Abstract
본 발명은 열매체 저장탱크에 저장되어 열병합발전기의 폐열회수 열교환기로 유입되는 열매체의 온도가 폐열회수에 적정한 온도 범위를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 냉각기능을 기존 설비를 활용하여 구현함으로써 열병합발전기가 중단없이 가동되어 전력 수급이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 소형 열병합 발전 시스템 및 그 제어방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 전기의 생산시 발생되는 폐열을 회수하기 위해 폐열회수 열교환기(110)를 구비한 열병합발전기(100); 상기 폐열회수 열교환기(110)로부터 공급되어 온 열매체가 통과하는 주열교환기(210)와, 상기 주열교환기(210)에 연소열을 제공하는 버너(220) 측으로 공기를 공급하는 연소용 팬(230)이 구비된 보일러(200); 상기 순환되는 열매체가 저장되고, 상기 저장된 열매체를 상기 열병합발전기(100)의 폐열회수 열교환기(110)로 공급하도록 연결된 열매체 저장탱크(300);를 구비한 소형 열병합 발전 시스템에 있어서, 상기 열매체 저장탱크(300)에는 내부에 저장된 열매체의 온도를 측정하는 온도 감지부(530)가 구비되고; 난방 및 온수부하가 없는 경우, 상기 온도 감지부(530)에서 측정된 열매체의 온도가 제1설정온도 이상이면, 상기 연소용 팬(230)을 회전시켜 상기 주열교환기(210)를 통과하는 열매체에 공기가 공급되도록 제어하는 제어부(600);를 포함한다.
