Abstract

Eine Gaspumpe umfasst einen Pumpenläufer zur Förderung eines gasförmigen Mediums, ein Pumpengehäuse, in dem der Pumpenläufer drehbar aufgenommen ist, ein das Pumpengehäuse in axialer Richtung abschließendes Begrenzungselement und ein Abschlusselement, das mit dem Begrenzungselement einen Schalldämpfer bildet. Das Begrenzungselement weist eine Öffnung zum Übertritt von Medium zwischen dem Pumpengehäuse und dem Schalldämpfer sowie einen sich in axialer Richtung erstreckenden Steg auf, der die Öffnung in radialer Richtung umläuft, wobei das Abschlusselement in axialer Richtung an dem Steg anliegt.
