一般来说, 二维码的主要形式是明码。 在语音阅读出版物上, 有二维码符 号明显可见的印刷在文字段落之间或页面上某个明显位置, 阅读器对准该二维 码符号即可读取并转换为对应的声音发声。 这种明码只能印刷在出版物版面的 空白处, 通常以单个码的形式出现, 对版面美观带来影响。 而且, 为使明码便 于被找到, 明码通常会印得较大, 这样虽然对印刷精度要求低, 却会影响原始 图文的布局。

本发明实施例中的网络平台系统和相应的管理方法中, 平台可对多媒体印 刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码进行统一的发布, 保证了出版者获得的多媒体印 刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码的独特性, 避免不同出版物共用相同的编码代码 的可能, 提高了用户的阅读体验, 还可以实现对多媒体印刷读物出版和使用服 务的自动化和统一化, 为出版者提供具有版权保护的数字出版服务平台。 同时, 出版业务数据库通过同步 /发布这种操作方式可把多媒体印刷读物的基础数据

在本发明的具体实施例中, 采用 MPR ( Multimedia Print Reader )码作为多 媒体印刷读物出版物的二维码, 阅读器通过识别二维码可以发声, 实现多媒体 阅读的目的。本发明实施例中的 MPR码可是一种以矩阵式二维条码为结构的数 字编码, 通过关联与印刷图文相关的音视频等数字媒体文件, 使读者在阅读的 同时可以借助有关电子设备(如相应的阅读器) 同步聆听或观看对应的多媒体 内容。
在 MPR码中包括前置编码 ( prepositive code ), 该前置编码在 MPR码中用 于唯一标识一种 MPR出版物。 相应的, 在下述各实施例中的所述多媒体印刷读 物可为 MPR出版物, 所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码可为 MPR码 前置编码。 需要特别说明的是, 该唯一代码不是标识一个具体的载体形式(如 纸本图书的,或者电子文件的),而是标识这两个或多个跨载体形式的关联关系, 实现印刷读物中所有关联点都为唯一代码。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 通过网络平台对该多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联 的唯一代码进行管理, 一方面是实现了管理的网络化和自动化, 另一方面也保 证了出版者在出版出版物时, 不同出版物使用不同的编码代码。

在发布该多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码时, 可以以授权文件的形 式发布并进行存储。 出版者获得该授权文件后, 只能编辑该授权文件中除该多 媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码外的其他代码。 如, 对于 MPR出版物, 授 权文件中的 n位(如, 10位)为前置编码, 该前置编码与 MPR出版物为——对 应关系, 出版者获得该授权文件后, 只能编码该前置编码外的其他编码(如, 后置编码), 这些编码加起来可以标识某一出版物中某一段的信息。
出版业务管理平台还用于将出版者提交的多媒体印刷读物的多媒体信息存 储在所述出版业务数据库中, 并将所述出版业务数据库中的数据同步 /发布到所 述读者平台数据库(如, 根据来自机构操作管理平台的确认信息将所述出版业 务数据中的数据同步 /发布到所述读者平台数据库, 其同步的数据可以是多媒体 信息)。 同时, 其还可以对出版业务数据库中的数据进行其他的操作。

上述两种加密方式可以重叠使用, 即双重加密, 也可以分别单独使用。 相应的, 读者获得加密后的 MPR数字媒体文件后, 相应的 MPR阅读工具 在播放前可以对其进行解密, 解密后的文件可以进行播放。若是 DRM加密则对 应的采用 DRM解密, 若是采用用户账号信息个性化加密, 则对应的解密时需要 获取用户账号信息, 然后根据用户账号信息解密 MPR数字媒体文件。
通过上述的加密和解密可以实现数字版权保护, 数字版权保护主要是为了 保护版权利益, 禁止非法扩散。 其具体方法的技术支撑体系为后台或隐含形态 (相对读者及出版者 ), 是提供出版者制作过程和上传发布数字媒体文件与阅读 设备技术格式一致性、 识读可靠性和版权保护方面的技术处理。 该技术处理为 系统运行过程自动产生, 系底层技术保障, 无需出版者和读者掌握和介入, 有 专业人员维护和管理, 且不会构成对出版者和读者的技术障碍或困难。
如图 3 所示, 为本发明实施例中的网络平台系统的一个具体架构的层次组 成示意图。 本例中显示了 MPR读者服务平台、 MPR机构操作管理平台、 MPR 出版业务管理平台以及数据库之间的关系。 其中, 数据库包括 MPR读者数据库 和 MPR出版业务数据库, 这两个数据库之间可进行数据的复制。 根据具体数据 特性的不同, 该复制可以是同步复制, 也可以是异步复制; 可以是单文件复制, 也可以是批量复制。 如图所示, 这两个数据库中存储的文件可包括音视频文件。 其中, MPR读者数据库数据供读者下载使用, MPR出版业务数据库数据供出版 者和管理机构使用, 通过控制这两个数据库的同步 /发布的内容和时机等, 网络 平台系统中的 MPR读者服务平台可以与其他平台进行交互。
上述数据库可采用不同的数据库集群技术。 如 Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server 等都有较成熟的数据库集群解决方案, 常用的 MySQL提供的 Master/Slave也是 类似的方案。
本发明实施例中的 MPR 网络平台系统可支持多种不同语种, 分不同的区 域、 不同的类型。 在数据库架构方面就需设计不同语言版本的数据库、 不同区 域的数据, 和根据类型的分布式的数据库。 如图 4a所示, 为多语种数据库的一 种具体组成示意图; 如图 4b所示, 为分地区的数据库的一种具体组成示意图; 如图 4c所示, 为根据类型的分布式的数据库。 上述附图中的 "数据库" 是指读 者平台数据库或出版业务数据库。
为进一步对本发明实施例进行描述, 以下分别详细描述在本发明的一些具 体实施例中的出版业务管理平台、 机构操作管理平台和读者服务平台的功能和 实现方式。
一、 MPR出版业务管理平台
MPR出版业务管理平台是 MPR出版物国际事务组织与 MPR出版者进行业 务联络和信息传递的业务平台, 它为 MPR出版者提供 MPR码使用和网络技术 支持等业务及相关服务。 它主要有以下几个功能:
1、 MPR码前置编码申请
MPR出版者申请 MPR码前置编码时, 可通过 MPR出版业务管理平台提供 的用户使用界面 (如, 网页), 在界面中填写图书的登记数据和内容信息, 如出 版者、 出版物名称、 ISBN、 责任编辑等。 如图 5所示, 为一种 "前置编码申请" 界面。
如, 出版单位(机构)在需要获取多媒体印刷读物的索引编码时,需在 MPR 出版业务管理平台填写多媒体印刷读物的登记数据(如读物名称、 出版者、 ISBN 等)。 MPR出版业务管理平台根据本发明实施例中的方法, 向出版者发放一个索 引编码(即前置编码的一种具体形式)给该读物。
其中, 多媒体印刷读物的索引编码可以是按照流水号生成的一个 10位的数 字序列, 发放的形式是一个以 *.mra为文件后缀名的电子文件(即上述实施例中 描述的授权文件 ), 同时把多媒体印刷读物的索引编码等信息记录到数据库中。 出版单位(机构) 下载电子文件后便完成了多媒体印刷读物索引编码的获取。 MPR出版业务管理平台对多媒体印刷读物的索引编码统一发放, 统一管理, 保 证其索引编码的唯一性。
2、 前置编码领取
MPR出版业务管理平台向 MPR机构操作管理平台 (或称为, MPR中心机 构操作平台) 申请前置编码, MPR机构操作管理平台经 MPR 出版国际事务组 织确认申请有效后,生成该图书的前置编码电子文件并登记文件链接地址, MPR 机构操作管理平台将该文件的链接地址提供给 MPR出版业务管理平台或将该电 子文件直接提供给 MPR出版业务管理平台, 以供 MPR出版者在出版业务平台 业务操作界面下载, 如图 6所示。
3、 前置编码放弃
若因变更出版计划等原因需要放弃出版该书, MPR 出版者应在 MPR 出版 业务管理平台会员操作界面及时取消或^销该书的前置编码。
4、 声音文件包上传
MPR 出版者完成该书的铺码排版后, 通过 MPR 出版业务管理平台上传该 书的声音文件包(文件类型: *.muf ), MPR 出版业务管理平台将上传的文件包 存储到相应的数据库。 上传界面可如图 7所示。
如, 出版单位(机构) 制作完多媒体印刷读物对应的数字媒体文件 (文件 类型: *.muf )后, 通过网络将此文件上传到 MPR出版业务管理平台。 MPR出 版业务管理平台查询数据库, 得到该读物的名称、 出版者、 索引编码等信息, 根据这些信息通过加密等技术将 MUF数字媒体文件转换成只能被 MPR阅读工 具识别的 MPR数字媒体文件(文件类型: *.mpr ), 提供给用户下载。
MPR阅读工具识别 MPR数字媒体文件的方法是: MPR数字媒体文件的文 件名(不含文件后缀名 )即是该读物的索引编码经过 32进制转换后的字符系列。 如: 多媒体印刷读物 《语文》一年级上册的索引编码为: 0070000001 , 该读物 所对应的 MPR数字媒体文件应命名为: 022O7C1.mpr。
5、 下载 MPR数字媒体文件
为方便 MPR 出版者进行声音校对, MPR 出版者可在出版业务管理平台业 务操作界面下载该书的 MPR数字媒体文件。 因为多媒体印刷读物可以满足多语 种的需求, 所以 MPR出版业务管理平台也须相应开发出各种不同语言版本的网 站。 二、 MPR机构操作管理平台
MPR机构操作管理平台是 MPR出版业务管理平台的后台系统, 是 MPR出 版物数据库和 MPR数字媒体文件的载体。 针对各种不同的语言, MPR机构操 作管理平台也有各种不同的语言版本。 它主要有以下几个功能:
1、 发放前置编码
MPR机构操作管理平台核对 MPR 出版业务管理平台记录的出版者提交的 图书的登记数据和内容,核对通过后生成发给 MPR出版者的前置编码电子文件, 并将文件的链接地址或文件发给 MPR出版业务管理平台。 如, 若两个平台共用 数据库时,可以仅将该电子文件在数据库中的地址通知 MPR出版业务管理平台。
2、 放弃前置编码
MPR机构操作管理平台根据 MPR出版者通过 MPR出版业务管理平台提交 的要求可随时放弃使用该前置编码。
3、 延期前置编码
若 MPR 出版者在有效期内没有完成该书的出版, MPR机构操作管理平台 可根据 MPR出版者通过 MPR出版业务管理平台提交的要求延长该前置编码的 使用期限。
4、 上传 MPR数字媒体文件
MPR机构操作管理平台可对 MPR 出版者上传的数字媒体文件包(如, 声 音文件包) 进行转换和 /或加密等处理, 生成对应的标准 MPR数字媒体文件 ( *.mpr ), 然后上传到 MPR出版业务平台网站。
5、 统计多媒体印刷读物
MPR机构操作管理平台可统计多媒体印刷读物的数量, 进行数据汇总形成 报表。
6、 管理 MPR出版者
MPR机构操作管理平台可对 MPR出版者的信息进行管理, 如增加 MPR出 版者, 修改 MPR出版者资料。 三. MPR读者服务平台
MPR读者服务平台是衔接多媒体印刷读物与 MPR阅读器的专用网络平台。 多媒体印刷读物的读者可以在该平台进行相应的操作, 如, 用户注册、 多媒体 印刷读物购买、 下载等。 通过上述描述可知, 本发明实施例中的网络平台系统中, 平台可对多媒体 印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码进行统一的发布, 一方面, 保证了出版者获得 的多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码的独特性, 避免不同出版物共用相同 的编码代码的可能, 提高了用户的阅读体验; 另一方面, 实现了多媒体阅读出 版物的网络化管理, 便于提高管理效率。
通过实施本发明实施例还可以实现对多媒体印刷读物出版和使用服务的自 动化和统一化, 为出版者提供具有版权保护的数字出版服务平台; 再一方面, 出版业务数据库通过同步 /发布这种操作方式可把多媒体印刷读物的基础数据
(如书名、 作者、 ISBN等)复制到读者平台数据库中, 而在读者服务平台中这 些基础数据只是可读的, 这样做一个实现了数据的备份, 另外也保证数据的一 致性,而读者服务平台如何利用这些基础数据坐一些其他关联应用(如网购等), 可以是读者平台根据产品规划来设计的, 不会破坏原有基础数据。
相应的, 如图 8所示, 为本发明实施例中的网络平台管理方法的一个具体 流程图。 该方法用于上述实施例中的网络平台系统中, 通过对多媒体印刷读物 的跨媒体关联关系的唯一编码管理, 实现针对多媒体印刷读物出版和使用的服 务, 其中, 该网络平台系统包括出版业务管理平台、 读者服务平台、 出版业务 数据库以及读者平台数据库, 该方法包括:
801、 出版业务管理平台向出版者发布多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代 码, 其中, 所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码用于唯一标识此种多媒 体印刷读物的跨载体关联关系, 并以此确保在特定的唯一代码下生成的全部编 码的唯一性。
802、 出版业务管理平台将出版者提交的多媒体印刷读物的多媒体信息存储 在所述出版业务数据库中, 并将所述出版业务数据库中的数据同步 /发布到所述 读者平台数据库。
803、 读者服务平台根据读者提交的请求向所述读者平台数据库获取所述多 媒体信息, 并提供给所述读者。
其中, 上述多媒体印刷读物包括 MPR出版物, 上述多媒体印刷读物跨载体 关联的唯一代码包括 MPR码前置编码, 上述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一 代码信息以授权文件的形式存储和发布。 同时, 步骤 801和步骤 802~803之间 没有必然的先后顺序, 如, 若步骤 801 中的多媒体印刷读物和步骤 802~803 中 的多媒体印刷读物不是同一对象, 则步骤 802~803也可能在步骤 801之前执行; 但是, 需要说明的是步骤 802~803 中的多媒体印刷读物也具有与其——对应的 多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码。
除了可以进行前置编码的发布的管理外, 还可以实现其他的管理, 如: A、出版业务管理平台根据所述出版者的请求生成所述多媒体印刷读物跨载 体关联的唯一代码管理请求, 并将所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码 管理请求发送至所述机构操作管理平台; 所述管理请求包括 ^销请求或延期请 求, 所述管理操作包括撤销所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码或延长 所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码的使用期限。
B、机构操作管理平台根据收到的所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代 码管理请求进行管理操作。
另一方面, 本方法中还可包括下述步骤中一个或多个:
1、 机构操作管理平台对出版业务数据库存储的多媒体印刷读物的多媒体信 息进行转换, 获得标准的多媒体印刷读物的多媒体信息并存储在出版业务数据 库。
2、 机构操作管理平台可对所述网络平台的数据库中存储的多媒体印刷读物 的多媒体信息进行通用加密处理, 并获得仅能与印刷品共同使用的多媒体印刷 读物; 或, 机构操作管理平台获得所述读者的用户账号信息, 根据所述用户账 号信息对所述网络平台的数据库中存储的多媒体印刷读物的多媒体信息进行个 性化加密处理, 并获得仅供使用所述用户账号的读者使用多媒体印刷读物阅读 工具识别的加密多媒体文件。
3 所述出版业务管理平台根据出版者提交的多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的 唯一代码请求信息向所述机构操作管理平台获取多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的 唯一代码; 所述机构操作管理平台对出版业务管理平台提交的多媒体印刷读物 跨载体关联的唯一代码请求信息进行核实, 在核实通过后获得多媒体印刷读物 跨载体关联的唯一代码, 并将所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码提供 给所述出版业务管理平台。
在步骤 3 中, 机构操作管理平台对出版业务管理平台提交的多媒体印刷读 物跨载体关联的唯一代码请求信息进行核实, 在核实通过后获得多媒体印刷读 物跨载体关联的唯一代码, 并将所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码提 供给所述出版业务管理平台还可包括:
所述机构操作管理平台对出版业务管理平台获得的多媒体印刷读物跨载体 关联的唯一代码请求信息进行核实;
在核实通过后根据流水号生成多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码, 根 据所述多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码生成授权文件, 并将所述授权文 件存储在所述网络平台的数据库, 所述授权文件中包括多媒体印刷读物跨载体 关联的唯一代码, 所述出版者可通过出版业务管理平台获取所述授权文件。
同时, 本发明实施例中, 还可以实现多媒体读物的实时在线服务, 即: 用户端的应用程序根据包括多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联的唯一代码的印刷 读物信息查找对应的印刷读物数据库的地址, 所述印刷读物数据库中存储有所 述多媒体印刷读物的多媒体信息;
根据所述印刷读物数据库的地址在对应的印刷读物数据库中获取与所述印 刷读物信息对应的多媒体信息, 以实现实时在线阅读。
其中, 在上述过程中, 用户端的应用程序可先对存储的包括多媒体印刷读 物跨载体关联的唯一代码的印刷读物信息进行解码, 在解码后获得多媒体信息 存储的地址(如包括数据库的 URL ), 根据该地址可以连接到对应的数据库(对 于一个 IP地址可能有多个数据库 ),前述解码获得的多媒体信息存储的地址中还 进一步包括该多媒体信息在相应数据库的具体位置, 则可以获取该多媒体信息 并将其发送回用户端的应用程序。 这样, 用户通过使用该应用程序进行对应的 操作就可以实时在线的进行多媒体信, ^的阅读等应用。
上述方法实施例中的具体解释与前述实施例中的一致, 此处不做——赘述。 本发明的实施例中的各平台可以是网站运行的支持平台, 用户操作的界面可以 是网站的用户界面等。
本发明实施例中的网络平台管理方法中, 可对多媒体印刷读物跨载体关联 的唯一代码进行统一的发布, 一方面, 保证了出版者获得的多媒体印刷读物跨 载体关联的唯一代码的独特性, 避免不同出版物共用相同的编码代码的可能, 提高了用户的阅读体验; 另一方面, 实现了多媒体阅读出版物的网络化管理, 便于提高管理效率。 通过实施本发明实施例还可以实现对多媒体印刷读物出版 和使用服务的自动化和统一化, 为出版者提供具有版权保护的数字出版服务平 台; 再一方面, 出版业务数据库通过同步 /发布这种操作方式可把多媒体印刷读 物的基础数据(如书名、 作者、 ISBN等)复制到读者平台数据库中, 而在读者 服务平台中这些基础数据只是可读的, 这样做一个实现了数据的备份, 另外也 保证数据的一致性, 而读者服务平台如何利用这些基础数据坐一些其他关联应 用 (如网购等), 可以是读者平台根据产品规划来设计的, 不会破坏原有基础数 据。
