図1乃至図6を参照して、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る移動通信システムについて説明する。
Claims (3)
- 回線交換切り替え機能を用いて、パケット交換をサポートしており回線交換をサポートしていない第1無線アクセスネットワークに在圏している場合に、パケット交換及び回線交換をサポートしている第2無線アクセスネットワークを介して回線交換通信を行うことができるように構成されている移動局であって、
前記第1無線アクセスネットワークにおいて、報知情報を受信するように構成されている報知情報受信部と、
前記報知情報に含まれている情報要素に基づいて、前記第1無線アクセスネットワークにおける所定の規制処理を行うように構成されている規制処理部とを具備しており、
前記規制処理部は、前記情報要素のうち、前記回線交換切り替え機能を用いた回線交換呼の発信に対する規制用の第1情報要素及び通常のパケット交換呼の発信に対する規制用の第2情報要素に基づいて、前記回線交換切り替え機能を用いた回線交換呼の発信に対する規制処理を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする移動局。 - 前記規制処理部は、前記報知情報に、前記第1情報要素が含まれている場合、該第1情報要素に基づいて、前記回線交換切り替え機能を用いた回線交換呼の発信に対する規制処理を行うように構成されており、
前記規制処理部は、前記報知情報に、前記第1情報要素が含まれておらず、前記第2情報要素が含まれている場合、該第2情報要素に基づいて、前記回線交換切り替え機能を用いた回線交換呼の発信に対する規制処理を行うように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動局。 - パケット交換をサポートしており回線交換をサポートしていない第1無線アクセスネットワークに在圏している移動局が、回線交換切り替え機能を用いて、パケット交換及び回線交換をサポートしている第2無線アクセスネットワークを介して回線交換通信を行うことができるように構成されている移動通信システムにおいて、該第1無線アクセスネットワーク内に設けられている無線基地局であって、
報知情報を送信するように構成されている報知情報送信部を具備しており、
前記報知情報送信部は、第1リリースに対応可能な移動局によって受信可能な情報要素として、緊急呼の発信に対する規制用の情報要素、シグナリング呼の発信に対する規制用の情報要素及び通常のパケット交換呼の発信に対する規制用の情報要素を、前記報知情報に含めるように構成されており、
前記報知情報送信部は、前記第1リリースよりも新しい第2リリースに対応可能な移動局によって受信可能な情報要素として、前記回線交換切り替え機能を用いた回線交換呼に対する規制用の情報要素を、前記報知情報に含めるように構成されていることを特徴とする無線基地局。
