Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de soudage par ultrasons utilisant un film adhésif, lequel procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : (a) le fait de permettre à un film adhésif d'être en contact avec un premier élément à souder ; et (b) le fait de permettre à un second élément à souder de venir en contact avec le film adhésif en contact avec le premier élément à souder, et le fait de faire fondre ou de faire durcir le film adhésif à l'aide d'un générateur d'ultrasons afin de souder le premier élément à souder et le second élément à souder. Selon la présente invention, il est possible de procurer un procédé de soudage apte à améliorer de façon remarquable une force d'adhérence entre un premier élément à souder et un second élément à souder sans changement de l'aspect et de la qualité du premier élément à souder et du second élément à souder, par fusion sélective d'un film adhésif à l'aide d'un procédé de soudage par ultrasons utilisant un film adhésif.
