背景技术
腰椎间盘突出、腰椎错位、腰椎移位以及由此产生的腰部软组织损伤和腰腿痛是常见病、多发病,产生的原因是腰椎长期经受不良姿势超负荷使用,超出了腰椎的承受极限压力,使腰椎间板退化,失去了原有的弹性,使内凹的脊椎生理曲度慢慢变直,甚至反向凸出,直至移位、脱出等变形。同时造成腰部的肌肉韧带及软组织损伤,最终造成髓核突出压迫动脉血管和神经,导致脊柱的机能障碍,产生腰部及腿部放射性疼痛。腰椎变形成为诱发各种慢性脊柱关节疾病等腰部疾病的主要原因,而矫正变形的腰椎也成为治疗腰椎疾患的关键。
目前腰椎疾患的治疗方法:
1.药物治疗对于消除炎症,恢复软组织功能有一定疗效。但对腰椎复位疗效甚微。
2.牵引治疗能够缓和变形的腰椎,但由于患者不可能长期不断地连续进行牵引治疗,因此绝大多数腰椎间盘突出患者都处在发病后紧急治疗,然后稍有好转,随即停止治疗,之后不久又产生新的损坏,又需要新的治疗。绝大多数患者都处在这种恶性循环的过程之中。
3.推拿按摩治疗对于腰椎错位、移位等有一定疗效,但绝大多数患者都无法天天进行推拿按摩治疗,因此无法得到持久的治疗,导致病情不断地重复发生。
4.手术治疗,可以暂时修复损坏的腰椎间盘,但无法彻底治疗导致腰椎间盘突出的根本原因,这就是彻底恢复变形的腰椎曲度。
可以说,以上方法都不能彻底治愈腰椎间盘突出和腰椎位移等腰椎疾患。
腰垫的治疗方法:
腰垫或腰枕治疗腰椎疼痛由来已久。腰疼时将腰下垫一个枕头,就可以舒缓腰椎疼痛。于是,人们逐渐总结出了使用腰垫可以治疗腰椎损坏特别是腰椎间盘突出的简单方法。腰垫的治疗机理是使腰椎得到支撑,恢复腰椎的曲度,进而修复受损的病患。但是,真正成功使用腰垫彻底治愈腰椎间盘突出和腰椎损坏的案例却非常少。其实,这里的主要问题是腰垫的设计和使用方式不合理,没有充分地发挥腰垫所能够达到的最大功效。
现有腰垫的问题:
1.目前所有的腰枕和腰垫发明都没有明确说明人体下部腰椎的三曲面自然曲度,所有腰垫都是单曲面的凸形弧垫,这样不能完全吻合人体腰椎的自然曲度,特别是骶椎部分的反向曲面弧度,结果是不能产生腰椎全方位的有效支撑,这样对腰椎的矫正和治疗效果就大打折扣。
2.现有的腰垫只是支撑部分腰椎,而不是全部的人体下部脊椎。这样做的结果是与没有得到支撑的部分腰椎在支撑的截面上产生剪力,使得此处的腰椎和韧带产生拉力,特别是腰椎与骶椎的连接处,这样会加重此处腰椎和韧带所承受的力,降低始疗效果,甚至产生适得其反的效果。没有对骶椎进行支撑,这样对腰椎的支撑就会产生反向拉力,腰椎的支撑就不充分。
3.由于每一位患者的身高、体重、体型以及腰椎受损程度不同,因此没有一个腰垫能够适合所有患者。使用与患者腰椎自然曲度以及高度或长度不一致的腰垫,不会对腰椎复位产生有益的结果。因此目前多数腰垫的治疗效果都不理想。
4.现有的腰垫都是治疗型的,即病发后紧急使用一段时间后就停止。而不久腰椎又受到新的损害,不得不重新开始新的治疗。于是就发生不断治疗不断复发的恶性循环,无法达到彻底治愈腰椎疾患的结果。
由于以上缺点,现有的腰垫只能暂时缓解腰椎病患,无法达到彻底根治腰椎病患的目的。
技术问题
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,针对已有的各种腰垫或腰枕治疗腰椎疾患效果不佳的技术缺陷,寻找对受损的脊椎进行牵拉的全新方法,进而有效地对变形的腰椎进行矫正。 也就是设计一个对腰椎矫正更有效的腰椎垫板 。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的垫板的上表面为连续反向的三曲弧面,吻合人体下部脊椎的自然曲度,包括腰椎部的凸弧面,以及骶椎和下部胸椎的反向凹弧面。见附图1,2。形成连续反向三曲面结构,能够比现有的单曲面腰垫更符合人体的脊椎曲度。人体下段脊椎的自然曲度包括在腰椎和下半部胸椎的内凹曲度,还有骶椎的外凸曲度。连续反向三曲面的垫板可以有效地对脊椎进行支撑,这样可以有效地恢复腰椎的自然曲度,修复受损的韧带和周边组织。本实用新型的脊椎矫正垫板,实现了对人体胸椎以下脊椎的全部支撑,而单曲面腰垫仅仅能够对部分腰椎进行支撑。正常人在仰卧时,由于腰椎的自然曲度,臀部的骶椎骨和胸椎中部成为接触卧床的最低点。因此,在这两点之间,放置符合患者脊椎曲度的垫板,才能使得整个脊椎都得到充分支撑。本设计提供了一个从胸椎中部到臀部骶椎的整个下段脊椎的完全支撑:不但要对腰椎进行支撑,还必须对骶椎进行支撑,让胸椎中部以下的全部脊椎得到有效支撑。
本实用新型脊椎康复床垫板的另一个独特之处是,通过与床板的合二为一,使其成为一个符合人体脊椎自然曲度的曲面床板,供患者常年使用。患者无需刻意进行治疗,只需长期使用这个与自身脊椎曲度一致的曲面床板,由于人体的重力作用,实现了对损坏腰椎的有效牵拉,就可以逐步矫正已经变形的腰椎。实质上就是在每天正常的睡眠过程中,实现了对受损脊椎的牵拉治疗,进行了有效的治疗。
有益效果
由于完全吻合人体腰椎自然曲度,三曲面床垫板对矫正变形的腰椎有最佳效果,同时患者使用时不会产生不适的感觉,因此会乐于使用,同时患者在每天的睡眠中就实现了有效的治疗。于是,日积月累,变形的脊椎就会逐渐矫正到正常的自然曲度,并最终保持腰椎的健康曲度,达到彻底根治腰椎病患的目的。

本发明的实施方式
患者使用时,将本床垫板的凸弧面的最高点对准患者的腰椎,保证与患者的腰椎自然生理曲度完全吻合,这样可以最大限度地矫正变形的腰椎。见附图 2 。垫板过低不能有效矫正脊椎曲度,垫板过高或曲面位置不符都不能有效矫正脊椎,并会感觉不适。
由于每一个患者的身高、体重和体型不同,其脊椎的长度和生理曲度也就不同。同时每一位患者脊椎受损程度也不相同,因此所需要矫正的程度也不同。因此必须根据确切的脊椎长度、高度和曲度,制作独有的完全适合患者自身病患的垫板,才能最有效地治疗腰椎病患。于是,需要对患者的身体情况进行准确的测量,对腰椎疾患进行准确的诊断,度身定制,保证每一付垫板的使用都达到有效和舒适的目的。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供了一种更有效的解决方法,设计了一种更加先进的腰椎垫板,它的结构更简单,使用更方便,更有效地解决了腰椎曲度的矫正和腰椎功能的恢复,从而达到治愈腰椎间盘突出以及其他腰椎病患的目的。
