In this way, the server is prevented from sending the multimedia content associated with the ongoing part of the event to the terminals that have already received it.

  • the system and the method of the present invention allow obtaining a perfect synchronism between event and content distribution, reversing the user's experience in the enjoyment of the contents: from client-driven (that is, controlled by the user), thus without the possibility of synchronisation among all the users participating in the network, to server-driven (that is, controlled by the server), with synchronisation times adjustable by the server.
