Abstract

본 발명은 무선 통신 시스템에서 부정합(mismatch)을 제거하는 수신 장치 및 방법과, 이를 위한 저잡음 증폭기(Low Noise Amplifier : LNA)에 대한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따라 부정합을 제거하는 수신 방법은 무선망을 통해 수신된 입력 신호의 종류를 판별하는 과정; 상기 입력 신호가 광대역 신호인 경우 저잡음 증폭기내 트랜지스터들에 공통 바이어스가 인가되도록 제어하는 과정; 및 상기 저잡음 증폭기내 전류 경로가 교차된 전류 미러 방식을 이용하여 상기 부정합이 제거된 신호를 출력하는 과정을 포함한다.
