  • the present invention therefore proposes itself as a hybrid footwear-sock system, so as to simultaneously achieve the advantages of both solutions: on the one hand the need to satisfy the need to protect the foot, on the other the wish to reduce the structural rigidity and constraints typical of normal footwear to a minimum, so as to assure greater freedom of movement and an increased perception of the ground.

  • the portions of insole 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 are connected to the insole 10 in a releasable manner. This way, after one or more of such portions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 have been separated from the insole 10, they can be attached to the corresponding portions 1' , 2', 3', ', 5', 6', 7' of the sole 14 to perform their corrective function.
  • the insole 10 represents an assembly of proprioceptive and/or osteo-articular orthotic corrections, which it is possible to make use of, according to specific medical needs, by reciprocally dividing them and connecting them to the sole 14 at the aforementioned seats.
  • the portions of insole 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 are delimited by weakening lines 16, 18, 20, preferably of the polymer material of the insole 10, suitable for facilitating the detachment of each portion from the adjacent portions.
  • such weakening lines 16, 18, 20 comprise undercut portions 52 of the insole 10 in relation to the surfaces delimiting them, so that the material which the insole 10 is composed of proves locally thinner.
  • the aforesaid undercut portions 52 help to increase the non-slip characteristics of the sole 14.
  • the weakening lines 16, 18, 20 comprise perforated portions of the insole 10, for example in a dotted manner, thereby proving more yielding to an applied force, such as cutting or tearing.
  • each of such portions of insole 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 corresponds to one or to a combination of the following proprioceptive elements so as to treat various medical conditions: opening chain stimulating element 1, that is varus element, closing chain stimulating element 2, that is valgus element, additional opening chain element in the case of a flat foot 3, Lelievre element 4, additional anterior Lelievre element in the case of a pes cavus 5, centre-tip element 6 to associate with the valgus element for lateral spurs, centre-tip element 7 to associate with the varus element for medial spurs.
  • the kit further comprises attachment means of the insole portions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 to the sole 14.
  • the attachment means comprise a glue, or a mixture thereof.
  • the attachment means comprise at least one anchorage pin 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, which extends from each portion of insole 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and which is suitable for insertion in a corresponding anchorage hole 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50 made in a corresponding portion of sole 14.
  • each portion of insole 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, has at least one anchorage pin 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 connected to and extending from it, with a transversal cross-section at least equal to the through section of the corresponding anchorage hole 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50.
  • the transversal cross-section of the anchorage pin is 0.5-10% greater than the through section of the anchorage hole, so that the insertion (or extraction) of the pin into (or out of) the hole opposes a certain resistance, variable depending on the type of material of the insole/sole.
  • the anchorage pin 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 can be connected to the corresponding anchorage hole 38, 40, 42, 44, 46, 48, 50 by gluing, depending on whether a more stable or even permanent attachment is desired.

  • Such variation is particularly suitable for the variations with a leather sole, in that the resulting attachment is particularly stable.
  • the sole 14 and the insole 10 are traversed by a plurality of through holes for aeration 54, 56, such as to allow the transit of air to and from the compartment of the sock 12 containing the user's foot.
  • the partial cavities 62, 64 delimited by the aforesaid semi-moulds 58, 60, of a complementary shape to the insole to be manufactured identify a compartment suitable to be filled with the liquid, granular or molten material which the insole is composed of.
  • the aforesaid material is fed into the compartment through a feed duct 70, 72.
  • the known method of manufacture differs in that such covering is positioned in advance in a dedicated seat of the semi-mould 58, 60, for example at the end wall 74 of the partial cavity 62, 64 so that, after the entrance of the material in the cavity, such covering emerges at least partially on the surface of the insole and is retained by the material it is composed of.

  • the aforesaid kit may be supplied indiscriminately to a plurality of subjects and subsequently be adapted by means of several simple steps at the instructions of the medical practitioner.
  • the kit which the present invention relates to is extremely simple and intuitive in its use: the various portions of insole in fact have a substantially identical profile to the corresponding outlines made on the sole. This makes the correct positioning of such portions in the relative seats possible even for non-experts.
  • the footwear which the present invention relates to can be used both in a preventive and a rehabilitative context, for example for children, not necessarily solely for adults.
  • the sock which the present invention relates to is also able to contain and protect it, for example to prevent its incorrect positioning.
