空间重新标号后的示意图; 图 5为才艮据本发明实施例四的移动终端节目类业务录播方法中录制的流 程图; 图 6为才艮据本发明实施例四的移动终端节目类业务录播方法中播放的流 程图; 图 7为根据本发明实施例四的移动终端节目类业务录播方法中同时录播 的流程图; 图 8根据本发明实施例五的移动终端节目类业务录播装置的示意图。 具体实施方式 下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。 本发明涉及一种具有录播功能的移动终端, 包括用于监控节目类业务的 监控模块; 用于后台录制节目的录制模块, 和用于实现循环录制的清空模块; 用于存储节目内容的存储空间。 本发明中, 通过循环录制, 可以实现最大限 度的保留节目内容, 提高用户感受。 此外, 将存储已经播放内容的存储空间 清空, 从而节省了存储空间, 并实现了录播同步, 最大限度的提高用户感受。 实施例一: 图 1为根据本发明实施例一的移动终端节目类业务录播方法的流程图。 如图 1所示, 本实施例包括: 步 4聚 S 102,当节目类业务的播放暂停或终止时,开启节目类业务的录制; 步骤 S 104,将所述录制的内容依次存储至多段空闲且大小相等的附带标 号的存储空间内, 标号对应于所述多段存储空间内录制内容的顺序; 步骤 S 106 , 当开始向标号最末的分段存储空间存储录制内容时, 清空标 号最早的存储空间, 并按照录制内容的顺序重新设置存储空间的标号。 本实施例中, 录制内容可以存储为多个文件,但优选地存储为一个文件。 当开始在标号最末的存储空间内录制内容时, 将丢弃标号最早的存储空间内
的录制内容, 并将后面的录制内容保存至该段存储空间中。 本实施例中,存储空间可以预先进行分段,也可以当将开启节目录制时, 由移动终端根据自身剩余的存储空间按照预设的原则进行划分。 具体来讲, 将可用存储空间等分为 n段。 初始状态下, 各分段依次标记为 No.1 , No.2, No.3 , ... ... , Νο.η。 当节目类业务重新开始播放时, 将从 No. l的分段存储空 间内的录制内容开始读取和播放, 播放后将该段存储空间清空, 即丢弃该段 存储空间内的录制内容, 并对各段存储空间按照录制内容的先后顺序重新标 号。 具体来讲, 清空的存储空间的标号为 n, 其他各段存储空间的标号减 1。 本实施例中, 节目类业务包括电视业务或广播业务。 移动终端为包括手 机、 广播, 或 MP3在内的所有支持电视业务或广播业务的终端。 本实施例中, 通过将存储空间进行分段并标号, 当录制内容过多时删除 时间靠前的录制内容, 从而克服了现有技术当存储空间耗尽后只能暂停录制 或者将录制的文件全部删除的缺陷, 实现了在尽可能多的保留录制内容的情 况下的循环录制, 提高了用户感受。 实施例二: 为便于说明和理解, 在以下各实施例中, 将各段存储空间按照阿拉伯数 字进行标号, 但本发明应该不限于釆用此种标号方法, 例如也可以釆用英文 字母进行标号。 标号和存储内容顺序之间的对应关系可以釆用对照表的形式 完成。 同时, 以下各实施例中, 对存储空间平均分为三段, 即三段存储空间大 小相同, 同理, 本发明中也不限于对存储空间进行特定数目的分段。 为了提 高存储空间的利用效率, 优选地釆用 5段以上的存储空间。 本实施例以在手机终端上的广播业务为例。 图 2为根据本发明实施例二 的移动终端节目类业务录播方法中分段存储空间初始状态的示意图。 如图 2 所示, 存储空间为存储路径中的所有剩余空间。 为了便于存储和丢弃, 将存 储空间等为三段。 初始状态下, 三段存储空间分别标记为 1 , 2, 3号。 图 3 为根据本发明实施例二的移动终端节目类业务录播方法的流程图。 如图 3所 示, 本实施例包括: 步骤 S302, 手机正在播放广播节目;
步骤 S304, 有电话呼入, 广播节目暂停, 自动开启节目录制; 步骤 S306 , 从第一段存储空间开始, 将录制内容依次存储至前两段存储 空间内, 此时, 各段存储空间的标号如图 2所示; 步骤 S308, 当第二段存储空间已满时, 即将在第三段存储空间进行存储 时, 清空第一段存储空间, 即丢弃第一段存储空间中的录制内容, 并按照录 制内容的顺序重新对存储空间进行标号, 图 4为根据本发明实施例二的移动 终端节目类业务录播方法中分段存储空间重新标号后的示意图; 步 4聚 S310, 进行循环录制。 为便于理解, 本实施例以三段存储空间为例进行说明, 但优选地, 本实 施例划分的存储空间应大于五段, 以提高存储空间的利用效率。 本实施例为 实施例一的具体实现过程, 具有其全部有益效果, 此处不再重述。 实施例三: 本实施例将在实施例二的基础上, 对录制内容的播放过程进行描述。 当用户呼入电话结束后, 重新开始广播业务时, 将从标记 1的存储空间 内的录制内容开始读取和播放, 播放后, 将该段存储空间的录制内容丢弃, 并对各段存储空间按照录制内容的先后顺序重新标号。 具体来讲, 丢弃的分 段存储空间重新标号为 n, 其他各段的标记号减 1。 如图 2所示初始状态的 存储形式, 第一段存储空间的录制内容播放完毕后, 存储空间标号与图 4相 同。 此外, 播放时也可以同步录制当前节目, 以保证节目的连续性。 为了保证正常的录制和播放, 考虑以下情况: 节目录制并保存至第一段 存储空间时, 用户打开播放。 即录制和播放在一段存储空间同时进行, 为保 证播放速率正常, 需进行优化处理, 在移动终端处理能力有限的情况下, 播 放优先级高于录制优先级, 或者暂停录制, 选择已录制的节目或者当前节目 播放。 本实施例中, 为保证录制节目的质量, 当移动终端在录制时遇到无电视 或广播信号时, 将暂停自动录制, 当信号恢复正常时, 可以继续录制节目。 为此, 在移动终端设置的阈值 1和阈值 2, 其中, 阈值 1小于或等于阈值 2。 当接收的节目类业务信号的质量低于阈值 1时, 暂停录制功能, 如果用户在 此阶段启动播放, 移动终端播放已经录制的内容, 后台不进行自动录制; 当
接收的节目类业务信号的质量高于阈值 2时, 将自动开启后台录制, 录制内 容附加到已录制的节目中。 本实施例提供了一种移动终端节目类业务录播方法, 通过在节目暂停 / 终止播放时后台自动录制节目的方法, 使得用户再次播放时, 能够从暂停处 开始进行播放。 这在用户由于来电或者临时处理其他事情, 导致节目暂停播 放的情况下非常实用。 特别地, 如果暂停 /终止的时间过长, 移动终端将丢弃 最前面一部分内容, 但也能使得用户收听或观看到最近的节目, 使得用户尽 可能多地收听或观看节目。 本实施例 4十对 FM、 手机电视等实时性较强功能, 提出一种人性化的解 决方案, 使得用户尽可能少甚至完全不会错过节目, 也使得移动终端具备更 好的用户体 -险。 实施例四: 本实施例以实施例二的情况为例, 图 5为根据本发明实施例四的移动终 端节目类业务录播方法中录制的流程图。 如图 5所示, 录制流程包括: 步 4聚 S502, 节目暂停后, 移动终端启动节目录制; 步骤 S504, 移动终端计算当前存储位置内的剩余空间, 并将其等分为 3 段, 如图 2所示, 对 3段存储空间进行标记, 并判断分段 1是否已满; 如果 已满, 转入 S506, 如果未满, 继续步骤 S502, 在分段 1中保存节目; 步骤 S506, 跳至分段 2继续保存节目; 步 4聚 S508, 移动终端判断分段 2是否已满, 如果已满, 转入 S510, 如 果未满, 继续步骤 S506, 在分段 2中保存节目; 步骤 S510, 跳至分段 3保存节目, 并丢弃分段 1的内容和数据; 步骤 S512: 对各分段重新进行标记, 标记的方法与图 4相同。 假设进行录制后存储情况如图 2所示, 以下介绍节目类业务重新开始的 播放流程。 图 6为才艮据本发明实施例四的移动终端节目类业务录播方法中播 放的流程图。 如图 6所示, 播放流程包括: 步骤 S602: 用户再次打开播放;
步骤 S604: 移动终端从标记 1开始播放, 后台继续录制当前的音视频文 件; 步骤 S606: 分段 1播放完毕, 释放空间; 步骤 S608: 对各分段重新进行标记, 标记的方法如图 4所示。 图 7为根据本发明实施例四的移动终端节目类业务录播方法中同时录播 的流程图。 如图 7所示, 同时录播流程包括: 步骤 S702: 接收电视或广播信号并对信号进行解码, 将数据分别传送至 播放模块和录制模块; 步骤 S704: 当正在播放已录制的内容时, 将丢弃当前节目内容; 步骤 S706: 录制模块接收节目内容, 并且根据图 5的分段存储的方式进 行存储; 步骤 S708: 数据传送至对应的分段存储空间中。 本实施例分别介绍了录制、 播放、 录播同时的流程, 为实施例一-实施例 四中相关描述的细化, 具有上述实施例的全部有益效果, 此处不再重述。 实施例五: 图 8根据本发明实施例五的移动终端节目类业务录播装置的示意图。 如 图 8所示, 本实施例包括: 监测模块 802 , 用于当节目类业务的播放暂停或 终止时, 开启节目类业务的录制; 录制模块 804 , 与监测模块相连, 用于将 录制的内容依次存储至多段空闲且大小相等的附带标号的存储空间内, 标号 对应于所述多段存储空间内录制内容的顺序; 清空模块 806 , 与录制模块相 连, 用于当开始向标号最末的分段存储空间存储录制内容时, 清空标号最早 的存储空间, 并按照录制内容的顺序重新设置存储空间的标号。 本实施例中, 录制内容的存储空间的划分可以预先进行分段, 也可以当 将开启节目录制时, 由移动终端根据自身剩余的存储空间按照预设的原则进 行划分。 具体来讲, 将可用存储空间进行等分为 n段。 初始状态下, 各分段 依次标记为 No. l , No.2, No.3 , ……, Νο.η。 当节目类业务重新开始播放时, 将从 No.1的分段存储空间内的录制内容开始读取和播放,将播放后的该分段
存储空间的录制内容丢弃, 并对各分段存储空间按照录制内容的先后顺序重 新标号。 具体来讲, 丢弃的分段存储空间重新标号为 n, 其他各段的标号减 1„ 本实施例中, 节目类业务包括电视业务或广播业务。 移动终端为包括手 机、 广播, 或 MP3在内的所有支持电视业务或广播业务的终端。 本实施例实现的方法可以参照实施例一的相关说明, 并具有上述实施例 的有益效果, 此处不再重述。 实施例六: 本实施例将对实施例五中移动终端节目类业务录播装置进一步说明。 本实施例中, 移动终端节目类业务录播装置还包括: 播放模块 808, 用 于按照标号顺序, 对多段存储空间内的录制内容进行播放。 清空模块 806, 还用于清空录制内容已经播放的存储空间, 并按照录制内容的顺序重新设置 存储空间的标号。 录制模块 804 , 与播放模块 808相连, 还用于在播放的同 时, 进行节目类业务的录制。 通过上述设置, 可以实现录播同时进行, 使用 户获得更好的感受。 本实施例中, 移动终端节目类业务录播装置还可以包括: 信号检测模块 810, 与录制模块 804 相连, 用于当接收的所述节目类业务信号的质量低于 第一阈值时, 暂停所述节目类业务的录制; 当接收的所述节目类业务信号的 质量高于第二阈值时, 重新开始所述节目类业务的录制。 其中, 第一阈值小 于或等于第二阈值。 本实施例实现的方法可以参照实施例二-实施例四的相关描述,并具有上 述实施例的有益效果, J¾处不再重述。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并 且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者 将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作 成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件
结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种移动终端节目类业务录播的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
当节目类业务的播放暂停或终止时, 启动所述节目类业务的录制; 将所述录制的内容依次存储至多段空闲且大小相等的附带标号的存 储空间内, 所述标号对应于所述多段存储空间内录制内容的顺序;
当开始向所述标号最末的分段存储空间存储录制内容时, 清空标号 最早的存储空间,并按照录制内容的顺序重新设置所述存储空间的标号。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述节目类业务重新开始 播放时, 还包括:
按照标号顺序, 对所述多段存储空间内的录制内容进行播放; 清空录制内容已经播放的存储空间, 并按照录制内容的顺序重新设 置所述存储空间的标号。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
在重新开始播放所述节目类业务的同时, 进行所述播放的节目类业 务的录制。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
当接收的所述节目类业务信号的质量低于第一阈值时, 暂停所述节 目类业务的录制;
当接收的所述节目类业务信号的质量高于第二阈值时, 重新开始所 述节目类业务的录制; 其中, 所述第一阈值小于或等于所述第二阈值。
5. 根据权利要求 2-4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于: 当所述节目类业务 重新开始, 且录制和播放在同一分段存储空间内进行时, 还包括: 播放 已录制的节目; 或对当前节目进行播放。
6. 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于:
所述标号为阿拉伯数字的标号, 如果有 n段存储空间, 则依次标号为 1、 2 n-l、 n; 所述按照录制内容的顺序重新设置存储空间的标号具体包括: 将清 空的存储空间标号设置为 n, 其他存储空间的标号减 1。
7. 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述节目类业务包括电视业务或广播业务;
所述移动终端为支持电视业务或广播业务的手机。
8. —种移动终端节目类业务录播的装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
监测模块, 用于当节目类业务的播放暂停或终止时, 开启所述节目 类业务的录制; 录制模块, 用于将所述录制的内容依次存储至多段空闲且大小相等 的附带标号的存储空间内, 所述标号对应于所述多段存储空间内录制内 容的顺序;
清空模块,用于当开始向标号最末的分段存储空间存储录制内容时, 清空标号最早的存储空间, 并按照录制内容的顺序重新设置所述存储空 间的标号。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 播放模块, 用于按照标号顺序, 对所述多段存储空间内的录制内容 进行播放;
所述清空模块, 还用于清空录制内容已经播放的存储空间, 并按照 录制内容的顺序重新设置所述存储空间的标号。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于:
所述录制模块, 还用于在重新开始播放所述节目类业务的同时, 进 行所述播放的节目类业务的录制。
11. 根据权利要求 8-10中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
信号检测模块, 用于当接收的所述节目类业务信号的质量低于第一 阈值时, 暂停所述节目类业务的录制; 当接收的所述节目类业务信号的 质量高于第二阈值时, 重新开始所述节目类业务的录制; 其中, 所述第 一阈值小于或等于所述第二阈值。 根据权利要求 8-10中任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于,
所述标号为阿拉伯数字的标号,
