育苗基布及其制造方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于水稻育秧、 育草皮的育苗基布及其制造方法。
背景技术
育苗基布目前被广泛用于软盘育秧和草皮种植的无纺布植生带中。
软盘育秧是目前广泛应用在水稻育苗中的一种方法, 这种方法是利用有孔 平板塑料规格软盘,铺垫床土后播种,育出符合机械化栽插要求规格标准的"毯 状秧块"。 它具有投资成本低、 操作简便、 经济效益好的优点, 采用软盘育秧 技术为了使 "毯状秧块"盘结好、 易于搬运, 通常在塑料软盘底部铺垫一块无 纺布 (育秧基布) 。 但无纺布地膜由化纤制成, 不降解, 污染环境, 且无纺布 地膜强度大, 插秧机插秧难以将秧苗分开等问题, 这又给水稻插秧机育秧技术 带来新的问题。
无纺布植生带是草皮的种植一种新技术, 目前被广泛使用, 该技术是把青 草种子和肥料均匀地洒在两层无纺布基布之间, 便形成了无纺布植生带, 可以 把它卷曲成卷, 然后运输售出。 用户在使用时, 只要把这些无纺布植生带铺在 地上, 敷上一层薄薄的泥土, 每天洒水保持湿润, 不用一个月的时间, 这些地 毯般的无纺布植生带,就会长成绿茸茸的草皮。但无纺布植生带的基布是化学原 料制成的产品, 虽然可卷曲、 运输方便, 但植入地面后不可降解, 给生态环境 造成较大影响。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种育苗基布及其制造方法, 目的是为了使育苗基布使用后 能降解, 对土壤无污染, 用作水稻育秧时使秧苗容易分插。
本发明提供的这种育苗基布, 由植物纤维制成。
所述植物纤维是麻类纤维。
本发明用于制造上述育苗基布的方法是先将麻纤维原料喂入麻处理设备中 通过机械敲打使纤维分散, 然后利用所述设备的罗拉牵升将纤维随机排列形成 网状纤维, 用变性淀粉胶将所述网状纤维粘合在一起, 通过干燥后形成表面具 有孔状结构的育苗基布。
麻纤维原料在进行机械敲打前长度为 50-70αη。
本发明育苗基布由于采用植物纤维制成, 它比现有的化学无纺布结构要疏 松, 表面为网状结构, 有细小孔隙, 水稻和草皮种子可以扎根于其中, 透气性 好, 能使育秧亩根系发达、 返青快、 秧苗盘根好, 而且在机械化插秧时比较容 易分插, 当它用于水稻育秧和草皮植生带时不但能降解, 不污染土壤, 而且具 有对土壤增肥的效果, 这些优点是现有技术所不具备的。
本发明制造育苗基本的方法非常简单, 工艺流程短、 生产速度快, 产量高、 成本低, 对设备要求较低, 并且环境没有污染。
具体实施方式
本发明育苗基布是天然植物纤维制成的, 它的原料可以采用麻纤维原料, 如黄麻熟麻、 红麻熟麻、 亚麻二粗或打成麻、 苎麻落麻或精干麻, 如果是黄麻 熟麻、 红麻熟麻、 亚麻打成麻、 苎麻精干麻则需将这些纤维切成长度为 50〜70 cm的小段, 如果是亚麻二粗和苎麻落麻则可直接使用。 使用时先将麻纤维原料 喂入麻处理设备中通过机械敲打使纤维分散, 然后利用所述设备的罗拉牵升将 纤维随机排列形成网状纤维, 用变性淀粉胶将所述网状纤维粘合在一起, 通过 干燥后形成表面具有孔状结构的育苗基布。麻处理设备采用的是一种公知设备, 设备名称为: 环保型麻地膜的制备装置, 已获发明专利, 专利号 ZL200710303484. 7 , 专利权为中国农业科学院麻类研究所所有。 本发明育苗基 布制造好后表面为网状结构, 表面有细小孔隙, 水稻和草皮种子可以扎根于该 基布内, 不仅透气性好, 而且所育种苗盘根好, 不易松散, 便于秧苗和草皮的 搬运和装机, 便于机械化作业。 使用时在田间使用 3个月后开始降解, 降解物 对土壤无污染, 并有增肥土壤作用。
按照上述方法发明人试制了一些产品, 产品的规格按照产品单位重量来划 分。 以下是试制中的一批, 产品克重主要有 40 g/m2、 45 g/m\ 50 g/m2这三种 不同规格,当然还可以根据实际需要制成其它不同规格。产品幅宽有 30〜90 cm, 长度根据秧盘的实际尺寸裁剪。

50 0. 28 50〜扇 1532 82 203 从表一可以看出本发明育苗基布的具有较好的抗拉强度, 但撕破强度及顶 破强度弱于化学无纺布, 正是由于这个特点使得本发明在用于水稻育秧时, 使 秧苗上插秧机时容易分插。 本试制产品在试用时也充分体现了这一点优点, 容 易分秧但却不易散秧, 秧苗移栽的整个过程中秧苗整齐不离散, 与现有技术的 化学无纺布相比, 本发明更有利于机械化插秧。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种育苗基布, 其特征在于该基布由植物纤维制成。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的育苗基布,其特征在于所述植物纤维是麻类纤维。
3、 一种用于制造权利要求 1或 2所述育苗基布的方法, 其特征是先将麻纤 维原料喂入麻处理设备中通过机械敲打使纤维分散, 然后利用所述设备的罗拉 牵升将纤维随机排列形成网状纤维, 用变性淀粉胶将所述网状纤维粘合在一起, 通过干燥后形成表面具有孔状结构的育苗基布。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的制造育苗基布的方法, 其特征是麻纤维原料在进 行机械敲打前长度为 50-70cm。
