目前户外电连接器的典型结构之一见图 1和图 2所示。 该户外电连接器 主要由一个公座接头 14、 一个母座接头 15和一个螺纹外套 16组成, 其中, 座接头 14的连接端凹设有一用于连接的圓柱孔 17,圆柱孔 17内平行于轴 向设置有长条状公头端子 8, 长条状公头端子 8的前部悬空在圆柱孔 17中, 后部固定在公座接头 14体内。.母座接头 15的连接端凸设有一与所述圓柱孔 17配合连接的圆柱塞 18, 圓柱塞 18内平行于轴向设置有端子安置孔, 端子 安置孔内安置有长条状的母头端子 2。 公头端子 8与母头端子 2成对设置, 且数量至少两对。 使用时将公座接头 14与母座接头 15对插, 然后旋转螺紋 外套 16将两者紧固, 此时公座接头 14壳体与母座接头 15壳体形成密闭结 构, 密闭结构中公头端子 8与母头端子 2—对一直插式连接。 这种户外电连 接器存在以下不足: 1. 公母端子之间采用孔轴直插式连接结构, 因母头端 子是以弹片与公头端头外缘形成点接触, 由于弹片容易发生金属疲劳, 导致 端子间接触的可靠性下降, 特别是在户外温湿度变化大的环境条件下, 容易 发生接触不良现象。 2. 由于公座接头与母座接头对插后, 需要反复旋转螺 纹外套将两者紧固, 因此使装配变得繁瑣, 给施工操作带来不便。 3 . 防水 防潮的密封性能不好。 4. 公座接头与母座接头连接后没有设置安全锁, 以 防止其他人非法打开。
发明内容
本发明提供一种快接式户外防水电连接器, 第一目的是要提高电连接器 的电连接可靠性和防水性能; 第二目的是要改善电连接器的装配性能, 使得 户外装配变得便简可靠; 第三目的是要提高户外电连接器防止其他人非法打 开的安全性。
为达到上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种快接式户外防水电连 接器, 包括一个公座接头和一个母座接头。
所述公座接头的连接端凹设有一用于连接的圓柱孔 , 圆柱孔内平行于轴 向设置有长条状公头端子, 长条状公头端子的头部悬空在圆柱孔中, 根部固 定在公座接头体内。
所述母座接头的连接端凸设有一与所述圆柱孔配合连接的圆柱塞, 圆柱 塞内平行于轴向设置有端子安置孔, 端子安置孔内安置有长条状的母头端 子。
所述公头端子和母头端子成对设置, 且数量至少两对。
其创新在于: 在圆柱孔的径向截面上, 所有公头端子均布置在以圆柱孔 的中心为圆心的圓周方向上, 在圓柱塞的径向截面上, 所有母头端子均布置 在以圆柱塞的中心为圓心的圆周方向上, 且公头端子所处圓周与母头端子所 处圆周的直径相等。
所述公头端子的连接部为棒条结构, 而母头端子的连接部设有可供所述 棒奈结构侧向嵌入的 "U" 形结构, 其中, "U" 形开口朝向母头端子所处圆 周逆时针或顺时针的切线方向, "U"形开口前方所对应的端子安置孔部位设 有可供所述棒条结构轴向插入的容纳空间。
所述圆柱孔的内壁和圆柱塞的外缘两者中, 一者上设有由轴向导槽和周 向导槽连接构成的 "L" 形导槽, 另一者上设有凸形导柱。
所述圆柱孔的底面设有端面防水垫圈。
当公座接头与母座接头连接时, 凸形导柱对准 "L" 形导槽的轴向导槽, 使圆柱塞插入圆柱孔, 同时,公头端子连接部的棒条结构插入母头端子 "U" 形开口前方的容纳空间, 此时在公座接头与母座接头对压状态下, 端面防水 垫圈在圆柱孔底面与圆柱塞端面之间形成端面防水密封; 当圆柱塞相对圆柱 孔逆时针或顺时针转动一向位角时, 凸形导柱沿 "L" 形导槽的周向导槽滑 动, 同时公头端子连接部的棒条结构从母头端子连接部的侧向嵌入 "U" 形 结构内形成电连接。
上述技术方案中的有关内容解释如下:
1. 上述方案中, 所述 "公座接头的连接端,, 和 "母座接头的连接端" 是指公座接头与母座接头相互连接的端部。所迷 "公头端子的连接部"和 "母 头端子的连接部" 是指公头端子与母头端子相互连接的部位。
2. 上述方案中, "所述圓柱孔的内壁和圆柱塞的外缘两者中, 一者上设 有由轴向导槽和周向导槽连接构成的 "L" 形导槽, 另一者上设有凸形导柱" 包含两种情况: 第一种是圆柱孔内壁上设置 "L" 形导槽, 而圆柱塞外缘上 设置凸形导柱, 第二种是圆柱塞外缘上设置 "L" 形导槽, 而圆柱孔内壁上 设置凸形导柱。
3. 上述方案中, 为了提高 "L" 形导槽与凸形导柱的作用, 所述 "L" 形导槽和凸形导柱至少由两对组成, 其中每对由一个 "L" 形导槽和一个凸 形导柱构成, 至少两对 "L" 形导槽和凸形导柱在圆周方向均匀布置。
4. 上述方案中, 为了提高 "L" 形导槽与凸形导柱的配合效果, 将周向 导槽的导向侧面设计成斜面, 斜面的旋向迫使圆柱孔底面与圆柱塞端面压紧 端面防水垫圈。 在周向导槽的末端设有凹部, 用于定位凸形导柱。 .
5. 上述方案中, 为了提高防水密封效果, 可以在圓柱孔的内壁与圆柱 塞的外缘两者之间设有 "0" 型防水圈, "0" 型防水圈定位在一者所设的环 形凹槽中, 并与另一者接触形成周向防水密封。 "0" 型防水圈可以是一道、 两道、 三道及三道以上, 直到达到密封效果为止。
6. 上述方案中, 为了防止其他人非法打开电连接器, 可以在公座接头 与母座接头连接后设计一锁扣机构用来锁定电连接器。 该锁扣机构为: 在公 座接头外缘径向延伸出一公座锁耳, 公座锁耳上设有公座锁孔; 在母座接头 外缘径向延伸出一母座锁耳, 母座锁耳上设有母座锁孔; 有一锁扣主要由锁 栓和锁筒组成, 锁栓在长度方向上依次由锁头、 锁杆和锁座三段一体构成, 锁头与锁杆的连接处设有阻止锁头回退的轴肩, 锁筒主体为套筒结构, 套筒 内设有至少两个对合的卡爪; 当锁栓的锁头穿过公座锁孔和母座锁孔并插入 锁筒的套筒后, 卡爪卡在锁头后部的轴肩上形成阻止锁栓回退的锁扣机构。
7. 上述方案中, 为了防止公座接头和母座接头在敞开状态下被灰尘和 水汽等杂质污染, 在公座接头上设有公头防尘塞, 公头防尘塞主要由塞体构 成, 塞体插装在公座接头的圆柱孔中形成密封结构。 在母座接头上设有母头 防尘盖, 母头防尘盖主要由一端密闭的套盖构成, 套盖套装在母座接头的圆 柱塞上形成密封结构。
由于上述技术方案运用, 本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点和效果: 1 . 本发明将原来公头端子与母头端子的孔轴直插式连接结构改为旋转 嵌入式连接结构, 并将公头端子和母头端子都布置在同一圆周方向, 连接时 利用圓柱塞相对圆柱孔逆时针或顺时针转动一向位角将公头端子连接部的 棒条结构从母头端子连接部的侧向嵌入 "U" 形结构内形成电连接。 由于母 头端子的 "U" 形结构与公头端子的棒条结构之间形成了具有良好夹持效果 的面接触, 因此提高了端子间接触的可靠性, 保证了端子间的导电效果。
2 . 本发明在公座接头的圆柱孔与母座接头的圆柱塞之间设计有 "L" 形导槽与凸形导柱配合的导向连接结构, 当公座接头与母座接头连接时, 凸 形导柱对准 "L" 形导槽的轴向导槽, 使圆柱塞插入圆柱孔, 同时, 公头端 子连接部的棒条结构插入母头端子 "U" 形开口前方的容纳空间, 当圆柱塞 相对圆柱孔逆时针或顺时针转动一向位角时, 凸形导柱沿 "L" 形导槽的周 向导槽滑动, 同时公头端子连接部的棒条结构从母头端子连接部的侧向嵌入
"U" 形结构内形成电连接。 由此可见, 本发明导向连接结构设计比现有直 插式连接加旋转螺紋外套紧固的方案, 操作简单而且可靠, 给户外施工操作 带来便利。
3 . 本发明在圆柱孔的底面设有端面防水垫圈, 当圆柱塞插入圆柱孔时, 在公座接头与母座接头对压状态下, 端面防水垫圈在圓柱孔底面与圆柱塞端 面之间形成端面防水密封, 该端面防水密封能够有效的将公头端子和母头端 子与外界隔离, 从而起到良好的防水、 防潮湿作用。 另外, 在圓柱孔的内壁 与圓柱塞的外缘两者之间设有 "0" 型防水圈, 则可以进一步提高防水密封 效果, 并达到 IP68防水等级测试的要求。
4 . 本发明为了防止其他人非法打开电连接器, 在公座接头与母座接头 连接后设计一锁扣机构用来锁定电连接器。 该锁扣机构能够有效防止其他人 非法打开电连接器窃取电缆和修改数据。
5. 本发明为了防止公座接头和母座接头在敞开状态下被灰尘和水汽等 杂质污染, 在公座接头上设有公头防尘塞, 在母座接头上设有母头防尘盖, 起到了良好的防尘效果。

实施例: 一种快接式户外防水电连接器
如图 3〜图 23所示,该快接式户外防水电连接器包括一个公座接头 14和 —个母座接头 15 (见图 8~10 )。 所述公座接头 14的连接端凹设有一用于连 接的圆柱孔 17(见图 i2 ),圓柱孔 17内平行于轴向设置有长条状公头端子 8, 长条状公头端子 8的头部悬空在圓柱孔 17中,根部固定在公座接头 14体内。 公座接头 14由公头外模 7和公头胶芯 11组合构成(见图 3和图 10 )。 所述 母座接头 15由母头外模 3和母头胶芯 4组合构成(见图 3和图 10 ), 母座接 头 15的连接端凸设有一与所述圓柱孔 17配合连接的圆柱塞 18 (见图 11 ), 圆柱塞 18内平行于轴向设置有端子安置孔 19 (见图 11 ), 每个端子安置孔 19内安置有一个长条状的母头端子 2。 所述公头端子 8和母头端子 2成对设 置, 且数量为五对(本实施例端子数量为五对, 但端子对数可根据实际需要 来确定, 数量上至少为两对)。 在圆柱孔 17的径向截面上, 五个公头端子 8 均匀布置在以圆柱孔 17 的中心为圆心的圆周方向上(见图 12 )。 在圆柱塞 18的径向截面上, 五个母头端子 2均匀布置在以圓柱塞 18的中心为圆心的 圆周方向上(见图 17 ), 且公头端子 8所处圆周与母头端子 2所处圆周的直 径相等(见图 15 )。 所述公头端子 8的连接部为棒条结构 20, 而母头端子 2 的连接部设有可供所述棒条结构 20侧向嵌入的 "U" 形结构 21 (见图 16和 图 17, 本实施例 "U" 形结构具体为 " Ω " 形状, 使嵌口两侧具有弹性), 其中, "U" 形开口朝向母头端子 2所处圆周逆时针(也可以设计成顺时针) 的切线方向 (见图 Π ), "U" 形开口前方所对应的端子安置孔 19部位设有 可供所述棒条结构 20轴向插入的容纳空间 22 (见图 17 )。 所述圆柱孔 17的 内壁上设有由轴向导槽和周向导槽连接构成的 "L" 形导槽 23 (见图 19 ), 圆柱塞 18的外缘上设有凸形导柱 24 (见图 19 )。 理论上也可以将 "L" 形导 槽 23设在圆柱塞 18的外缘上, 而凸形导柱 24设在圆柱孔 17的内壁上。 所 述圆柱孔 17的底面设有一个端面防水垫圈 6 (见图 7和图 10 ), 而圆柱孔 17 的内壁与圆柱塞 18的外缘之间设有两道 'Ό" 型防水圏 12 (见图 10、 图 13 和图 14 ), 'Ό" 型防水圈 12定位在圆柱塞 18外缘的环形凹槽 27中, 并与 圆柱孔 17内壁接触形成两道周向防水密封。
参见图 19〜图 21所示, 当公座接头 14与母座接头 15连接时, 将凸形导 柱 24对准 "L" 形导槽 23的轴向导槽, 使圆柱塞 18插入圆柱孔 17 (见图 8 和图 13中的 "A" 动作), 同时, 公头端子 8连接部的棒条结构 20插入母头 端子 2 "U" 形开口前方的容纳空间 22, 此时在公座接头 14与母座接头 15 对压状态下, 端面防水垫圈 6在圓柱孔 17底面与圆柱塞 18端面之间形成端 面防水密封, 两道 "0"型防水圈 12在圆柱孔 17内壁与圆柱塞 18外缘之间 周向防水密封。 当圆柱塞 18相对圆柱孔 17顺时针转动一向位角时(见图 8 和图 13中的 "B" 动作), 凸形导柱 24沿 "L" 形导槽 23的周向导槽滑动, 同时五个公头端子 8连接部的棒条结构 20对应从五个母头端子 2连接部的 侧向嵌入 "U" 形结构 21内形成电连接(见图 18和图 15 )。
在本实施例中, 五个公头端子 8和五个母头端子 2都均匀的布置在同一 直径的圆周方向上。 实际上, 布置在同一直径的圓周方向上是必要条件, 而 在圆周方向上是否是均匀布置不是必要条件, 换句话说在圓周方向上可以均 匀布置, 也可以非均匀布置。 均匀布置的情况见图 17, 从图 17的左图中可 以看出五对端子在圆周方向上均勾布置, 如果去除五对端子中的任何一对或 两对, 剩余的端子在圆周方向上为非均匀布置, 显然这种方案是可行的。
在本实施例中, 为了提高导向连接结构的作用, "L" 形导槽 23和凸形 导柱 24由两对组成(也可以更多,理论上至少为一对) ,.其中每对由一个 "L" 形导槽 23和一个凸形导柱 24构成, 两对 "L" 形导槽 23和凸形导柱 24在 圓周方向均匀布置。
在本实施例中, 为了提高导向连接结构中 "L" 形导槽与凸形导柱的配 合效果, 将周向导槽的导向侧面设计为斜面 25 (见图 21 ), 斜面 25的旋向 迫使圆柱孔 17底面与圓柱塞 18端面压紧端面防水垫圏 6, 以提高端面防水 密封效果。 另外, 在周向导槽的末端设有凹部 26 (见图 21 ), 用于定位凸形 导柱 24, 以防止松脱。
在本实施例中, 为了防止其他人非法打开电连接器, 在公座接头与母座 接头之间设计有一锁扣机构用来锁定电连接器(见图 8和图 9 )。 该锁扣机构 具体是: 在公座接头 14外缘径向延伸设计一公座锁耳 28 (见图 8 ), 公座锁 耳 28上设有公座锁孔 29。 在母座接头 15外缘径向延伸设计一母座锁耳 30 (见图 8 ), 母座锁耳 30上设有母座锁孔 31。 有一锁扣 6主要由锁栓 32和 锁筒 33组成(见图 22和图 23 ), 锁栓 32在长度方向上依次由锁头 34、 锁 杆 35和锁座 36三段一体构成,锁头 34与锁杆 35的连接处设有阻止锁头 34 回退的轴肩 37,锁筒 33主体为套筒结构,套筒内设有四个对合的卡爪 38 (理 论上要求两个卡爪以上)。 当锁栓 32的锁头 34穿过公座锁孔 29和母座锁孔 31并插入锁筒 33的套筒后,卡爪 38卡在锁头 34后部的轴肩 37上形成阻止 锁栓 32回退的锁扣机构。
在本实施例中, 为了防止公座接头 14和母座接头 15在敞开状态下被灰 尘和水汽等杂质污染,在公座接头 14上设有公头防尘塞 10 (见图 6和图 7 ), 公头防尘塞 10主要由塞体构成, 塞体插装在公座接头 14的圓柱孔 17中形 成密封结构。 在母座接头 15上设有母头防尘盖 13 (见图 4和图 5 ), 母头防 尘盖 13主要由一端密闭的套盖构成, 套盖套装在母座接头 15的圆柱塞 18 上形成密封结构。 当公座接头 14和母座接头 15连接时分别打开公头防尘塞 10和母头防尘盖 13即可。

3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的快接式户外防水电连接器,其特征在于: ' 所述周向导槽的导向侧面为斜面(25), 斜面(25)的旋向迫使圆柱孔(17) 底面与圓柱塞(18)端面压紧端面防水垫圈(6); 周向导槽的末端设有用于 定位所述凸形导柱(24) 的凹部 (26)。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的快接式户外防水电连接器, 其特征在于: 所 述圆柱孔(17)的内壁与圆柱塞(18) 的外缘两者之间设有 "0" 型防水圈

5. 才艮据权利要求 1所述的快接式户外防水电连接器, 其特征在于: 所 述公座接头 (14)外缘径向延伸出一公座锁耳(28), 公座锁耳(28)上设 有公座锁孔(29); 所述母座接头 (15)外缘径向延伸出一母座锁耳(30), 母座锁耳(30)上设有母座锁孔(31); 有一锁扣(6)主要由锁栓(32)和 锁筒 (33)组成, 锁栓(32)在长度方向上依次由锁头 (34)、 锁杆(35) 和锁座(36)三段一体构成, 锁头(34)与锁杆(35)的连接处设有阻止锁 头 (34) 回退的轴肩 (37), 锁筒 (33)主体为套筒结构, 套筒内设有至少 两个对合的卡爪(38); 当锁栓(32) 的锁头 (34)穿过公座锁孔(29)和 母座锁孔(31)并插入锁筒(33)的套筒后, 卡爪(38)卡在锁头(34)后 部的轴肩 (37)上形成阻止锁栓 (32) 回退的锁扣机构。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的快接式户外防水电连接器, 其特征在于: 所 述公座接头(14)上设有公头防尘塞(10), 公头防尘塞(10)主要由塞体 构成, 塞体插装在公座接头(14)的圆柱孔(17)中形成密封结构; 所述母 座接头 (15)上设有母头防尘盖 (13), 母头防尘盖(13) 主要由一端密闭 的套盖构成, 套盖套装在母座接头 (15) 的圆柱塞(18)上形成密封结构。
