내자리 서비스는 사용자가 위치한 자리를 등록하고 그 등록한 자리를 알리는 과정에서 다른 사용자와 경쟁할 수 있도록 사용자의 행위에 따라 부여되는 점수와 자리의 가치를 나타내는 면적지표, 그리고 특정한 조건에서 지급되는 스탬프와 같은 게임적인 요소를 함께 제공하는 소셜 네트워크 서비스이다.
내자리 서비스 방법은 게임적인 요소로 특정 자리에 대한 자리대표, 지역 또는 전국에 걸친 땅부자와 같은 명예를 제공하여 사용자의 흥미를 높인다. 뿐만 아니라 내자리 서비스 방법은 특정한 조건이나 미션을 수행할 때 스탬프를 지급하여 콜렉션의 가치를 제공해서 순위 경쟁의 게임적인 요소 이외의 재미도 함께 제공한다.
내자리 서비스 방법은 게임적인 요소 이외에 특정 자리에 대한 의견을 공유하고 사용자가 위치한 자리에 대한 정보와 단문을 외부의 마이크로 블로그를 통하여 게시함으로써 여러 가지 유용한 정보를 다른 사용자와 함께 나눌 수 있는 커뮤니티 환경을 제공한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 내자리 서비스 시스템을 나타낸 도면이다. 휴대 단말기(200)는 사용자가 위치하는 장소의 주변에 대하여 내자리 서비스 서버(100)에 미리 마련된 자리 리스트를 제공받아 화면에 디스플레이하고, 자리 리스트로부터 특정 자리에 대한 사용자의 자리찍기 입력을 제공받아 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 전송한다.
이에 따라, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 자리찍기 입력이 제공된 자리(이하 '타겟 자리'라 함)에 대하여, 타겟 자리에 입력된 자리찍기의 총 횟수와 타겟 자리에 자리찍기 입력을 제공한 사용자의 명수에 기초하여 타겟 자리에 대한 평가치인 '면적지표'를 산출한다. 사용자에 대하여 타겟 자리에서의 점수를 부여하여 점수 정보를 생성하고, 타겟 자리에서 점수를 할당받은 사용자 중에서 소정의 규정에 따라 선택된 사용자에 대해 위 산출된 면적지표를 분할하여 분할 면적지표를 산출한다. 사용자별로 분할 면적지표를 합산하여 총 면적지표를 계산하고, 총 면적지표가 미리 설정된 기준 이상인 경우 땅부자 정보를 생성한다. 타겟 자리별로 점수가 가장 높은 사용자에 대해 자리대표 정보를 생성한다.
이때, 타겟 자리에 대한 면적지표는 아래의 [수학식 1]에 의해 산출되는 것이 바람직하다.

휴대 단말기(200)는 타겟 자리에 대해 산출된 '면적지표', 점수 정보, 분할 면적지표, 땅부자 정보, 자리대표 정보 중 하나 이상을 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로부터 제공받아, 화면에 디스플레이할 수 있다. 또한, 휴대 단말기(200)는 자리찍기 메뉴를 화면에 표시하고, 사용자의 자리찍기 메뉴 선택에 따라 자리찍기 입력을 제공받는다. 자리찍기 메뉴는 동일 자리에 대해 자리찍기 입력이 제공된 이후에는 소정 시간이 경과한 이후에 활성화된다. 동일 자리에 대해 일정 시간동안에는 소정 회수 이하에 대해서만 유효 처리하는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 휴대 단말기(200)는 사용자 조작에 의해 특정 위치를 대표하는 자리를 입력받아 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 전송하며, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 전송된 특정 위치 대표 자리를 자리 리스트에 삽입할 수 있다.
내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 과정에서 발생하는 이벤트에 대해 점수를 부여하고, 부여된 점수를 휴대 단말기(200)에서 각 자리별로 표시하도록 한다. 이벤트에 대한 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하면 스탬프를 발급하여 휴대 단말기(200)에 표시되도록 한다.
이때, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 자리등록, 자리찍기, 의견등록 중 선택된 하나의 기능에 대한 일정 조합에 의해 지급한 기능형 스탬프를 휴대 단말기(200)에 제공한다. 특정 지역을 대표하는 대상물(예: 유적지, 관광지, 문화유산)에 대해 지급하는 지역형 스탬프를 휴대 단말기(200)로 제공한다. 특정 지역을 방문할 때마다 발급된 지역형 스탬프가 일정 개수 이상이면 기능형 스탬프를 발급하고, 기능형 스탬프와 지역형 스탬프의 조합으로 구성된 기업형 스탬프를 제공할 수 있다.
또한, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 소정 회수만큼 지급된 스탬프를 다른 사용자에게 분배하는 속성을 가진 우표형의 스탬프를 발급하여, 휴대 단말기(200)로 제공한다. 특정 지역에서 다른 사용자에게 발송이 가능한 속성을 가진 관광형의 스탬프를 발급하여, 휴대 단말기(200)로 제공할 수 있다.
휴대 단말기(200)는 스탬프 화면에 표시된 요청하기 버튼이 선택되면 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 스탬프 요청하기 정보를 전송한다. 스탬프 화면에서 받은 사람 버튼을 선택되면, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로부터 스탬프 화면에 표시되는 스탬프를 받은 사람 목록을 수신하여 디스플레이한다. 받은 사람 목록 중 어느 한 사람이 선택되면, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 선택된 사람에 대한 스탬프 요청하기 정보를 전송한다. 스탬프 화면에서 선물주기 버튼이 선택되면, 스탬프 화면에 표시되는 스탬프를 요청한 사람 또는 관심친구 정보를 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로부터 수신하여 디스플레이한다. 디스플레이된 스탬프를 요청한 사람 또는 관심친구 중 어느 한 사람이 선택되면, 선택된 사람에 대한 스탬프 선물하기를 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 요청할 수 있다.
내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 과정에서 발생하는 이벤트에 대해 점수를 부여하고, 부여된 점수를 각 자리별로 휴대 단말기(200)에서 표시하도록 하며, 이벤트에 대한 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에 해당 조건을 만족했다는 증거에 해당하는 스탬프를 발급하여 휴대 단말기(200)에 표시할 수 있다.
판매시점관리(POS) 기기에 사용자의 내자리 ID를 미리 저장하고, POS 기기가 미리 저장된 내자리 ID와 동일한 정보를 입력받는 경우, 판매시점관리 기기는 사용자가 해당 장소에 위치함을 입증하는 정보를 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 전송하며, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 내자리 ID에 대응하는 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 인증 결과를 전송할 수 있다.
휴대 단말기(200)는 카메라 모듈을 이용하여 사용자가 위치하는 자리에 관한 사진 이미지를 획득하여 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 전송한다. 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 사진 이미지에 포함된 대상물에 대한 진위 여부를 판단하며, 진위 여부 판단의 결과로부터 사용자가 해당 장소에 있음을 인증할 수 있다.
POS 기기와 연동하는 내자리 서비스 서버(100)가 발행한 식별코드를 판매시점관리 기기의 출력매체를 통해 제공할 수 있다. 휴대 단말기(200)가 카메라 모듈로 식별코드 이미지를 획득하여 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 전송하면, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)가 식별코드 이미지의 진위 여부를 판단하여 휴대 단말기(100)에 인증 결과를 전송할 수 있다.
휴대 단말기(200)는 타 사용자, 타겟 자리, 스탬프 중 어느 하나를 관심주기 대상 정보로 사용자에 의해 선택받아 내자리 서비스 서버(100)로 제공하고, 내자리 서비스 서버(100)는 제공된 관심주기 대상 정보에 기초하여 관심주기 리스트, 관심받기 리스트, 관심자리 리스트 중 하나 이상을 생성할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 제 1 실시예의 화면 구성을 보인 예시도이다. 내자리 서비스 방법은 내자리 애플리케이션의 사용자 인터페이스 화면에 사용자 이름, 점수, 스탬프, 땅부자, 자리대표, 내가 찍었던 자리, 내가 등록한 의견, 자리찍기, 의견을 표시한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자 조작에 의해 자리찍기, 의견 등록의 기능이 실행되면 그 기능에 대응하여 소정 점수를 더하여 총 점수를 계산하고 사용자 인터페이스 화면에 각 자리별로 통합된 점수를 표시한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 내자리 서비스에서 제공되는 인증 도장으로 스탬프를 제공한다. 스탬프는 기능형 스탬프, 지역형 스탬프, 기업형 스탬프로 구분된다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 자리찍기한 사용자 수와 자리찍기한 행위 수에 기초하여 면적지표를 계산하고 각 자리에서의 점수가 높은 사용자에게 소정 비율로 나눈 면적지표를 할당한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자 조작에 의해 특정 위치를 대표하는 자리를 등록하고 다른 사용자가 등록된 자리에 자리찍기를 행하면 사용자에게 자리에 대응한 면적지표를 부여한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자에게 자리에 대응한 면적지표를 부여할 때 소정 점수를 획득한 사용자에 대해 순위를 매기고 상위 순위에 랭크된 사용자에게 소정 비율로 나눈 값을 부여한다. 그리고 내자리 애플리케이션은 각 자리에서의 점수가 높은 사용자에게 제공된 면적지표를 지역별로 합산하여 상위자에게 땅부자 명예를 부여한다. 또한, 내자리 애플리케이션은 자리별로 점수가 가장 높은 사용자에게 자리대표 명예를 부여한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자가 이전에 자리찍기한 자리를 리스트로 제공한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 자리찍기한 자리에 대해 의견을 등록한 경우 내가 등록한 의견에 리스트로 출력한다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 제 2 실시예의 화면 구성을 보인 예시도이다. 내자리 서비스 방법은 내자리 애플리케이션의 사용자 인터페이스 화면에 자리, 면적지표, 전체 찍은 수, 찍은 사람 수, 자리대표, 점수, 자리찍기 메뉴, 순위, 의견, 지도를 표시한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자가 위치한 자리에 대한 이름을 표시하며 자리면적으로 면적지표를 표시한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 자리의 가치를 별도의 산출 기준에 의해 표현한 단위인 면적지표를 표시한다. 내자리 애플리케이션이 면적지표를 계산할 때 사용되는 별도의 산출 기준에 대해서는 아래에서 설명한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 서초구청이라는 자리에 대해 사용자가 자리찍기한 전체 찍은 수와 찍은 사람 수를 표시한다. 그리고 서초구청이라는 자리에 대해 자리대표인 사용자 이름, 총 점수, 지역별로 합산된 면적지표, 서초구청에 할당된 면적지표를 표시한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자 인터페이스 화면에 특정 자리에 사용자가 있음을 인증하는 행위를 나타내는 자리찍기 메뉴를 표시하고 자리찍기한 사용자의 리스트를 순위로 표시하고 자리에 등록된 의견을 표시하고 자리에 대한 주변 지형을 포함하는 지도를 표시한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 자리찍기 메뉴를 활성화함에 있어서 몇 가지 조건을 제시한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 동일 자리에 대해 자리찍기 입력이 제공된 이후에는 소정 시간이 경과한 이후에야 자리찍기 메뉴를 활성화하고, 근접한 자리에 대하여 소정 시간동안에 소정 회수 이하에 대해서만 자리찍기 메뉴를 활성화하고, 특정 자리에 대해 자리찍기 입력이 제공된 이후 소정 시간 동안은 일정 거리 이상 떨어진 자리에 대해서만 자리찍기 메뉴를 활성화하는 것이 바람직하다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 자리에 대한 가치 평가 방법을 예시한 도면이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 등록된 자리에 대한 사용자의 행위에 대해 가치를 평가한다. 가치 평가는 사용자가 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 방식으로 구성되며 이에 대해 아래에서 설명한다.
자리에 대한 가치 평가는 해당 자리에 있음을 자리찍기한 사용자의 명수와 자리찍기 총 횟수에 기초하여 각각에 가중치를 두고 가치를 평가한다. 산출된 가치 평가의 수치값은 사용자가 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 점수, 등급, 면적지표 등으로 표현된다. 예를 들어 서초구청이라는 자리에 사용자 100명이 서초구청에 있음을 총 200번 인증한 상황에서 사용자 명수의 가중치를 67%, 인증한 총 횟수의 가중치를 33%라고 할 경우 서초구청의 가치는 100*0.67 + 200*0.33 = 133이며 이를 133평(이때, '평'은 대한민국에서 통용되는 면적 단위임)으로 표현될 수 있다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 자리 가치를 해당 자리의 자리대표 및 상위 순위자에게 소정 비율로 나누어 주는 방법을 적용하여 게임적인 요소를 제공한다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 자리에 대한 면적지표를 계산하는 산출 수식을 보인 예시도이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 서초구청이라는 자리에 대해 가치 평가를 실행하여 면적지표를 제공한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 전체 찍은 수와 찍은 사람 수에 각각 가중치를 적용하여 면적지표를 계산한다. 예를 들어 서초구청이라는 자리에 사용자 14명이 서초구청에 있음을 총 293번 인증하였고 사용자 명수의 가중치가 87%, 인증횟수의 가중치를 13%라고 하면, 서초구청의 면적지표는 14*0.87 + 293*0.13 = 50이며 이를 50평으로 표현한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에 해당 조건을 만족했다는 증거에 해당하는 스탬프를 지급한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 스탬프를 지급받은 사용자가 해당 스탬프를 소유하거나 다른 사용자에게 제공(선물)할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 스탬프의 특성에 따라 복수 개의 스탬프를 지급받아 보관한다. 스탬프의 지급조건에는 소정 기간 동안만 지급받을 수 있도록 제한할 수 있으며, 수시로 새로운 조건이 추가될 수 있다. 스탬프의 종류로 본 명세서에서는 기능형 스탬프, 지역형 스탬프, 기업형 스탬프를 제시한다.
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 일정 조건 조합에 의해 지급되는 기능형 스탬프를 예시한 도면이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 자리등록, 자리찍기, 의견등록 등의 기능이 실행되면 일정 조건 조합에 의해 기능형 스탬프를 지급한다. 예를 들어, 사용자가 10번째 자리등록을 완료한 경우 내자리 애플리케이션은 기능형 스탬프를 지급한다. 사용자가 영화관과 관련된 자리에 10번 자리찍기를 행한 경우 내자리 애플리케이션은 기능형 스탬프를 지급한다.
도 7은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 실제 지급된 기능형 스탬프의 예시도이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자가 최초 자리등록을 행한 경우 이를 기념하기 위한 스탬프를 지급한다. 또한, 내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자가 최초 자리찍기를 행한 경우 이를 기념을 위한 스탬프를 지급한다.
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 특정 지역범위를 대표하는 유무형 대상물을 표현한 지역형 스탬프를 예시한 도면이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 유적지, 관광지, 문화유산 등 특정 지역 범위를 대표하는 유무형 대상물에 대한 자리찍기에 대해 지역형 스탬프를 지급한다. 사용자가 해당 지역형 스탬프를 받을 수 있는 범위 내에 있을 때에만 지역형 스탬프를 받을 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 지역형 스탬프의 종류로서 우표형의 스탬프와 관광형의 스탬프를 제공한다. 우표형의 스탬프는 소정 회수만큼 지급된 스탬프를 다른 사용자에게 분배하는 속성을 가진 스탬프이고, 관광형의 스탬프는 사용자가 특정 지역에 위치하여 한 번 지급되고 다른 사용자에게 발송이 가능한 속성을 가진 스탬프이다.
도 9는 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 실제 지급된 지역형 스탬프의 예시도이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 광화문이 위치하는 자리의 특정 지역 범위에 사용자가 위치하면 관광지 광화문 스탬프를 지급한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 GPS 모듈에 의한 사용자의 위치 정보를 참조하여 사용자가 광화문 주변에 위치하면 관광지 광화문 스탬프를 지급한다. 마찬가지로, 내자리 애플리케이션은 양주 별산대 놀이마당에 배정된 지역 범위에 사용자가 위치하면 양주 별산대 놀이마당 스탬프를 지급한다.
도 10은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 기업 마케팅을 위해 지급되는 기업형 스탬프를 예시한 도면이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 기업 마케팅 등을 목적으로 제작된 기업형 스탬프를 제공한다. 기업형 스탬프는 기능형 스탬프와 지역형 스탬프의 조합으로 구성되는데, 소정 자리를 방문할 때 지역형 스탬프를 사용자에게 지급하고 소정 회수만큼 지급된 경우 기능형 스탬프를 제공한다.
도 11은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 실제 지급된 기업형 스탬프의 예시도이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자가 A라는 커피 전문점을 방문할 때마다 지역형 스탬프의 기능에 해당하는 스탬프를 지급하고 10회 누적하여 받은 경우 기능형 스탬프의 기능으로 커피 무료교환 스탬프를 제공한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 사용자가 커피 무료교환 스탬프를 이용하여 커피 전문점에서 커피를 무료로 제공받을 수 있도록 한다.
내자리 애플리케이션은 특정 자리에 있음을 인증하는 기능을 제공한다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 자리 인증 기능으로 판매시점관리(POS: Point of Sales) 기기를 통한 인증 기능과 카메라 모듈을 통한 인증 기능을 제공한다. 내자리 애플리케이션의 자리 인증 기능에 대해 설명한다.
도 12은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 POS 기기에 의해 사용자가 특정 자리에 있음을 입증하는 인증 방법을 보인 예시도이다. 내자리 서비스 서버와 연동하는 POS 기기가 사용자의 내자리 ID를 데이터베이스화한다. 사용자가 POS 기기를 통해 물품 구매 또는 자리 인증을 요청한다. POS 기기는 사용자가 특정 자리에 있음을 입증하는 내용을 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송한다. 내자리 서비스 서버는 이를 데이터베이스화 한 후 사용자가 소지한 단말기에 탑재된 내자리 애플리케이션으로 인증 결과를 푸시한다. 내자리 ID가 POS 기기에 제공되는 방식에는 내자리 ID가 저장된 마그네틱 또는 바코드로 인쇄된 회원카드가 제공될 수 있으며 내자리 애플리케이션이 내자리 ID가 저장된 바코드를 화면에 출력하는 이미지로 제공될 수 있다.
도 13은 본 발명에 따른 내자리 서비스 방법에서 카메라 기능에 의해 사용자가 특정 자리에 있음을 입증하는 인증 방법을 보인 예시도이다. 내자리 애플리케이션은 카메라 기능을 이용하여 해당 자리에만 위치하는 조형물이나 인쇄물로 미리 정해놓은 대상물을 사진으로 촬영하여 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송한다. 내자리 서비스 서버는 사진에 포함된 대상물을 바람직하게는 자동으로 인식하여 사용자가 해당 자리에 위치함에 대한 진위여부를 판단한다. 다른 실시예로, 내자리 애플리케이션이 사진에 포함된 대상물에 대한 진위여부를 판단하는 기능을 탑재하여 보다 빠른 진위여부 결과를 제공하도록 확장이 가능하다.
도 14는 본 발명의 내자리 서비스 방법에서 식별코드 또는 이미지를 매개하여 사용자가 특정 자리에 있음을 입증하는 방법을 보인 도면이다. 내자리 서비스 서버와 연동하는 POS 기기가 위치하는 자리에서 내자리 서비스 서버에서 발행한 식별코드 또는 이미지를 영수증 등의 출력매체를 통해 제공한다. 사용자는 내자리 애플리케이션이 제공하는 카메라 기능을 이용하여 출력매체에 인쇄된 식별코드 또는 이미지를 사진으로 촬영하여 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송한다. 내자리 서비스 서버는 식별코드 또는 이미지를 자동 인식하여 사용자가 해당 자리에 있는 진위여부를 판단한다.
다른 실시예로, 내자리 애플리케이션이 사진에 포함된 식별코드 또는 이미지에 대한 진위여부를 판단하는 기능을 탑재하여 보다 빠른 진위여부 결과를 제공할 수 있도록 확장이 가능하다. 식별코드 또는 이미지는 바코드와 같은 매체로 제공될 수 있다. 내자리 서비스 서버는 식별코드 또는 이미지를 발행할 때 물품 구매 시점의 구매 정보 및 고객 정보를 포함해서 발행한 후 발행 결과를 데이터베이스화할 수 있으며 식별코드 또는 이미지의 유효기간을 설정하여 관리할 수 있다.
도 15는 본 발명에서 지역형 스탬프 주고받기 방법을 예시한 도면이다. 지역형 스탬프는 해당 지역에서만 받을 수 있기 때문에 사용자가 주로 있는 지역이 아닌 다른 지역에서 발급되는 다양한 지역형 스탬프를 획득하기 어렵다. 그에 따라 지역형 스탬프를 사용자간에 선물하는 주고받기 기능은 이러한 어려움을 해소하고, 다양한 스탬프를 갖고 싶어하는 사용자 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있다.
도 16은 본 발명에서 지역형 스탬프를 요청하는 제1 예시도이다. 지역형 스탬프는 해당 자리에 위치하지 않으면 받을 수 없으며, 그에 따라 스탬프 받기에 실패하였다는 결과 화면이 나타난다. 그러나 결과 화면에서 '요청하기' 버튼을 클릭하면, 그 스탬프의 포스팅에 요청하는 글을 올릴 수 있다. 이를 통해 해당 스탬프를 소유한 사용자로부터 선물을 받을 수 있다.
도 17은 본 발명에서 지역형 스탬프를 요청하는 제2 예시도이다. 스탬프 화면 내의 '받은 사람'을 누르면 그 스탬프를 받은 사람들의 목록이 나오며, 받은 사람들을 선택해서 그 사람에게 해당 스탬프를 요청할 수 있다.
도 18은 본 발명에서 지역형 스탬프를 선물하는 제1 예시도이다. 지역형 스탬프를 여러 개 가지고 있다면, 스탬프 화면에서 '선물주기' 버튼을 클릭하여 그 스탬프를 요청한 사람이나 나의 관심친구에게 선물을 해 줄 수 있다. 한 개 이상의 스탬프를 가지고 있으면 요청한 사람 또는 관심친구에게 선물을 할 수 있다.
도 19는 본 발명에서 지역형 스탬프를 선물하는 제2 예시도이다. 스탬프가 있는 자리에 위치하여 스탬프를 정상적으로 받게 되었을 때의 결과 화면에서 '선물주기' 버튼을 클릭하면 그 스탬프를 요청한 사람 또는 관심친구에게 선물을 할 수 있다.
도 20 내지 도 25는 본 발명에서 사용자 포스팅 기능을 제공하는 방법, 사용자 포스팅 화면, 관심 포스팅 기능을 제공하는 방법, 관심 포스팅 화면, 주변 포스팅 기능을 제공하는 방법, 주변 포스팅 화면을 각각 나타낸 도면이다.
내자리 어플리케이션에는 자리찍기, 의견쓰기, 의견 평가를 통해 점수를 얻고, 그 점수가 쌓여 자리의 상위 5위권 내에 들면 면적지표를 얻게 되고, 1위가 되면 그 자리의 자리대표가 된다. 그리고 면적지표가 쌓이면 땅부자의 명예를 얻을 수 있다. 또한 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에는 스탬프를 받게 된다.
이러한 내자리 어플리케이션의 사용자는 다른 사용자와 경쟁하면서 정보를 주고받고 친목도 쌓을 수 있는 소통 공간을 필요로한다. 그래서 사용자들간의 원활한 소통을 위해 포스팅 기능을 제공한다. 포스팅의 종류에는 사용자 포스팅, 관심 포스팅, 주변 포스팅으로 세 가지가 있다.
사용자 포스팅에는 그 곳에 직접 와서 남긴 글과 다른 대상(사람, 자리, 스탬프)의 포스팅에 글을 남겼을 경우 원문으로 가는 링크와 자리대표가 되었을 경우 알리는 글을 게시해서 보여 준다.
관심 포스팅에서는 사용자가 관심 대상으로 추가한 친구, 자리, 스탬프의 포스팅을 모아 포스팅 내의 글들을 시간 순으로 보여 준다. 내자리 어플리케이션에서 발행하는 알림 메시지(댓글 또는 땅부자 등급 하락)를 보여 준다.
주변 포스팅은 사용자가 현재 위치한 자리의 근처에 있는 주변 자리들과 주변 지역 스탬프의 포스팅에 남겨진 글들을 시간 순으로 모아서 보여 준다.
도 26은 본 발명에서 관심주는 친구 화면, 관심받는 친구 화면, 관심자리 화면을 예시한 도면이다. 내자리 애플리케이션에서는 사용자가 자신이 보유하고 있는 스탬프와 자리대표, 땅부자, 포스팅을 좀 더 편리하게 관리할 수 있도록 하기 위해 '관심주기'라는 기능을 제공한다.
'관심주기' 기능은 사용자가 관심을 갖는 대상을 손쉽게 볼 수 있도록 한다. 관심을 줄 수 있는 대상은 사람에만 한정되는 것이 아니라 자리와 스탬프에도 관심주기를 할 수 있다. 관심주기를 한 사용자는 관심친구 목록에서, 그리고 관심주기를 한 스탬프와 자리는 관심자리의 목록을 통해 볼 수 있으며, 이를 통해 지속적인 관리가 가능하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 휴대 단말기는 사용자가 위치하는 장소의 주변에 대하여 내자리 서비스 서버에 미리 마련된 자리 리스트를 제공받아 화면에 디스플레이하는 단계;
    상기 휴대 단말기는 상기 자리 리스트로부터 특정 자리에 대한 사용자의 자리찍기 입력을 제공받아 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 타겟 자리에 대하여, 자리찍기의 총 횟수 및 자리찍기 입력을 제공한 사용자의 명수에 기초하여 상기 타겟 자리에 대한 평가치인 '면적지표'를 산출하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 사용자에 대하여 상기 타겟 자리에서의 점수를 부여하여 점수 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 타겟 자리에서 점수를 할당받은 사용자 중에서 소정의 규정에 따라 선택된 사용자에 대해 상기 산출된 면적지표를 분할하여 분할 면적지표를 제공하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 사용자에 대해 분할 면적지표를 합산하여 총 면적지표를 계산해서 상기 계산된 총 면적지표가 미리 설정된 기준 이상인 경우 땅부자 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 각 타겟 자리별로 점수가 가장 높은 사용자에 대해 자리대표 정보를 생성하는 단계;
    를 포함하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 타겟 자리에 대한 면적지표는 아래의 [수학식 1]에 의해 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.

    면적지표 = (찍기입력 제공한 사용자의 명수 * 제 1 가중치) + (자리찍기 총 횟수 * 제 2 가중치)
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 휴대 단말기는 상기 타겟 자리에 대해 산출된 '면적지표', 상기 점수 정보, 상기 산출된 분할 면적지표, 상기 땅부자 정보, 상기 자리대표 정보 중 하나 이상을 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로부터 제공받아 화면에 디스플레이하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하여 구성되는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 자리찍기 입력을 제공받아 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송하는 단계는,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 자리찍기 메뉴를 화면에 표시하고, 사용자의 자리찍기 메뉴 선택에 따라 자리찍기 입력을 제공받으며,
    상기 자리찍기 메뉴는,
    동일 자리에 대해 자리찍기 입력이 제공된 이후에는 소정 시간이 경과한 이후에 활성화되고,
    상기 동일 자리에 대해 소정 시간동안에 미리 설정된 회수 이하에 대해서만 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 자리 리스트 디스플레이 단계 이전에,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 사용자 조작에 의해 특정 위치를 대표하는 자리를 입력받아 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 상기 전송된 특정 위치 대표 자리를 상기 자리 리스트에 삽입하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하여 구성되는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내자리 서비스 방법은,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 사용자가 위치한 자리를 내자리 서비스 서버에 등록하고 알리는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 단계에서 발생하는 이벤트에 대해 점수를 부여하고, 상기 부여된 점수를 상기 휴대 단말기에서 각 자리별로 표시하도록 하는 단계; 및
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 이벤트에 대한 상기 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에 해당 조건을 만족했다는 증거에 해당하는 스탬프를 발급하여, 상기 스탬프가 휴대 단말기에 표시되도록 하는 단계;를 더 포함하며,
    상기 스탬프를 표시하는 단계는,
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 자리등록, 자리찍기, 의견등록 중 선택된 하나의 기능에 대한 일정 조건 조합에 의해 지급한 기능형 스탬프를 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 사용자의 휴대 단말기가 유적지, 관광지 또는 문화유산 중 어느 하나의 특정 지역범위를 대표하는 대상물에 위치할 때 지급하는 지역형 스탬프를 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 특정 지역을 방문할 때마다 발급된 지역형 스탬프가 소정 개수 이상인 경우 기능형 스탬프를 발급하여, 기능형 스탬프와 지역형 스탬프의 조합으로 구성된 기업형 스탬프를 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 지역형 스탬프를 표시하는 단계는,
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 소정 회수만큼 지급된 스탬프를 다른 사용자에게 분배하는 속성을 가진 우표형의 스탬프를 발급하여, 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 사용자가 특정 지역에 위치하여 한 번 지급되고 다른 사용자에게 발송이 가능한 속성을 가진 관광형의 스탬프를 발급하여, 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  8. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 지역형 스탬프를 표시하는 단계에서,
    상기 휴대 단말기는,
    스탬프 화면에 표시된 요청하기 버튼이 선택되면, 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로 스탬프 요청하기 정보를 전송하고,
    스탬프 화면에서 받은 사람 버튼을 선택되면, 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로부터 스탬프 화면에 표시되는 스탬프를 받은 사람 목록을 수신하여 디스플레이하며, 상기 받은 사람 목록 중 어느 한 사람이 선택되면, 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로 상기 선택된 사람에 대한 스탬프 요청하기 정보를 전송하며,
    스탬프 화면에서 선물주기 버튼이 선택되면, 스탬프 화면에 표시되는 스탬프를 요청한 사람 또는 관심친구 정보를 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로부터 수신하여 디스플레이하며, 디스플레이된 스탬프를 요청한 사람 또는 관심친구 중 어느 한 사람이 선택되면, 상기 선택된 사람에 대한 스탬프 선물하기를 상기 내자리 서비스 서버로 요청하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  9. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내자리 서비스 방법은,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 사용자가 위치한 자리를 상기 내자리 서비스 서버에 등록하고 알리는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 단계에서 발생하는 이벤트에 대해 점수를 부여하고, 상기 부여된 점수를 각 자리별로 상기 휴대 단말기에서 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 이벤트에 대한 상기 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에 해당 조건을 만족했다는 증거에 해당하는 스탬프를 발급하여 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하여 구성되고,
    상기 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 단계는,
    판매시점관리(POS) 기기에 사용자의 내자리 ID를 미리 저장하는 단계;
    상기 POS 기기가 상기 미리 저장된 내자리 ID와 동일한 정보를 입력받는 경우, 상기 POS 기기는 사용자가 해당 장소에 위치함을 입증하는 정보를 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송하는 단계; 및
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 상기 내자리 ID에 대응하는 사용자의 휴대 단말기로 인증 결과를 전송하는 단계;
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  10. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내자리 서비스 방법은,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 사용자가 위치한 자리를 상기 내자리 서비스 서버에 등록하고 알리는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 단계에서 발생하는 이벤트에 대해 점수를 부여하여, 부여된 점수를 각 자리별로 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 이벤트에 대한 상기 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에 해당 조건을 만족했다는 증거에 해당하는 스탬프를 발급하여, 상기 휴대 단말기를 통해 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    를 더 포함하여 구성되고,
    상기 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 단계는,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 카메라 모듈을 이용하여 상기 사용자가 위치하는 자리에 관한 사진 이미지를 획득하여 내자리 서비스 서버로 전송하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 전송된 사진 이미지에 포함된 대상물에 대한 진위 여부를 판단하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 진위 여부 판단의 결과로부터 상기 사용자가 해당 장소에 있음을 인증하는 단계;
    를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내자리 서비스 방법.
  11. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 내자리 서비스 방법은,
    상기 휴대 단말기가 사용자가 위치한 자리를 상기 내자리 서비스 서버에 등록하고 알리는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 상기 사용자 위치 자리를 등록하고 알리는 단계에서 발생하는 이벤트에 대해 점수를 부여하고, 상기 부여된 점수를 각 자리별로 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;
    상기 내자리 서비스 서버가 상기 이벤트에 대한 상기 사용자의 행위가 일정한 조건을 만족하는 경우에 해당 조건을 만족했다는 증거에 해당하는 스탬프를 발급하여 상기 휴대 단말기에 표시하도록 하는 단계;

    상기 내자리 서비스 서버는 상기 제공된 관심주기 대상 정보에 기초하여 관심주기 리스트, 관심받기 리스트, 관심자리 리스트 중 하나 이상을 생성하는 단계;
