实施例 1: 参照图 1和图 2 , —种新型机器人玩具机芯, 包括底 座 1、 腿部结构 2、 躯干壳体 3和身体驱动部件 4 , 底座 1上固定连 接着腿部结构 2 , 腿部结构 2上固定连接身体驱动部件 4 , 身体驱动 部件 4固定连接着躯干壳体 3 ,所述的身体驱动部件 4包括:外壳 41 , 所述的外壳 41固定连接在腿部结构 2上,机壳 42可以自由转动的铰 接在外壳 41上, 马达 43固定连接在机壳 42上, 手部可以自由转动 的铰接在机壳 42上, 马达 43通过齿轮组 47连接曲轴 44 , 曲轴 44 的第一转轴 441和固定在外壳 41上的设置有长孔的固定条 411配合 连接, 曲轴 44的第二转轴 442和手部的设置有长孔的转动条配合连 接, 曲轴 44 的尾端设置有第三转轴 443 , 第三转轴可以自由转动的 铰接有头部 46 , 机壳 42上设置可以定位头部 46方向的定位柱 421。

实施例 2: 参照图 3、 图 4、 图 5和图 6 , —种新型机器人玩具机 芯, 包括臂部结构 1、 躯干壳体 2、 腿部结构 3、 底座 4、 容置在躯干 壳体 2内的身体驱动部件 5和控制电路板,控制电路板被安装在底座 4内。
躯干壳体 2包括前盖 20、 后盖 21、 左侧片 22 以及右侧片 23 , 左侧片 22、 右侧片 23互相平行, 上部与臂部结构 1枢接, 下部同时 与腿部结构 3和身体驱动部件 5枢接, 左侧片 22、 右侧片 23同臂部 结构以及身体驱动部件构成一平行四边形结构。身体驱动部件 5通过 齿轮组驱动一偏心轮 50 , 前盖 20、 后盖 21上部与臂部结构 1枢接, 下部与身体驱动部件 5枢接,偏心轮 50通过设在后盖 21内壁上的凹 槽 25驱动躯干壳体 2 , 并由两条沿竖直方向排列的凸肋构成, 通过 身体驱动部件驱动, 躯干壳体 2就会相对于臂部结构 1和腿部结构 3 摆动, 从而完成扭屁股的动作。
为进一步加强传动效果以及增强结构的稳定性, 前盖 20、 后盖 21下部内壁上各设有两道弧形齿条 24 , 腿部结构 3包括呈 "Y"形的 左腿 30、 右腿 31 , 左腿 30、 右腿 31上端各设有两道弧形齿条 32 , 前盖 20、后盖 21上的四道弧形齿条 24与左腿 30、右腿 31上的四道 弧形齿条 32互相啮合。
臂部结构 1 包括前后两片上肢壳体 10、 与前后两片上肢壳体 10 连接的左右臂、 左右手, 左手或右手的具有一空腔, 在空腔内设有一 微型马达, 该微型马达的主轴穿过掌心驱动一旋转物。盘状旋转物可 以做成匹萨饼的形态, 或者球形以及其它形态。 腿部结构 3还包括与左腿 30、 右腿 31下端枢接的左靴 33、 右靴 34 , 左靴 33、 右靴 34与底座 4固定连接。
为增强趣味性, 控制电路板上设有音乐 IC以及扬声器, 控制电 路板被安装在底座 4内。 音乐 IC可以存储不同的歌曲, 本实用新型 的玩具机芯机器人可以穿上不同的外衣如: 圣诞老人的衣服, 卡通人 物的衣服, 或者是模拟老人儿童的衣服, 并配以相应的音乐。
实施例 3:参照图 7图 8图 9和图 10 ,—种新型机器人玩具机芯, 包括头部结构 1、 躯干壳体 2、 臂部结构 3、 设在躯干壳体 2 内驱动 所述头部结构 1和臂部结构 3的身体驱动部件 4以及控制电路板,身 体驱动部件 4 包括与躯干壳体 2 固定连接的身体驱动部件支架 40、 电机 41、 受电机 41驱动的齿轮组 42 , 齿轮组 42的末级齿轮 43的外 侧面具有一偏心柱状结构 44 , 臂部结构 3分别包括枢接在身体驱动 部件支架 40上的左右枢轴 30、 左右枢轴 30外侧分别连接臂杆 31 , 左右枢轴 30内侧分别连接左右水平板 32 , 左右水平板 32分别具有 沿其纵向的长孔 33 , 偏心柱状结构 44 同时通过长孔 33驱动臂部结 构 3。 当电机 41工作时, 偏心柱状结构 44在长孔 33内移动, 带动 左右枢轴 30转动, 使得臂杆 31也跟着做摆动动作。
头部结构 1 包括与身体驱动部件支架 40固定连接的一头部支架 10、 一头部结构 12、 一 "〈" 形枢轴 1 3、 一偏心轮 11 , "〈" 形枢 轴 1 3的转角处具有一圓盘状结构 15 , 圓盘状结构 15的截面呈楔形, 偏心轮 11被枢接在头部结构 12底部下侧中央, "〈 "形枢轴 1 3下端 穿过头部支架 1 0连接偏心轮 11 , 上端连接头部结构 12 , 偏心轮 1 1 的底面具有受所述偏心柱状结构 44驱动的偏心孔 14。 在偏心轮 1 1 和 "〈 " 形枢轴 1 3的带动下, 在圓盘状结构 15的限制下, 头部结构 12做摆动动作。
头部结构 12呈倒置的瓶盖状结构, 在其中心一侧设有沿其径向 的一长孔, 相应地, 在头部支架 10上相应位置固定安装一柱状定位 结构 16 , 这样通过定位结构 16的限制, 头部就不会转动, 只回摆动。 躯干壳体 2具有呈坐姿的瓶装结构,在其前后侧相对位置各设有 一个凹槽 20 , 身体驱动部件支架 40通过螺釘与凹槽 20固定连接。
为增强趣味性, 控制电路板上设有音乐 IC、 扬声器以及发光组 件, 音乐 IC可以存储不同的歌曲, 本实用新型的可以穿上不同的外 衣, 如: 圣诞老人的衣服, 卡通人物的衣服, 或者是模拟老人儿童的 衣月良, 并配以相应的音乐。
实施例 4: 参照图 11、 图 12和图 13 , —种新型机器人玩具机芯, 包括头部结构 1、 躯干壳体 2、 下身壳体 3、 左右脚板 8 , 其中躯干壳 体 2包括前盖 22和后盖 23 , 它们互相扣合并通过螺釘连接, 在后盖 上设有电池盒 24 , 前盖 22内设有扬声器, 在靠近扬声器的位置处设 有若干发声孔 21。 下身壳体 3也包括左右腿, 每一条腿分别包括一 左侧片 31和一右侧片 32。
参照图 14 , 躯干壳体 2 内设有身体驱动部件 4 以及与身体驱动 部件 4连接的踏脚机构 5、 头部结构伸缩机构 6 , 身体驱动部件 4包 括外壳 43、 电机 41 以及齿轮组 42 , 它通过外壳 43外侧壁上的枢轴 40与躯干壳体 2内侧壁上的空心圓柱 25枢接, 在身体驱动部件 4内 还设有一与躯干壳体 2内壁枢接的摇杆 44 , 摇杆 44通过偏心轮连接 齿轮组 42 , 身体驱动部件 4的下部连接踏脚机构 5 , 身体驱动部件 4 的上部连接头部结构伸缩机构 6。 这样电机 41带动齿轮组 42 , 与摇 杆 44连接的偏心轮就会转动,由于摇杆 44的一端与躯干壳体 2内侧 枢接, 这样身体驱动部件 4就会有规律的左右摆动, 由于身体驱动部 件 4的上部连接头部结构伸缩机构 6 , 头部结构 1也可以同时做左右 摆动, 由于身体驱动部件 4的下部连接踏脚机构 5 , 这样也可以为接 踏脚机构 5提供动力。
踏脚机构 5 包括一 "丄" 形连接板 50 , "丄" 形连接板 50的上 部为一中心具有孔 52的一凸耳 51 , "丄" 形连接板 50的下部为一竖 直板状结构 55 , 板状结构 55的上侧对称设有两个沿水平方向的长形 孔 53 , 板状结构 55的下侧对称设有两个与水平方向成一定角度的长 形斜孔 54 , 两条平行的滑杆 56分别安装在与躯干壳体 2固定连接的 滑动套 58内,其上端分别通过水平凸耳 57与长形斜孔 54滑动连接, 其下端分别驱动左右脚板 8 , "丄" 形连接板 50的上部的孔 52连接 身体驱动部件 4 , 两长形孔 53分别与躯干壳体 2内壁上凸耳 20的滑 动连接。 这样, 当身体驱动部件 4有规律的左右摆动时, 凸耳 51受 到驱动从而 "丄" 形连接板 50左右摆动, 则与 "丄" 形连接板 50连 接的两条平行的滑杆 56就会上下滑动, 从而带动左右脚板 8轮流运 动, 脚板 8包括与下身壳体 3下部前端枢接的脚掌 80 , 脚掌 80后端 具有弧面结构 81 , 弧面结构 81上设有凸台 82 , —弹簧 83—端连接 凸台 82 , 另一端连接下身壳体 3内壁上的定位结构 30。 这样滑杆 56 驱动凸台 82 , 并在弹簧 8 3的配合下做有规律的踏脚运动。
头部结构伸缩机构 6 包括与头部结构 1连接的支撑板 61 , 支撑 板 61上部设有沿竖直方向的长孔 62 , 支撑板 61下部设有沿水平方 向的长孔 63 , 相应地, 身体驱动部件 4外壳 43上设有与长孔 62配 合的凸柱 45 , 身体驱动部件 4内的齿轮组 42通过一偏心轮与支撑板 61下部的长孔 63连接。 在与支撑板 61下部的长孔 63连接的偏心轮 的驱动下, 支撑板 61通过与凸柱 45的配合做上下运动。
参照图 15 , 为增强趣味性, 控制电路板上设有音乐 IC以及扬声 器, 音乐 IC可以存储不同的歌曲, 可以控制整个玩具机器人的所有 动作。
本实用新型专利根据不同的 IC输出频率可以使玩具机器人仿真 活现人类的踏脚、 头肩部左右摇摆等趣味动作, 同时配合穿上各种不 同的外衣如, 圣诞老人的衣服, 卡通人物的衣服, 本专利还可以是各 种动物造型, 使得本专利更具有趣味性。
