述固定座 1 内、 位于流通通道 la的一侧设置有阻隔驱动装置与调味料的导料片 2, 在本实施例中, 导料片 2具有倾斜过度面, 而保证颗粒状调味料能顺滑地进入研磨间隙 G中;
所述固定座 1的上方设置有一具有通孔 5a的研磨座 5,所述研磨母头 61就固定安
装在该研磨座 5的通孔 5a内侧, 所述上套环 102内、 位于研磨座 5的上方罩配有一盖 板 51, 盖板 51中央具有出料孔 51a, 并且, 上套环 102的顶部覆盖有盖子 103 ;
驱动装置设置在该固定座 1内,用于驱动所述研磨组件工作,该驱动装置包括电机 8、电源 81和与电机 8输出端传动连接的齿轮组 4,该齿轮组 4中的驱动齿轮 43与一传 动中心杆 44传动连接, 而该传动中心杆 44穿过所述的研磨腔 61a而传动连接所述研磨 公头 62, 也即, 工作时, 研磨公头 62跟随传动中心杆 44不断转动, 而研磨母头 61则 相对外壳以及固定座 1不动。
并且, 所述传动中心杆 44上位于研磨组件下方还传动连接有一扫轮 7, 该扫轮 7 具有呈放射状设置的多根拨杆 72, 在本实施例中, 拨杆 72设置有三根。
所述传动中心杆 44外围还套设有一压力缓冲弹簧 62a, 该压力缓冲弹簧 62a两端 分别与研磨公头 62的底部和扫轮 7的顶部表面相抵, 并且, 所述传动中心杆 44的顶部 螺旋配装有用于压制所述研磨公头 62的调节钮 10,在本实施例中,调节钮 10的顶部还 设置有供手指操作的操作部 10a, 调节钮 10的顶部与盖子 103的内侧设置有一对磁铁, 以方便盖子 103覆盖时的定位。
Claims
1、 一种电动研磨器, 包括
储物瓶 (104), 用于盛装待研磨调味料;
外壳, 其底部与储物瓶 (104)的顶部可拆卸地连接一起;
研磨组件, 设置在外壳内,可对待研磨调味料进行研磨, 该研磨组件包括研磨母头 (61)和研磨公头 (62),所述的研磨母头 (61)为中央具有研磨腔 (61a)的环状结构,所述的研 磨公头 (62)设置在研磨母头 (61)的研磨腔 (61a)内, 且研磨母头 (61)与研磨公头 (62)之间具 有研磨间隙 (G), 该研磨间隙 (G)与所述储物瓶 (104)的内腔相连通, 同时, 研磨公头 (62) 的外周壁上设有公研磨齿, 研磨母头 (61)研磨腔 (61a)的内周壁上设有与公研磨齿相配合 的母研磨齿;
其特征在于:还包括一设置在外壳内且用于驱动所述研磨组件工作的驱动装置,该 驱动装置与研磨组件均位于储物瓶 (104)上方,该驱动装置的输出端传动连接有一传动中 心杆 (44), 该传动中心杆 (44)穿过所述的研磨腔 (61a)而传动连接所述研磨公头 (62)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述外壳内设置有一固定座 (1), 所述驱动装置就设置在该固定座 (1)内, 该固定座 (1)中设置有上下分别与所述研磨 间隙 (G)、 所述储物瓶 (104)内腔贯通的流通通道 (la)。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述固定座 (1)内、 位于流通 通道 (la)的一侧设置有阻隔驱动装置与调味料的导料片 (2)。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述外壳由下套环 (101)和上 套环 (102)相套配组成, 固定座 (1)的底部位于下套环 (101)内。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述固定座 (1)的上方设置有 一具有通孔 (5a)的研磨座 (5), 所述研磨母头 (61)就固定安装在该研磨座 (5)的通孔 (5a)内 侧,所述外壳内、位于研磨座 (5)的上方罩配有一盖板 (51),盖板 (51)中央具有出料孔 (51a)。
6、 根据权利要求 1 所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述传动中心杆 (44)上位于 研磨组件下方还传动连接有一扫轮 (7), 该扫轮 (7)具有呈放射状设置的多根拨杆。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述驱动装置包括电机 (8)、 电源 (81)和与电机 (8)输出端传动连接的齿轮组 (4), 该齿轮组 (4)中的驱动齿轮 (43)与所述 传动中心杆 (44)传动连接。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 7中任一权利要求所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述传 动中心杆 (44)外围还套设有一压力缓冲弹簧 (62a), 该压力缓冲弹簧 (62a)两端分别与研磨 公头 (62)的底部和固定座 (1)的顶部相抵, 并且, 所述传动中心杆 (44)的顶部螺旋配装有 用于压制所述研磨公头 (62)的调节钮 (10)。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的电动研磨器, 其特征在于: 所述外壳的顶部还覆盖有盖 子 (103), 并且, 所述调节钮 (10)的顶部与盖子 (103)的内侧设置有一对磁铁。
10、 一种电动研磨器, 包括由下套环 (101)和上套环 (102)相套配组成的外壳, 所述 外壳内安装有用于研磨香料的研磨头组件 (6), 其特征是: 所述的研磨头组件 (6)配装在 研磨座 (5)中, 研磨头组件 (6)通过安装在固定座 (1)上的电动机 (8)以及驱动传动装置 (4), 电动驱动研磨; 所述固定座 (1)中配设有引导香料流向的导料片 (2), 固定座 (1)上部连接 有上座 (3); 所述研磨座 (5)与上座 (3)间设置有能转动清理、 防止香料堵塞的扫轮 (7)。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的电动机 (8)连接有控制 电路系统 (9), 控制电路系统 (9)包括通过线路 (97)串联连接的滚珠开关 (91), 第一电连弹 簧 (92)、 第一电连弹簧片 (93)、 第二电连弹簧 (94)、 第二电连弹簧片 (95)以及电池 (96)。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的驱动传动装置 (4)包括 紧配合安装在电动机 (8)旋转轴上的主齿轮 (41)以及与其相配合的中间轮组 (42)和驱动齿 轮 (43); 所述驱动齿轮 (43)紧配合与传动中心杆 (44)连接装配。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的中间轮组 (42)通过齿 轮轴 (45)配装在齿轮座 (46)上, 齿轮座 (46)通过螺钉与固定座 (1)固定连接, 中间轮组 (42) 分别与主齿轮 (41)、 驱动齿轮 (43)相齿合。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的研磨头组件 (6)包括研 磨母头 (61)和研磨公头 (62); 所述研磨公头 (62)能转动的配装在研磨母头 (61)的研磨腔 (61a)中, 研磨母头 (61)制有的凸柱条 (61b)与研磨座 (5)内腔制有的滑道 (5b)相卡配固定安 装。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的传动中心杆 (44)穿过 上座 (3)的中心孔并通过轴套 (44a)与上座 (3)转动配合;所述扫轮 (7)、研磨公头 (62)均套设 在传动中心杆 (44)上, 且扫轮 (7)和研磨头组件 (6)的研磨公头 (62)与传动中心杆 (44)固定 配合。
16、根据权利要求 15所述的电动研磨器,其特征是:所述的扫轮 (7)配设有弹簧 (71), 研磨公头 (62)配装有压力缓冲弹簧 (62a)。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的研磨座 (5)的上口罩配 有盖板 (51),盖板 (51)制有出料孔 (51a);所述传动中心杆 (44)的顶部螺旋配装有用于压配 和调节研磨头组件 (6)研磨间隙 (G)的调节钮 (10)。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的外壳出料口配设有盖 子 (103), 其下部进料口与储物瓶 (104)相连接。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的电动研磨器, 其特征是: 所述的储物瓶 (104)通过固定 座 (1)制有的螺纹与储物瓶 (104)螺旋连接装配。
