在现有技术中, 可以通过一种实现集群系统中漫游移动终端实时遥毙 /复 活的方法来实现对移动终端的 "遥毙" / "复活", 可以通过以下步骤实现:
(a)归属地调度台发起遥毙 /复活请求; (b)归属地调度服务器收到请求后应 答, 并发送鉴权请求; (c)归属地调度寄存器收到鉴权请求后回送鉴权应答, 将漫游终端标志为等待遥毙 /复活状态; (d)归属地调度服务器收到鉴权应答 后, 判断用户为开机状态且漫游, 根据鉴权应答发送终端遥毙 / 复活通知; (e)拜访地调度服务器收到通知后, 如果用户位置信息有效且状态正确, 向移 动终端发送遥毙 /复活操作指示; (0 移动终端完成遥毙 /复活后, 向拜访地 调度服务器发送遥毙 /复活应答, 该服务器转发至相关服务器。
然而, 发明人发现在现有技术中, 网络侧需要调度服务器, 网络结构复 杂, 操作需要通过调度台操作, 不够方便灵活。 发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能、 复活功能的方 法和终端, 以提高操作灵敏度。

如图 1所示的实施例提供的应用系统架构图。
在本实施例中, 不同的移动终端可以通过移动网络建立通信连接, 每个 移动终端可以与供应系统进行通信连接, 当每个移动终端开机或运行的时候, 供应 ( Provision ) 系统会将移动终端的权限认证信息下发给相应的移动终端。 比如, 移动终端开通了遥毙 /复活功能, 那么供应系统会将遥毙 /复活功能的 权限认证信息下发给该移动终端。 在现有技术中, 权限认证信息可以有多种, 此处不——列举。
在本实施例中, 当多个移动终端需要建立集群通信业务时, 其中一台移 动终端作为主控终端, 其它移动终端作为受控终端, 当然受控终端也可以称 之为被控终端, 由主控终端向多个受控终端发送通话邀请, 当多个受控终端 接受邀请后, 此时, 集群通信业务完成建立。
图 2 所示为实施例提供的一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能方法的流程 图。
需要说明的是, 在实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能方法前, 主控终端发起 与多个受控终端建立集群通信业务的会话, 当集群通信业务已建立时, 即已 建立一个会话或会议, 当主控终端需要终止其中一个受控终端时, 主控终端 执行遥毙功能。 需要说明的是, 当主控终端与多个受控终端建立会话或会议 后, 受控终端会自动存储当前的主控终端 ID ( Ident i ty , 身份标识号码)与 当前的会话或会议 ID,或受控终端接收供应系统下发的当前的主控终端 ID与 当前的会话或会议 ID。
当然, 在本实施例中, 由于当前的会话或会议由主控终端发起, 因而, 只有主控终端具有遥毙功能的权限。 同理, 也只有主控终端具有复活功能的 权限。 这种权限信息, 可以通过供应系统下发。
在本实施例中, 需要说明的, 当主控终端执行遥毙功能时, 可以在主控 终端的移动终端显示的遥毙菜单中, 通过选择遥毙功能的选项进行操作。
在本实施例中, 步骤 S200, 所述主控终端向受控终端发送指示信息, 所 述指示信息包括遥毙受控终端的操作信息, 以使所述受控终端对所述指示信 息进行鉴权, 并当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作 信息自动退出当前的会话。

需要说明的是, 在实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能方法前, 主控终端发起 与多个受控终端建立集群通信业务的会话, 当集群通信业务已建立时, 即已 建立一个会话或会议, 当主控终端需要终止其中一个受控终端时, 主控终端 执行遥毙功能。 需要说明的是, 当主控终端与多个受控终端建立会话或会议 后, 受控终端会自动存储当前的主控终端 ID ( Ident i ty , 身份标识号码)与 当前的会话或会议 ID,或受控终端接收供应系统下发的当前的主控终端 ID与 当前的会话或会议 ID。

在本实施例中, 主控终端可以通过发送 alert (提醒)信息来实现发送指 示信息给受控终端。
步骤 S304, 受控终端对该指示信息进行鉴权。 在本实施例中, 受控终端 先解析该指示信息, 以获得该指示信息中的主控终端 ID和遥毙受控终端的操 作信息, 再将该指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储的当前会议或会话的主控终 端 ID进行匹配。
步骤 S306, 若鉴权成功, 则根据该遥毙受控终端的操作信息进行相应操 作。
在本实施例中, 若该指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储的当前会议或会话 的主控终端 ID匹配成功, 即鉴权成功, 则根据该指示信息进行相应操作。
在本实施例中, 根据该遥毙受控终端的操作信息, 受控终端自动退出当 前的会话或会议。
在本实施例中, 当受控终端自动退出当前的会话或会议时, 存储该主控 终端 ID与当前的会话或会议的 ID, 以形成一个匹配表。 步骤 S308, 受控终端返回操作结果信息至主控终端。 在本实施例中, 操 作结果信息可以包括受控终端 ID及结果信息, 当鉴权失败, 或受控终端根据 该指示信息进行相应操作后, 需要返回操作的结果给主控终端, 可以理解为, 返回遥毙成功或失败的信息。 在本实施例中, 可以通过返回 alert信息来实现 受控终端返回操作结果信息至主控终端。

需要说明的是, 在实现集群通信业务的复活功能方法前, 主控终端和多 个受控终端已经建立集群通信业务的会话, 即已建立一个会话或会议, 并且 主控终端已终止了其中一个受控终端, 当需要复活被终止的受控终端再次加 入当前的会话或会议时, 主控终端需要对该受控终端执行复活功能。
在本实施例中, 需要说明的, 当主控终端执行复活功能时, 可以在主控 终端的移动终端显示的复活菜单中, 通过选择复活功能的选项进行操作。
在本实施例中, 步骤 S400, 所述主控终端向所述受控终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息包括复活受控终端的操作信息, 以使所述受控终端对所述指示 信息进行鉴权, 并当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述复活受控终端的操 作信息再次加入已退出的会话。

需要说明的是, 在实现集群通信业务的复活功能方法前, 主控终端和多 个受控终端已经建立集群通信业务的会话, 即已建立一个会话或会议, 并且 主控终端已终止了其中一个受控终端, 当需要复活被终止的受控终端再次加 入当前的会话或会议时, 主控终端需要对该受控终端执行复活功能。
在本实施例中, 需要说明的, 当主控终端执行复活功能时, 可以在主控 终端的移动终端显示的复活菜单中, 通过选择复活功能的选项进行操作。
在本实施例中, 步骤 S500, 主控终端选择已被终止的受控终端。 也可以 理解为, 主控终端选择已被遥毙的受控终端。
步骤 S502, 主控终端发送指示信息至受控终端。 在本实施例中, 该指示 信息可以包括主控终端 ID和复活受控终端的操作信息。 在本实施例中, 复活 受控终端的操作信息可以是指示受控终端再次加入当前的会话或会议。

本发明实施例提供的实现集群通信业务的终端, 通过接收主控终端发送 的携带遥毙受控终端的指示信息, 当受控终端鉴权成功后, 根据该遥毙受控 终端的指示信息自动退出当前的会话或会议, 从而实现在集群通信业务中主 控终端对受控终端的遥毙功能, 与现有技术相比, 本发明不需要网络侧来调 度服务器, 也不需要通过调度台来操作, 并且, 比现有技术的网络结构简单, 并且操作起来更方便, 从而提高操作灵敏度。
图 8所示为实施例提供的一种实现集群通信业务的复活功能的终端的结 构图, 该终端包括发送单元 800和接收单元 802。
需要说明的是, 在实现集群通信业务的复活功能方法前, 主控终端和多 个受控终端已经建立集群通信业务的会话, 即已建立一个会话或会议, 并且 主控终端已终止了其中一个受控终端, 当需要复活被终止的受控终端再次加 入当前的会话或会议时, 主控终端需要对该受控终端执行复活功能。
在本实施例中, 需要说明的, 当主控终端执行复活功能时, 可以在主控 终端的终端显示的复活菜单中, 通过选择复活功能的选项进行操作。
在本实施例中, 发送单元 800用于向受控终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信 息包括遥毙受控终端的操作信息, 以使所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴 权, 并当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动 退出当前的会话。
接收单元 802用于接收所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息 自动退出当前的会话的结果信息。
本发明实施例提供的实现集群通信业务的复活功能的终端, 通过主控终 端向受控终端发送携带复活受控终端的指示信息, 当受控终端鉴权成功后, 根据该遥毙受控终端的指示信息再次加入当前的会话或会议, 从而实现在集 群通信业务中主控终端对受控终端的复活功能, 与现有技术相比, 本发明不 需要网络侧来调度服务器, 也不需要通过调度台来操作, 并且, 比现有技术 的网络结构简单, 并且操作起来更方便, 从而提高操作灵敏度。
图 9所示为实施例提供的一种实现集群通信业务的复活功能的终端的另 一结构图, 该终端包括接收单元 900、 鉴权单元 902、 执行单元 904、 发送单元 906及存储单元 908。
需要说明的是, 在实现集群通信业务的复活功能方法前, 主控终端和多 个受控终端已经建立集群通信业务的会话, 即已建立一个会话或会议, 并且 主控终端已终止了其中一个受控终端, 当需要复活被终止的受控终端再次加 入当前的会话或会议时, 主控终端需要对该受控终端执行复活功能。
在本实施例中, 需要说明的, 当主控终端执行复活功能时, 可以在主控 终端的终端显示的复活菜单中, 通过选择复活功能的选项进行操作。
接收单元 900用于接收主控终端发送的指示信息。 在本实施例中, 该指 示信息可以包括主控终端 ID和复活受控终端的操作信息。 在本实施例中, 复 活受控终端的操作信息可以是指示受控终端再次加入当前的会话或会议。
鉴权单元 902用于对接收单元 900接收的指示信息进行鉴权。 在本实施例 中, 鉴权单元 902先解析该指示信息, 以获得该指示信息中的主控终端 ID和复 活受控终端的操作信息, 再将该指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储单元 908存储 的主控终端 ID进行匹配。 在本实施例中, 若该指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存 储的主控终端 ID匹配成功, 即鉴权成功。
执行单元 904用于当鉴权单元 902鉴权成功后, 根据该复活受控终端的操 作信息进行相应操作。 在本实施例中, 执行单元 904根据该复活受控终端的操 作信息, 提示受控终端需要再次加入当前的会话或会议, 通过用户操作受控 终端以再次加入当前的会话或会议, 可以理解为受控终端再次加入会话或会 议。 在本实施例中, 执行单元 904通过查询存储单元 908存储的主控终端 ID与 会话或会议的 ID的匹配表, 以获得已退出的会话 ID, 以再次加入该会话或会 议 ID。
发送单元 906用于当执行单元 904根据该复活受控终端的操作信息进行相 应操作后, 返回操作结果信息至主控终端。 在本实施例中, 操作结果信息可 以包括受控终端 ID及结果信息, 当鉴权失败, 或受控终端根据该指示信息进 行相应操作后, 需要返回操作的结果给主控终端, 可以理解为, 返回复活成 功或失败的信息。在本实施例中,可以通过返回 alert信息来实现受控终端返回 操作结果信息至主控终端。
本发明实施例提供的实现集群通信业务的复活功能的终端, 通过受控终 端接收主控终端发送携带复活受控终端的指示信息, 当受控终端鉴权成功后, 根据该遥毙受控终端的指示信息再次加入当前的会话或会议, 从而实现在集 群通信业务中主控终端对受控终端的复活功能, 与现有技术相比, 本发明不 需要网络侧来调度服务器, 也不需要通过调度台来操作, 并且, 比现有技术 的网络结构简单, 并且操作起来更方便, 从而提高操作灵敏度。

权利要求 书
1、 一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的方法, 所述方法应用于主控终端与 受控终端已建立集群通信业务的会话, 其特征在于, 包括:
所述受控终端接收所述主控终端发送的指示信息, 所述指示信息包括遥毙 受控终端的操作信息;
所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权;
当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动退出 当前的会话。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述指示信息还包括主控终端 ID, 所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权 的步骤包括;
解析所述指示信息, 以获得所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID和遥毙受控终端 的操作信息;
将所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储的当前会话的主控终端 ID进行匹 配。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动退出当前的会话后, 存储所述主控终端 ID与退出的当前会话的 ID, 以形成一个匹配表。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的方法, 其特征在 于, 还包括:
所述受控终端返回操作结果信息至所述主控终端。
5、 一种实现集群通信业务的复活功能的方法, 所述方法应用于通过权 1的 方法遥毙的受控终端, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
所述受控终端接收主控终端发送的指示信息, 所述指示信息包括复活受控 终端的操作信息;
所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权;
当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述复活受控终端的操作信息再次加入 已退出的会话。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的实现集群通信业务的复活功能的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述指示信息还包括主控终端 ID, 所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权 的步骤包括;
解析所述指示信息, 以获得所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID和复活受控终端 的操作信息;
将所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储的当前会话的主控终端 ID进行匹 配。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的实现集群通信业务的复活功能的方法, 其特征在 于, 所述当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述复活受控终端的操作信息再次 加入已退出的会话的步骤包括:
通过查询所述主控终端 ID与会话的 ID的匹配表,以获得已退出的会话 ID; 根据所述复活受控终端的操作信息再次加入所述获得的已退出的会话。
8、 一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的终端, 应用于多个终端之间已建立 集群通信业务的会话, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收主控终端发送的指示信息, 所述指示信息包括遥毙受 控终端的操作信息;
鉴权单元, 用于对所述指示信息进行鉴权;
执行单元, 用于当鉴权成功后, 根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息控制所 述终端自动退出当前的会话。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的终端, 其特征在 于, 所述指示信息还包括主控终端 ID, 所述鉴权单元进一步用于解析所述指示 信息, 以获得所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID和遥毙受控终端的操作信息, 并将 所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储的当前会话的主控终端 ID进行匹配。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的终端, 其特征 在于, 还包括:
存储单元, 用于当所述执行单元根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息控制所 述终端自动退出当前的会话后, 存储所述主控终端 ID与退出的当前会话的 ID, 以形成一个匹配表。
11、 根据权利要求 8所述的实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的终端, 其特征 在于, 还包括:
发送单元, 用于返回操作结果信息至所述主控终端
12、 一种实现集群通信业务的复活功能的终端, 应用于通过权 1 的方法遥 毙的受控终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收主控终端发送的指示信息, 所述指示信息包括复活受 控终端的操作信息;
鉴权单元, 用于对所述指示信息进行鉴权;
执行单元, 用于当鉴权成功后, 根据所述复活受控终端的操作信息控制所 述终端再次加入已退出的会话。
13、根据权利要求 12所述的实现集群通信业务的复活功能的终端, 其特征 在于, 所述指示信息还包括主控终端 ID, 所述鉴权单元进一步用于解析所述指 示信息, 以获得所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID和复活受控终端的操作信息, 并 将所述指示信息中的主控终端 ID与存储的当前会话的主控终端 ID进行匹配。
14、根据权利要求 13所述的实现集群通信业务的复活功能的方法, 其特征 在于, 所述执行单元进一步用于通过查询所述主控终端 ID与会话的 ID的匹配 表, 以获得已退出的会话 ID, 并根据所述复活受控终端的操作信息再次加入所 述获得的已退出的会话。
15、 一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的方法, 所述方法应用于主控终端 与受控终端已建立集群通信业务的会话, 其特征在于, 包括: 所述主控终端向受控终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息包括遥毙受控终端 的操作信息, 以使所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权, 并当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动退出当前的会话;
所述主控终端接收所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动退 出当前的会话的结果信息。
16、 一种实现集群通信业务的复活功能的方法, 所述方法应用于通过权 15 的方法遥毙受控终端的主控终端, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
所述主控终端向所述受控终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息包括复活受控 终端的操作信息, 以使所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权, 并当鉴权成功 后, 所述受控终端才艮据所述复活受控终端的操作信息再次加入已退出的会话; 所述主控终端接收所述受控终端根据所述复活受控终端的操作信息再次加 入已退出的会话的结果信息。
17、 一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的终端, 应用于多个终端之间已建 立集群通信业务的会话, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向受控终端发送指示信息, 所述指示信息包括遥毙受控终 端的操作信息, 以使所述受控终端对所述指示信息进行鉴权, 并当鉴权成功后, 所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动退出当前的会话;
接收单元, 用于接收所述受控终端根据所述遥毙受控终端的操作信息自动 退出当前的会话的结果信息。
18、 一种实现集群通信业务的遥毙功能的终端, 应用于通过权 15的方法遥 毙受控终端的主控终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
