Abstract

본 고안은 조립형 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 판매시 펌프를 용기와 분리하여 판매하고 사용시 사용자가 조립하여 사용할 수 있도록 된 조립형 용기에 관한 것이다. 본 고안은 분할가능하도록 형성되고 상부에 개구가 형성된 본체와; 상기 본체의 내부에 수용되고 본체 상부의 개구로부터 돌출되는 입구가 형성된 신축성 파우치와; 상기 본체에 탈거가 용이하도록 형성된 케이스와; 상기 케이스에 수용된 펌프;를 포함하는 조립형 용기를 제공한다.

Description

조립형 용기
본 고안은 조립형 용기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 판매시 펌프를 용기와 분리하여 판매하고 사용시 사용자가 조립하여 사용할 수 있도록 된 조립형 용기에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 펌프가 설치된 화장품 용기는 액상의 제품을 용기에 담아 별도의 포장재에 수용하여 판매하고 있다.
하지만 이러한 포장재는 제품을 구입한 후 별도로 처리해야 하는 번거러움이 있고 이러한 포장재로 인한 환경오염 또한 발생하게 된다.
또한 제품을 리필할 경우 뚜껑을 열고 부어서 사용하므로 이 때 내용물이 흘러내려 주변을 오염시키게 된다.
아울러 제품에 공기가 들어가면 변질되는 경우 리필 자체가 불가능한 문제점이 있다.
따라서 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로, 판매시 펌프와 용기가 분리된 상태에서 판매되고 사용자가 사용시 조립하여 사용할 수있도록 된 조립형 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한 본 고안은 리필시 리필용 파우치만을 교체하도록 함으로서 리필시 내용물이 외부로 흘러내리는 것이 방지되는 조립형 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
아울러 본 고안은 리필용 파우치만을 교체하도록 함으로서 리필시 공기의 유입을 막을 수 있는 조립형 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 고안은 분할가능하도록 형성되고 상부에 개구가 형성된 본체와; 상기 본체의 내부에 수용되고 본체 상부의 개구로부터 돌출되는 입구가 형성된 신축성 파우치와; 상기 본체에 탈거가 용이하도록 형성된 케이스와; 상기 케이스에 수용된 펌프;를 포함하는 조립형 용기를 제공한다.
여기서 상기 펌프는 작동시 공기가 유입되지 않도록 된 에어리스펌프인 것이 바람직하다.
또한 상기 본체의 원주면에 내용물의 잔량을 확인하기 위한 투명창이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
아울러 상기 케이스는 손잡이로 사용할 수 있도록 길이방향으로 파지공이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기와 같이 본 고안에 따른 조립형 용기는 판매시 펌프와 용기가 분리된 상태에서 판매되고 사용자가 사용시 조립하여 사용할 수 있으므로 사용 중 용기 내부의 내용물이 누설되는 것을 미연에 방지해주는 효과가 있다.
또한 본 고안은 리필시 리필용 파우치만을 교체하도록 함으로서 리필시 내용물이 외부로 흘러내리는 것이 방지하는 효과가 있다.
아울러 본 고안은 리필용 파우치만을 교체하도록 함으로서 리필시 공기의 유입을 막을 수 있어 내용물의 변질을 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 조립형 용기를 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 다른 조립형 용기(100)는 분할가능하도록 형성되고 상부에 개구(12)가 형성된 본체(10)와, 상기 본체(10)의 내부에 수용되고 본체(10) 상부의 개구(12)로부터 돌출되는 입구(22)가 형성된 신축성 파우치(20)와, 상기 본체(10)에 탈거가 용이하도록 형성된 케이스(30)와, 상기 케이스(30)의 내부에 수용된 펌프(40)를 포함한다.
본체(10)는 두 개의 부분으로 분할되어 있고, 언더컷 결합에 의해서 탈착이 가능하도록 구비된다. 상기 본체(10)의 언더컷 결합이 되지 않은 측 테두리에는 두 개의 부분이 떨어져 나가지 않도록 힌지결합(14)되어 있다. 또한 상기 본체(10)의 상부에는 파우치(20)의 입구(22)가 통과할 수 있도록 개구(12)가 형성된다. 아울러 상기 본체(10)의 원주면에는 내용물의 잔량을 확인하기 위한 투명창(16)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
파우치(20)는 신축성 소재로 이루어지면 상기 본체(10)의 내부에 수용된다. 상기 파우치(20)는 상부에는 상기 본체(10)의 개구(12)로부터 돌출되는 입구(22)가 형성된다. 또한 상기 파우치(20)의 상부에는 파우치(20)를 외부와 차단하기 위한 뚜껑(26)이 형성된다.
케이스(30)는 상기 본체(10)의 측면에 형성되며 상기 본체(10)로부터 탈거가 용이하도록 구비된다. 상기 케이스(30)에는 손잡이로 사용할 수 있도록 길이방향으로 파지공(32)이 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
펌프(40)는 상기 케이스(30)의 내부에 수용되며 사용자가 펌프(40)를 케이스(30)로부터 반출하여 파우치(20) 입구에 꽂고 사용할 수 있도록 케이스(30)로부터 반출이 용이하도록 구비되는 것이 바람직하다. 여기서 상기 펌프(40)는 파우치의 경우 신축성이 있으므로 에어리스펌프일 경우 공기의 유입을 차단할 수 있으므로 공기와 반응하여 변질되는 내용물도 리필하여 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 여기서 펌프 및 에어리스 펌프에 대해서는 당업자에 널리 알려진 기술이므로 자세한 설명은 생략하도록 한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 분할가능하도록 형성되고 상부에 개구가 형성된 본체와;
    상기 본체의 내부에 수용되고 본체 상부의 개구로부터 돌출되는 입구가 형성된 신축성 파우치와;
    상기 본체에 탈거가 용이하도록 형성된 케이스와;
    상기 케이스에 수용된 펌프;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 용기.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 펌프는 작동시 공기가 유입되지 않도록 된 에어리스펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 용기.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체의 원주면에 내용물의 잔량을 확인하기 위한 투명창이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 용기.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 케이스는 손잡이로 사용할 수 있도록 길이방향으로 파지공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립형 용기.
