Abstract

　真正な印刷媒体（２）の表面に赤外線を吸収する顔料と色彩可変顔料を含有させた第１インキによる第１パターン（２７ａ）及び赤外線を反射する顔料と色彩可変顔料を含有させた第２インキによる第２パターン（２７ｂ）を印刷し、可視光の照射角度を変化させながら印刷媒体の表面の複数の第１画像を撮像すると共に、赤外光の照射角度を変化させながら印刷媒体の表面の複数の第２画像を撮像し、全画像データをそれぞれ第１パターン及び第２パターンに関するデータと比較し、第１画像データのいずれかに第１パターンに関するデータ及び第２パターンに関するデータが含まれ、且つ、第２画像データのいずれかに第１パターンに関するデータが欠落し、第２パターンに関するデータが含まれている場合又は第２画像データのいずれかに第２パターンに関するデータが欠落し、第１パターンに関するデータが含まれている場合に、印刷媒体を真正と判断する。
