Definitions
- the invention relates to a trampoline according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such trampolines generally have a jumping sheet, which is mounted with elastic elements such as springs on a frame.
- the frame is part of a frame construction that also has feet for placing the trampoline on a surface.
- trampolines which are preferably used in the competition area, have a hinged frame.
- folding segments of the trampoline are unfolded and the feet on the frame construction are extended to position the trampoline in its desired position. So that the folding segments of the trampoline are not damaged, these segments are supported with supports against the feet.
- such a support is attached to the frame by means of a rotary bearing and is arranged so as to be foldable on the frame.
- the support is unfolded and then the free end of the support is hung on the foot.
- two tabs are provided on the foot.
- the support has two struts, at the ends of each pin is provided. These pins must be hung in the tabs.
- the problem here is that the pins must be hung on the two struts simultaneously in the tabs. This is cumbersome, which is particularly disadvantageous that this two people are needed because otherwise the pins get caught in the tabs.
- the invention has for its object to provide a trampoline, which is easy to install and has a high reliability during operation. To solve this problem, the features of claim 1 are provided. Advantageous embodiments and expedient developments of the invention are described in the subclaims.
- the trampoline according to the invention comprises a jumping cloth stored in a frame construction. At least one support is provided which connects elements of the frame construction. The support is rotatably mounted on a first segment of the frame structure and fixed to a second segment of the frame structure by means of an angle joint.
- a significant advantage of the invention is that the angle joint forms a backlash-free connecting element that withstands high loads. With such a support a high stability and resilience of the trampoline is obtained. It is also advantageous that the angle joint can be easily and quickly mounted by a person and dismantled if necessary. The support can thus be assembled and disassembled comfortably and with low personnel expenses. It is particularly advantageous that the support is coupled with only one angle joint to the second segment of the frame construction. This leads to a simple mounting of the support, as to their fixation on the second Segment of the frame construction only one connection of the angle joint must be established.
- the angle joint has a ball socket arranged on the support and a ball arranged on the segment of the frame construction. To form the angle joint, the ball socket is latched onto the ball.
- the thus formed angle joint can be mounted and dismantled very quickly and easily.
- To mount the ball socket need only be attached to the ball and then snapped with a slight impact on the ball. This requires only a small amount of force.
- the ball socket slides self-centering on the ball socket, so that an accurate alignment of both parts is not required.
- To release the ball socket from the ball is also sufficient from a slight shock, that is, the disassembly of the angle joint is easy to carry out.
- the ball socket is seated on the ball completely free of play.
- the angle joint thus produced forms a stable connection in which even at high loads no undesirable noise development.
- the ball socket is rotatable on the ball within a certain angular range.
- the angle joint thus binds a connection that can compensate for tolerances or fluctuations in the parts to be connected to the support.
- the supports are advantageously stored without play and completely determined, so that the segments to be joined frame structure are always connected by the supports even with existing vibrations in fixed nominal positions.
- the ball is fastened by means of a screw connection to the segment of the frame construction.
- a welded or riveted connection can also be provided.
- the ball is part of a ball pin, wherein on the ball stud a thread is provided, by means of which the screw connection can be produced.
- the ball socket is fastened by means of a screw connection to the support.
- a welded or riveted joint can be provided.
- the or each support forms a connection between the frame and a foot.
- the balls of the or an angle joint to a foot and the ball socket of the or an angle joint are attached to a support.
- the or each support is rotatably mounted on the frame.
- a reverse configuration is also possible such that the ball is attached to a support and the ball socket to a foot.
- Particularly advantageous is supported by the or each support a hinged frame wing of the frame.
- Figure 1 to 3 Different phases of the installation of a trampoline.
- Figure 5 Representation of the angle joint as a connection between a
- Figures 1 to 3 show schematically different phases of the installation of a trampoline 1.
- Figures 1 to 3 each show only one half of the trampoline 1, which is substantially symmetrical to the symmetry axis designated in Figures 1 to 3 with S.
- the trampoline 1 has, in a known manner, a frame construction with a frame 2 and feet 3 mounted thereon.
- elastic elements such as feathers also not shown jump sheet stored.
- the frame 2 has in the present case a central fixed frame part 2a, connect at the ends of two hinged frame wings 2b as further components of the frame 2.
- FIG. 1 shows the frame part 2 a with a frame wing 2 b resting on it at the beginning of the building process. Furthermore, Figure 1 shows an obliquely downwardly projecting from the frame part 2a foot 3, which is secured with chains 4 in a desired position. The foot 3 rests on a floor, not shown.
- each frame wing 2b two supports 5 are rotatably mounted.
- Each support 5 has two fork arms 5 a, which open at a strut, the front end of which forms the free end of the support 5.
- the ends of the Fork arms 5a are each rotatably mounted with a pivot bearing 6 on the frame wing 2b.
- FIG. 1 shows the frame wings 2b in the illustrated in Figure 1, resting on the frame part 2a frame wings 2b are the supports 5 close to the frame wing 2b.
- Figure 2 shows the next step of the installation process.
- the frame wings 2b are unfolded so that they lie with the frame part 2a in a horizontal plane, so that the frame part 2a with the frame wings 2b forms a continuous frame 2, in which the jumping cloth is mounted in a horizontal plane.
- the supports 5, as shown in FIG. 3 are then unfolded and fixed to the ends of the struts 5b in the region of the feet 3.
- the frame wings 2b are securely fixed in position, so that the trampoline 1 is functional.
- Each strut 5b of a support 5 is mounted with an angle joint 7 on a foot 3 of the trampoline 1.
- FIG. 4 shows the structure of this angle joint 7.
- the angle joint 7 is formed by a ball stud 8.
- the ball stud 8 has a ball 8a at its front end.
- the adjoining shaft 8b of the ball stud 8 has at its end a thread 8c.
- a second part of the angle joint 7 has a ball socket 9, to which a pipe section 10 with an internal thread 10a connects.
- a support 5 is connected to a foot 3 of the trampoline 1 in that a person folds down the support 5 from the position of Figure 2 from the frame 2b, in which case the support 5 with respect to the frame wing 2b under actuation of the pivot bearing 6 is pivoted.
- the ball socket 9 sits without play on the ball 8a and is rotatably mounted in a certain angular range on the ball 8a. Due to the rotatability of ball socket 9 with respect to ball 8a, the assembly is greatly facilitated because the desired position of the support 5 relative to the foot 3 when creating the connection to the angle joint 7 does not have to be maintained exactly. Despite the rotatability of the ball socket 9 on the ball 8a is determined by the geometric arrangement of support 5 and foot 3 and the additional positional fixation of the foot 3 by the chain 4, the relative position of support 5 and foot 3 when creating the angle joint 7 exactly and remains during operation, the trampoline 1 is stable in storage.
- the angle joint 7 forms a permanent stable connection between the foot 3 and support 5, wherein even with prolonged use of the trampoline 1 no retightening of the support 5 is required.
- the ball socket 9 sits without play on the ball 8 a of the ball stud 8. In the thus formed angle joint 7 thus produces no unwanted rattling noises when using the trampoline. 1 When dismantling the trampoline 1, the connection of an angle joint 7 can be easily solved by a light impact on the ball socket 9.
- the elements of the angle joint 7 are screwed to the foot 3 and the support 5, they can be easily replaced if necessary. In addition, these elements can also be unscrewed when transporting the trampoline 1, whereby damage is avoided.
