现有技术中, 无论是大型的工程车还是小型的洗地车、 清洁车等, 其用来调控方向 的方向杆的结构都是固定不变的。 但是在实际使用中, 通常需要调节方向杆与座椅之间 的间距, 以达到最佳操作间距, 使得操作舒适或者方便。
为了实现上述目的, 现有技术中有的是采用调节座椅的方式。 例如在洗地车上, 为 了调节操作者的最佳操作间距, 通常是采用移动座椅的方式来实现: 将座椅活动设置在 洗地车上, 座椅在导轨范围内根据操作者的需求前后移动。 但是上述结构仍然有许多缺 点:
每个操作者的高度不同、 胖瘦程度不同, 所以还是不能实现舒适地操作的目的; 由于方向杆的结构是固定不变的, 所以在运输过程中需要的空间就大, 浪费了装箱 材料, 增加了运输成本;
由于结构的原因, 使得一些车的维修也不方便。 发明内容
为了解决上述问题, 本发明实施例提供了一种可调式的方向杆。
本发明是这样实现的:
所述可调式方向杆包括离合器、 锁紧手把、 上方向杆和下方向杆,
所述上方向杆和下方向杆通过离合器活动连接在一起,
所述锁紧手把通过销轴与离合器连接, 锁紧手把控制离合器的开与合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案, 所述离合器可包括上离合器和下离合器, 上离合器和 下离合器为齿状, 上离合器和下离合器之间设置压簧, 所述上离合器和上方向杆固定连 接, 所述下离合器和下方向杆固定连接, 所述销轴将上离合器、 下离合器和锁紧手把连 接。 可选的, 所述锁紧手把前端为凸轮, 凸轮与销轴的一端连接, 销轴的另一端与活动 离合器连接。
可选的, 所述销轴分为大端和小端, 所述小端部分将上离合器和下离合器连接在一 起, 所述大端部分与锁紧手把凸轮同轴连接。
可选的,所述上离合器和下离合器的齿每移动一个齿间距,操控手把旋转 8〜12度。 优选的, 所述上离合器和下离合器的齿每移动一个齿间距, 操控手把旋转 10度。 本发明提供的可调式方向杆具有以下优点:
1、 可以根据不同的需求调整操作间距, 实现舒适操作的目的;
2、 在装箱运输过程中, 可以将方向杆向下隐藏到机身最高点以下, 减少物流立方, 降低物流成本;
3、 在维修时, 可以将方向杆向某个方向调整, 使得便于维修。 附图说明

下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以 及说明用来解释本发明, 但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例:
如图 1〜6所示, 本实施例提供的可调式方向杆包括离合器 1、 锁紧手把 2、 上方向 杆 3和下方向杆 4, 上方向杆 3和下方向杆 4通过离合器 1活动连接在一起, 锁紧手把 2通过销轴 5与离合器 1连接, 锁紧手把 2控制离合器 1的开与合。
在使用时, 将本实施例提供的可调式方向杆与操控手把、 车身连接在一起便可实现 操控手把的调节:
需要调节时, 松开锁紧手把 2, 离合器 1呈开的状态, 此时, 向上或者向下调节操 控手把 (操控手把可通过上离合器和下离合器与车身连接在一起), 操控手把带动上方 向杆 3转动, 调节到所需位置时, 将锁紧手把 2锁紧, 此时离合器 1呈锁定状态, 完成 调节过程。
为了实现结构简单、操作方便的目的,在本实施例中,可以采用如下结构的离合器: 离合器可包括上离合器 101和下离合器 102, 上离合器 101和下离合器 102为齿状, 中 间设置销孔 6, 上离合器 101和下离合器 102之间设置压簧 103, 上离合器 101和上方 向杆 3固定连接, 下离合器 102和下方向杆 4固定连接, 销轴 5将上离合器 101、 下离 合器 102和锁紧手把 2连接在一起。
在锁紧手把对离合器的控制过程中, 可以在锁紧手把 2前端设置凸轮 201, 利用凸 轮 201的长短轴原理来控制离合器 1的开与合。
而本实施例中, 为了实现与凸轮和离合器完美的配合, 可采用由大端和小端构成的 销轴 5, 销轴的大端部分 501为中心有孔 503的圆柱形, 与锁紧手把的凸轮 201同轴连 接, 可采用螺丝等固定, 实现锁紧手把 2的旋转; 销轴的小端部分 502将上离合器和下 离合器连接在一起, 小端部分末端带有螺纹, 采用螺母将离合器和销轴固定 (如图 7所 示)。
向外拉锁紧手把时, 锁紧手把前端的凸轮 201短轴转向上离合器 101, 凸轮与上离 合器之间的距离增大, 压簧 103将上离合器 101弹开, 脱离下离合器 102, 此时向上或 者向下调节操控手把, 在销轴 5的作用下, 上离合器围着下离合器旋转; 调节到合适的 位置时,将锁紧手把 2向里推,此时锁紧手把前端的凸轮 201的长轴转向上离合器 101, 压簧被压縮, 上离合器和下离合器被锁紧, 完成调节过程。
关于上离合器和下离合器上的齿, 如果齿间距太大, 那么每次调节的角度太大, 如 果齿间距太小, 齿容易打滑, 易磨损, 所以本实施例中设计为上离合器和下离合器的齿 每移动一个齿间距, 操控手把旋转 8〜12度, 最佳度数为 10度, 操控手把可以在 90度 范围内进行旋转。

1、 一种可调式方向杆, 其特征在于, 所述方向杆包括离合器、 锁紧手把、 上方向 杆和下方向杆:
所述上方向杆和下方向杆通过离合器活动连接在一起,
所述锁紧手把通过销轴与离合器连接, 锁紧手把控制离合器的开与合。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的可调式方向杆, 其特征在于: 所述离合器包括上离合器和 下离合器, 上离合器和下离合器为齿状, 上离合器和下离合器之间设置压簧, 所述上离 合器和上方向杆固定连接, 所述下离合器和下方向杆固定连接, 所述销轴将上离合器、 下离合器和锁紧手把连接。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的可调式方向杆, 其特征在于: 所述锁紧手把前端为凸轮, 凸轮与销轴的一端连接, 销轴的另一端与活动离合器连接。
4、 如权利要求 1〜3之一所述的可调式方向杆, 其特征在于: 所述销轴分为大端和 小端, 所述小端部分将上离合器和下离合器连接在一起, 所述大端部分与锁紧手把凸轮 同轴连接。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的可调式方向杆, 其特征在于: 所述上离合器和下离合器的 齿每移动一个齿间距, 操控手把旋转 8〜12度。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的可调式方向杆, 其特征在于: 所述上离合器和下离合器的 齿每移动一个齿间距, 操控手把旋转 10度。
