Abstract

본 발명은 항공기엔진 이상검출 및 진단시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서,항공기에 부착된 적어도 하나의 진동센서, 상기 진동센서로부터의 정상적인 진동 데이터와 항공기 엔진의 회전자 속도를 이용하여 회전자 속도에 해당하는 주기를 가지는 사인파 형태의 가상 입력데이터를 생성하고, 상기 가상 입력데이터와 주기가 거의 일치하는 적당한 등속도 구간의 진동데이터에서 출력데이터를 추출하여 구해진 입/출력 데이터 셋을 근거로 기준 정상모델의 파라미터를 구하고 상기 입/출력 데이터와 정상적인 진동데이터의 다른 구간에서 구해진 입/출력 데이터와 진동센서의 잡음의 분산 등의 통계적 성질을 사용하여 모델의 불확실성 상한을 반영하는 파라미터 추정오차의 공분산을 구하여 기준모델 데이터베이스를 구축하는 기준모델 데이터베이스 구축장치, 상기 진동센서로부터의 의심 데이터를 이용하여 모델의 파라미터를 추정하고, 상기 추정된 의심모델의 파라미터와 상기 기준 정상모델의 파라미터와 상기 파라미터 추정오차의 공분산을 이용하여 테스트 변수 및 모델간의 전달함수의 분자계수값 차를 구하고, 상기 테스트 변수 및 상기 분자계수값 차를 근거로 항공기 엔진의 이상발생 유무 및 이상발생 원인을 진단하는 이상검출 및 진단장치로 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따르면, 항공기 엔진의 진동데이터를 이용하여 엔진의 이상유무 및 이상발생 원인을 판단할 수 있다.
