일반적으로 화장품 용기는 화장품을 수용하여 이를 사용자가 용이하고 간편하게 사용할 수 있도록 제작되는 것으로 내부에 수용되는 화장품의 용도(기초 화장품, 색조 화장품, 기능성 화장품 등)나 성분 또는 상태에 따라 그 형태를 달리하게 된다.
상기 기초 화장품의 경우에는 화장품 내용물을 일정량 수용할 수 있고, 좁은 배출구가 형성되어 있는 용기와 상기 용기에 나사 또는 힌지로 결합되어 상기 배출구를 개폐하는 외캡으로 구성되어 있는데, 이를 사용할 때는 먼저 외캡을 열고, 용기를 뒤집거나 기울여서 배출구를 통해 화장품 내용물을 손이나 화장도구에 배출시킨 후 손 또는 얼굴 등과 같은 도포부위에 바르면서 사용하게 된다.

*상기와 같은 스포이드형 화장품 용기로 본 출원인은 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국공개실용신안 제20-2012-0002011호를 출원한 바 있는데, 상기 종래기술은 내용물을 스포이드관(3)으로 용이하게 빨아들일 수 있도록 한 스포이드형 화장품 용기로써, 상부에 개구부가 형성되어 있고 상기 개구부 외주연에 나사산이 형성되어 있는 본체(1)와, 상기 본체(1)와 나사 결합되어 화장품의 유출을 방지하는 외캡(2)과, 상기 개구부를 통해 상기 본체(1)의 내부로 출입되는 스포이드관(3)과, 상기 스포이드관(3)이 결합된 캡부(4)와, 상기 캡부(4)에 결합된 버튼(5)을 구비한 스포이드(6) 및 상기 버튼(5)의 가압 또는 가압해제에 따른 공기의 흐름이 역류되는 것을 방지하도록 상기 캡부(4)에 마련된 역류방지부(7)로 구성되어 있다.

도 2는 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 사시도이며, 도 3은 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 분해 사시도이다. 도 4는 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 단면도이고, 도 5는 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 뚜껑을 회전시키는 상태의 단면도이다. 도 6은 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 스포이드관이 외부로 인출하는 상태의 단면도이며, 도 7은 본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 버튼을 누르는 상태의 단면도이다. 도 8은 본 고안의 다른 실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 단면도이다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기는 내용물이 수용되며 상단에 개구부(11)가 형성된 용기본체(10)와 상기 용기본체(10)의 개구부(12)에 결합되는 와이퍼(20)와 상기 용기본체(10)에 결합되며 상부가 개방된 뚜껑(30)과 상기 뚜껑(30)의 상부에 결합되는 버튼(40)과 상기 버튼(40)의 내측에 위치하며 뚜껑(30)에 고정 결합되는 누름주머니(50)와 상기 누름주머니(50)에 내측으로 체결되며 외주면에 날개(62)가 형성된 스포이드관(60)으로 구성된다.
상기 용기본체(10)는 내부에 내용물이 수용되며, 상단에는 개구부(11)가 형성되고, 상단 외주면에는 본체나사산(12)이 형성된다.
상기 개구부(11)에는 와이퍼(20)가 끼움 결합된다.
상기 본체나사산(12)은 뚜껑(30)과 나사 결합되어 용기본체(10)를 밀폐시킨다.
상기 와이퍼(20)는 상단에 걸림턱(21)이 형성되며 하단에는 유통로(22)가 형성되고 상기 유통로(22)의 주위에는 다수개의 절개부(23)가 형성된다.
상기 걸림턱(21)은 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 용기본체(10)의 개구부(11)에 와이퍼(20)가 끼움 결합될 때, 상기 개구부(11) 상단에 걸려 와이퍼(20)가 용기본체(10) 내부로 들어가는 것을 막아준다.
상기 유통로(22)는 와이퍼(20) 하단에 형성되어 스포이드관(60)이 출입하는 통로이다.
상기 절개부(23)는 와이퍼(20)의 주위에 다수개로 형성되되, 상기 절개부(23)는 스포이드관(60)에 형성된 날개(62)와 대응되게 형성된다.
상기 절개부(23)는 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 스포이드관(60)이 유통로(22)를 통과할 때 상기 스포이드관(60)에 형성된 날개(62)가 절개부(23)를 통과하여 외부로 나오게 된다.
상기 날개(62)와 절개부(23)는 각각 2개 내지 8개로 형성하는 것이 바람직한데, 1개로 형성할 경우 뭉쳐진 화장품 내용물이 제대로 풀어지지 않으며, 9개 이상으로 형성할 경우 날개(62) 사이의 공간이 작아서 화장품 내용물이 제대로 풀어지지 않는 단점이 있다.
상기 뚜껑(30)은 상부가 개방된 형상이며 상부에는 걸림턱(31)이 형성되고 내주면에는 뚜껑나사산(32)이 형성된다.
상기 걸림턱(31)은 버튼(40)이 뚜껑(30)의 상부 내측으로 결합될 때 걸림턱(31)에 걸림 결합되어 뚜껑(30)에서 분리되지 않는다.
상기 뚜껑나사산(32)은 용기본체(10)의 본체나사산(12)과 나사 결합되어 상기 용기본체(10)를 개폐시킨다.
상기 버튼(40)은 외주면에 걸림돌기(41)가 형성되며 상기 걸림돌기(41)는 뚜껑(30)의 걸림턱(31)에 걸림 결합되어 버튼(40)이 뚜껑(30)에서 분리되지 않게 한다.
상기 버튼(40)의 내측에는 누름주머니(50)가 위치한다.
상기 누름주머니(50)는 내측에 체결홈(51)이 형성되며 상기 체결홈(51)에는 스포이드관(60)이 고정 결합된다.
상기 누름주머니(50)는 버튼(40)의 누름 동작에 의해 형상이 변형되었다가 원래 상태로 복원이 가능한 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하며, 합성수지재 또는 실리콘 또는 고무와 같은 탄성 복원력이 우수한 재질 중 어느 하나일 수 있다.
또한, 상기 누름주머니(50) 대신 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 피스톤펌프(70)로 대체되어 형성될 수 있다.
상기 스포이드관(60)은 상단에 걸림환돌기(61)가 형성되고 외주면에는 날개(62)가 형성된다.
상기 걸림환돌기(61)는 누름주머니(50)의 체결홈(51)에 고정 결합되어 스포이드관(60)이 분리되지 않게 한다.
상기 날개(62)는 스포이드관(60) 외주면에 다수개로 형성되어 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 뚜껑(30)을 회전시켜 용기본체(10)에서 분리할 때 뚜껑(30)의 회전에 따라 함께 회전을 하게 된다.
상기 날개(62)의 회전에 의해 용기본체(10)에 수용된 내용물이 혼합될 수 있다.
본 고안의 일실시예에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기의 사용상태를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안에 따른 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해서 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 뚜껑(30)을 회전시켜 용기본체(10)에서 분리시킨다. 이때, 뚜껑(30)이 회전함에 따라 스포이드관(60)에 형성된 날개(62)도 회전을 하게 된다.
상기 스포이드관(60)에 형성된 날개(62)가 용기본체(10) 내에서 회전함에 따라 내용물을 사용할 때마다 스포이드관(60)의 날개(62)로 휘저어 주기 때문에 내용물이 뭉치는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 냉장보관 또는 외부노출에 의해 변성(變性)되어 뭉쳐진 내용물을 휘저어 풀어주어서 사용자가 직접 화장품 용기를 흔들거나 스포이드관(60)으로 용기본체(10) 내부에 수용되어 있는 내용물을 휘저은 후 사용해야하는 불편함을 해소할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
이후, 도 6에서 보는 바와 같이 스포이드관(60)이 용기본체(10)에서 외부로 나올 때 상기 스포이드관(60)이 와이퍼(20)의 유통로(22)를 통과하며, 스포이드관(60)의 외주면에 형성된 날개(62)는 와이퍼(20)의 절개부(23)를 통해서 외부로 나오게 된다.
내용물을 사용하려 할 때에는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 버튼(40)을 가압하여 용기본체(10)에 수용된 내용물을 스포이드관(60)으로 이동시켜 사용할 수 있게 한다.
이상, 본 고안에서 설명한 것은 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 일실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 고안은 상기 일실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 고안의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 고안이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 고안의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

  1. 내용물이 수용되며 상단에 개구부(11)가 형성된 용기본체(10);
    상기 용기본체(10)의 개구부(12)에 결합되는 와이퍼(20);
    상기 용기본체(10)에 결합되며 상부가 개방된 뚜껑(30);
    상기 뚜껑(30)의 상부에 결합되는 버튼(40);
    상기 버튼(40)의 내측에 위치하며 뚜껑(30)에 고정 결합되는 누름주머니(50);
    상기 누름주머니(50)의 내측으로 체결되며 외주면에 날개(62)가 형성된 스포이드관(60);으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 와이퍼(20)는 상단에 걸림턱(21)이 형성되며 하단에는 유통로(22)가 형성되고 상기 유통로(22)의 주위에 다수개의 절개부(23)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 뚜껑(30)은 상부에 걸림턱(31)이 형성되며 상기 걸림턱(31)에는 버튼(40)에 형성된 걸림돌기(41)가 걸리는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 누름주머니(50)는 내측에 체결홈(51)이 형성되며 상기 체결홈(51)에는 스포이드관(60)의 상단에 형성된 걸림환돌기(61)가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 누름주머니(50)는 피스톤펌프(70)로 대체하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 날개가 구비된 스포이드형 화장품 용기.
