而对于一般服务人力如维修服务或货品收受运送等等的派遣工作,目前所采 取方式大多仍是利用传统手机通讯派遣的联络方式,若将习用计程车派遣的技术 直接应用于人员派遣, 理论上虽可达到派遣人力即时定位的功能, 但却仍存在下 列许多问题:
1.传统计程车所应用的定位装置及无线通讯装置大多得于车上安装一车载 主机, 以供即时定位以及派遣中心联络之用, 其车载主机往往具有一体积, 不便 于人员佩带使用。
2. 传统计程车派遣完成后系利用手机等通讯方式回报客户所派遣的车辆车 牌等资讯以确认派遣车辆, 对于维修服务或货品收受运送等派遣工作, 仅能以制 服或证件等方式辨认, 并另行手工开立服务维修单或货物运送收据, 以避免重要 货物遗失或损坏等责任的厘清。
3.完成派遣后需再次回报为空车状态, 以便于接受下一派遣工作, 而无自动 完成回报或工作纪录査询等功能。

e.该派遣人力端于接收派遣需求后,以该人员派遣事务机向派遣端确认是否 接受派遣需求,若否则该派遣端向下一优先派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机发出派 遣需求资讯;
f.该派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机于接受派遣需求后形成一派遣纪录;以及 g.依工作完成状况更新该派遣纪录。
通过上述结构, 本发明实现以下技术效果:
1、 人员该人员派遣事务机为一可供使用者随身携带的装置, 该人员派遣事 务机可接受一派遣端的联系, 以取得该人员派遣事务机的即时地理位置, 以依照 与一客户端的地理位置距离排定优先派遣顺序;该人员派遣事务机于接收派遣需 求资讯后可回复确认是否接受派遣需求;该人员派遣事务机于接受派遣需求后依 派遣需求资讯自动形成一派遣纪录, 该派遣纪录系可为一电子派遣工作单, 并可 依工作完成状况更新该电子派遣工作单,例如收取货品时可记录取货时间及确认 货品内容等资讯, 货品送达收货处时, 可记录货品送达时间及签收人等资讯。
2、 该类比数位讯号转换模组包含一 DTMF编码单元及一 DTMF解码单元, 其 可将各项数位讯号资讯转化成 DTMF类比讯号经由该通讯模组传输送出, 或将由 该通讯模组接收的 DTMF类比讯号资讯转换为数位讯号资讯, 以供该微处理器用 以执行、 控制各项操作程序。
3、 该等派遣纪录可储存于该储存模组内, 该派遣端可透过该通讯模组与该 人员派遣事务机联系后,以取得该等派遣纪录,以即时査询派遣工作的完成状况。
4、 该人员派遣事务机依工作完成状况更新该派遣纪录时, 可依该派遣资讯 透过该通讯模组以语音或简讯等方式主动通知客户端或派遣端,以即时回报派遣 工作的完成状况。
5、 该等派遣记录及定位座标値等资讯可逐笔储存于该储存模组内, 以方便 结算工作完成件数及行程路线记录等统计作业。 6、 该定位模组包含一全球定位系统单元, 用以接收一全球定位系统卫星的 座标信号, 以计算出该人员派遣事务机的位置座标値。
7、 该定位模组更包含有一电信辅助定位单元, 用以侦测该通讯网路的多个 基地台讯号, 以计算出该人员派遣事务机的位置座标値, 以于建筑物内或卫星定 位讯号接收不良处可进行辅助定位。
8、该人员派遣事务机更包含有一唤醒模组, 该唤醒模组为一无线射频晶片, 其可接收一无线讯号, 以启动该人员派遣事务机, 以于该人员派遣事务机被意外 或恶意关机时, 仍能远端启动唤醒, 以作为紧急救助之用。
9、 该人员派遣事务机更包含有一导航模组, 以依照该派遣模组的派遣纪录 排程安排、 规划路径, 并进行定位导航之用。
10、 该通讯模组亦具有语音通讯功能, 供以直接连络沟通或紧急求助之用。 附图说明

为便于说明本案于上述发明内容一栏中所表示的中心思想,兹以具体实施例 表达。 实施例中各种不同物件系按适于说明的比例、 尺寸、 变形量或位移量而描 绘, 而非按实际元件的比例予以绘制, 合先叙明。 且以下的说明中, 类似的元件 是以相同的编号来表示。
本发明的一种人员派遣事务机, 如图 1〜图 3图面所示, 该人员派遣事务机 主要包含有:
一微处理器 10, 用以执行、 控制各项操作程序;
一定位模组 20, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 用以即时侦测及计算出该人员 派遣事务机所在位置的座标値; 其中, 该定位模组 20包含一全球定位系统单元 21, 用以接收一全球定位系统卫星的座标信号, 以利用卫星讯号计算出该人员派 遣事务机的位置座标値;
一通讯模组 30, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 该通讯模组 30可与一通讯网路 连接, 该通讯模组 30指与 GSM、 GPRS, PHS、 3G、 WCDMA、 CDMA2000行动通信网 路系统及 WLAN、 WIMAX无线网路系统等其中任一通讯网路及其组合实现通信连结 的通讯模组; 该人员派遣事务机可藉由通讯模组 30以接收或传送各项资讯; 一类比(模拟)数位(数字)讯号转换模组 40, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 可将该人员派遣事务机所接收或欲传送各项资讯进行类比 /数位资料转换;其中, 该类比数位讯号转换模组 40包含一 DTMF编码单元 41及一 DTMF解码单元 42, 其可将各项数位讯号资讯转化成 DTMF类比讯号经由该通讯模组 30传输送出,或 将由该通讯模组接收的 DTMF类比讯号资讯转换为数位讯号资讯, 以供该微处理 器 10用以执行、 控制各项操作程序;
一派遣模组 50, 电性连接于该微处理器 10,其可自该通讯模组 30接收一派 遣资讯, 并自动形成派遣纪录;
一储存模组 60, 电性连接于该微处理器 10,其可供储存各项资讯纪录之用; 一显示模组 70, 其可为一显示荧幕, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 以于其上 显示各项操作程序及资讯;
一输入模组 80, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 其可为一键盘、 多个功能按键 或与该显示模组 70整合成一触控式荧幕, 藉以输入操作各项操作程序及动作; 一唤醒模组 90, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 该唤醒模组 90为一无线射频晶 片, 可接收一无线讯号, 以启动该人员派遣事务机。
一导航模组 100, 电性连接于该微处理器 10, 内储有地图等地理资讯, 以藉 由该定位模组 20的位置座标値进行定位导航之用; 以及
一影音模组 110, 电性连接于该微处理器 10,其可包含一撷取影像用的摄影 装置, 例如一摄影镜头; 以及一撷取音讯用的录音装置, 例如一麦克风, 以撷取 动态或静态影像及音讯撷取, 并将其储存于该储存模组 60内。
再者, 该定位模组 20更包含有一电信辅助定位单元 22, 用以侦测该通讯网 路内的多个基地台讯号方向及强度等资讯, 利用电波三角定位等运算方式, 以计 算出该人员派遣事务机的位置座标値;当该人员派遣事务机位于建筑物内部或卫 星定位讯号接收不良处可进行辅助定位。
以及如图 4及图 5图面所示,一种应用前述人员派遣事务机以进行人员派遣 的方法, 其主要包含以下步骤:
a.一派遣端接受一客户端的派遣需求;
b.该派遣端与多个派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机联系,以取得各派遣人力端 的即时地理位置;
C.依各派遣人力端与该客户端的地理位置距离排定优先派遣顺序; d.该派遣端依优先派遣顺序向最优先派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机发出派 遣需求资讯;
e.该派遣人力端于接收派遣需求后,以该人员派遣事务机向派遣端确认是否 接受派遣需求,若否则该派遣端向下一优先派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机发出派 遣需求资讯;
f.该派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机于接受派遣需求后形成一派遣纪录;以及 g.依工作完成状况更新该派遣纪录。
明了上述本案详细结构后, 以下针对本案的动作原理逐一详细说明: 以服务维修人员派遣为例
当一派遣端接受一客户端的派遣需求, 例如事务机械需要维修人员派遣时; 该派遣端可透过通讯网路与多个派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机联系査询各人员 的即时位置,其中,该派遣端可以利用通讯模组通过 GSM、 GPRS, I¾S、 3G、 WCDMA、 CDMA2000行动通信网路系统及 WLAN、 WIMAX无线网路系统等其中任一通讯网路 及其组合达成与各人员派遣事务机通信的连结;当各人员派遣事务机的通讯模组 30接收到派遣端的即时位置询问要求后, 可将该定位模组 20即时侦测计算出所 在位置的座标値透过该通讯模组 30回传至该派遣端;
该派遣端取得各派遣人力端的即时地理位置后即依各派遣人力端与该客户 端的地理位置距离排定优先派遣顺序;该派遣端依优先派遣顺序向最优先派遣人 力端的人员派遣事务机发出派遣需求资讯;
该派遣人力端透过通讯模组 30接收派遣需求后, 可直接将派遣需求如客户 名称、 地址以及所需维修服务等资讯显示于该显示模组 70上, 该派遣人力端可 藉由输入模组 80输入操作确认后, 由通讯模组 30向派遣端发出确认是否接受派 遣需求,若否则该派遣端向下一优先派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机发出派遣需求 资讯;
该派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机于确认接受派遣需求后, 该派遣模组 50会 依照派遣需求资讯自动形成一派遣纪录, 该派遣纪录可为一电子派遣工作单, 并 将其储存于储存模组 60内;且该导航模组 100可以依照该派遣模组 50所储存的 派遣纪录排程安排规划路径, 并进行定位导航;
当该派遣人力端到达客户端时可出示该派遣模组 50的派遣纪录, 以确认进 行维修服务, 并可于工作完成时更新该派遣纪录, 并藉由输入模组 80于派遣纪 录签收完工记录, 并储存于该储存模组 60内, 以供派遣端透过通讯模组 30向该 人员派遣事务机发出査询请求时, 可将储存模组 60内的派遣纪录回传派遣端, 以确认各派遣纪录的完成状态; 甚至可直接透过通讯模组 30向派遣端回报派遣 纪录, 以通知派遣端完成维修工作; 再者, 若派遣人力端因物料损坏、 短缺等问 题无法完成维修工作时, 亦可直接于派遣纪录上记载, 并透过该通讯模组 30向 派遣端回报以申请零件、 物料以及安排下一维修时程。
该类比数位讯号转换模组 40包含 DTMF编码单元 41及 DTMF解码单元 42, 其可将各项数位讯号资讯转化成 DTMF类比讯号经由该通讯模组 30传输送出,或 将由该通讯模组接收的 DTMF类比讯号资讯转换为数位讯号资讯, 以供该微处理 器 10用以执行、 控制各项操作程序, 如此一来本发明只需利用一般的语音通讯 网路, 即可实现数位资料传输的工作, 不需要另行开通数据传输服务, 即可应用 GSM、 GPRS, PHS、 3G、 WCDMA、 CDMA2000等行动通信网路系统的语音通讯进行各 项资讯传输工作; 再者, 当外部藉由通讯模组 30连结该人员派遣事务机操作功 能时, 除可设定认证密码防止恶意侵入外, 该 DTMF编码单元 41与 DTMF解码单 元 42可于转换讯号时加入密码编列功能, 以防止他人破解侵入取得资料。
其中, 该通讯模组 30亦具有语音通讯功能, 供以直接连络派遣端、 客户端 以进行沟通或遭遇紧急状况求助之用; 再者, 该人员派遣事务机的唤醒模组 90 系可为无线射频晶片, 其于接收到一无线启动讯号时, 可以启动该人员派遣事务 机, 俾以于该人员派遣事务机被意外或恶意关机时, 仍能远端启动唤醒, 以作为 搜救定位之用; 且该定位模组 20可定时将所测得的位置座标値储存于该储存模 组 60内, 俾以供派遣端可査询该派遣人力端的历史位置记录, 以供査询、 紧急 救助或核对工作行程之用。
以货品收送人员派遣为例
本发明除可应用于一般维修人力派遣之外,更可应用于货品收送的人员派遣 方法, 其与前述维修人力派遣相较下更可多出货品收送流程控管与追踪的功能; 其确认接受派遣的步骤与程序与前述方法相同, 于此不再另行赘述; 当该派遣人 力端到达客户端所指定的收货地点时, 可出示该派遣模组 50的派遣纪录, 收取 货品时可藉由该输入模组 80登记取货时间及确认货品内容等资讯, 并由客户签 名或以拍照等其他记录方式登记取货资讯, 并将该派遣模组 50的派遣纪录更新 后储存至该储存模组 60内, 再进行货品运送的流程; 当货品送达指定送货地点 后,由客户藉由输入模组 80签收并更新该派遣纪录,以储存于该储存模组 60内。
运送前派遣端可透过通讯模组 30向该人员派遣事务机发出査询请求, 确认 该人员派遣事务机的即时位置以及派遣记录排程, 以计算出预计收取货品的时 间;而货品运送过程中,可査询该人员派遣事务机的即时位置以及派遣记录排程, 以计算出货品目前所在处以及预计送达的时间; 货品运送完成后, 可査询该人员 派遣事务机的完成派遣记录, 以向客户端回报货品送达时间、 签收记录等资讯; 再者, 该人员派遣事务机亦可于更新派遣纪录的同时, 透过该通讯模组 30 将储存模组 60内的派遣纪录, 以语音或简讯等方式主动通知派遣端或客户端, 以确认各派遣纪录的完成状态; 例如即时回报何时已收取货品进行运送、货品内 容数量、 货品已于何时送达指定送货地点、 由何人签收等记录, 以使派遣端或客 户端能掌握各阶段的完成状况。甚至于货品收送的同时可利用该影音模组 110撷 取动态或静态影像及音讯, 并将其储存于该储存模组 60内, 以作为日后存档査 证之用。
若货品经由多个转运收送过程才能送达指定送货处,亦可经由多个的人员派 遣事务机登记货品流向, 以及交接的派遣人力端, 以确实掌握物品流向, 避免货 品遗失的风险, 亦可使客户端能即时或定时追踪货品的运送路径与时间, 甚至是 否已送达指定送货地点以及签收人员等资讯。
且本发明的人员派遣事务机可将该等派遣记录及定位座标値等资讯逐笔储 存于该储存模组 60内, 可定时或当日统计结算工作完成件数, 由于该派遣记录 系为电子化的电子派遣工作单,可直接下载至一电脑后直接进行工作完成件数结 算, 甚至可进行行程路线记录等统计作业, 不需如同习用手写派遣工作单得逐笔 手动输入计算, 可大幅减少人工计算所需时间及发生错误的可能性。
虽然本案是以数个最佳实施例做说明,但精于此技艺者能在不脱离本案精神 与范畴下做各种不同形式的改变。 以上所举实施例仅用以说明本案而已, 非用以 限制本案的范围。举凡不违本案精神所从事的种种修改或变化, 倶属本案申请专 利范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1.一种人员派遣事务机, 该人员派遣事务机主要包含有:
一微处理器, 用以执行、 控制各项操作程序;
一定位模组, 电性连接于该微处理器,用以即时侦测及计算出所在位置的座 标値;
一通讯模组, 电性连接于该微处理器, 该通讯模组与一通讯网路连接, 以接 收或传送各项资讯;
一类比数位讯号转换模组, 电性连接于该微处理器,将接收或传送各项资讯 进行类比 /数位资料转换;
一派遣模组, 电性连接于该微处理器, 其自该通讯模组接收派遣资讯, 并形 成派遣纪录; 以及
一储存模组, 电性连接于该微处理器, 其供储存各项资讯纪录之用。
2.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该通讯模组指与 GSM、 GPRS, PHS、 3G、 WCDMA、 CDMA2000行动通信网路系统及 WLAN、 WIMAX无线网路系 统的其中任一通讯网路及其组合实现通信连结的通讯模组。
3.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该类比数位讯号转换 模组包含一 DTMF编码单元及一 DTMF解码单元。
4.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该定位模组包含一全 球定位系统单元, 用以接收一全球定位系统卫星的座标信号, 以计算出该人员派 遣事务机的位置座标値。
5.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该定位模组包含一电 信辅助定位单元, 用以侦测该通讯网路的多个基地台讯号, 以计算出该人员派遣 事务机的位置座标値。
6.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该人员派遣事务机更 包含有一显示模组, 以于其上显示各项操作程序及资讯, 并藉由一输入模组, 以 操作各项操作程序及动作。
7.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该人员派遣事务机更 包含有一影音模组, 以撷取动态或静态影像及音讯。
8.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该人员派遣事务机更 包含有一唤醒模组, 该唤醒模组为一无线射频晶片, 接收一无线讯号, 以启动该 人员派遣事务机。
9.如权利要求 1所述的人员派遣事务机, 其特征在于, 该人员派遣事务机更 包含有一导航模组, 以进行定位导航之用。
10.一种应用如权利要求 1所述人员派遣事务机的人员派遣方法,其特征在于 包含以下步骤:
a.一派遣端接受一客户端的派遣需求;
b.该派遣端与多个派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机联系,以取得各派遣人力端 的即时地理位置;
c.依各派遣人力端与该客户端的地理位置距离排定优先派遣顺序; d.该派遣端依优先派遣顺序向最先优先的派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机发 出派遣需求资讯;
e.该派遣人力端于接收派遣需求后,以该人员派遣事务机向派遣端确认是否 接受派遣需求,若否则该派遣端向下一优先派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机发出派 遣需求资讯;
f.该派遣人力端的人员派遣事务机于接受派遣需求后形成一派遣纪录;以及 g.依工作完成状况更新该派遣纪录。
