本发明有益效果如下:
本发明通过移动智能终端与电视会议终端进行数据交互, 使移动智能 终端参加电视会议, 这样, 参与会议人员只要有一台移动智能终端, 在任 何地方, 任何时间, 只要通过网络连接到电视会议终端, 就可以控制电视 会议终端参加电视会议, 以及监控电视会议终端的情况, 大大提高了用户 参加电视会议的便利性。 附图说明

为了解决现有技术用户不能基于移动智能终端随时随地参加电视会议 的问题, 本发明提供了一种移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法、 终端及系 统, 以下结合附图以及实施例, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不限定本发明。
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例涉及一种移动智能终端参与电视会议的方 法, 包括:
步驟 S101 , 移动智能终端与电视会议终端连接;
本步驟中, 具体包括以下步驟:
步驟 S1011 , 移动智能终端向电视会议终端发起连接请求;
步驟 S1012, 电视会议终端验证所述连接请求,校验移动智能终端的用 户名密码等配置, 验证通过, 接受连接, 即连接成功; 验证没有通过, 例 如验证密码错误, 则电视会议终端通知移动智能终端登陆失败, 即连接失 败。
在连接成功之后还包括:
步驟 S1013,移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送终端状态消息,请求电 视会议终端的状态数据;
步驟 S1014, 电视会议终端更新系统内部状态,并发送状态数据给移动 智能终端;
步驟 S1015,移动智能终端接收电视会议终端发送的状态数据并根据该 状态数据更新界面显示; 移动智能终端与电视会议终端连接成功并进行状态更新之后, 移动智 能终端与电视会议就可以进行数据交互, 移动智能终端参加电视会议, 具 体参见步驟 S102。
步驟 S102, 所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端进行数据交互, 参 与电视会议。
本步驟中, 移动智能终端与电视会议终端进行数据交互, 参与电视会 议, 具体包括以下流程:
1 )、 控制电视会议终端流程, 具体包括以下步驟:
1、 移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送控制命令。
2、 电视会议终端接收所述控制命令并进行解析, 所述控制命令包括呼 叫、 查询、 会议控制等命令。
3、 电视会议终端执行所述控制命令, 并将所述控制命令的执行结果、 以及改变的状态数据发送给移动智能终端。 数据, 根据所述执行结果及改变的状态数据更新界面显示。
2 )、 移动智能终端作为媒体源和电视会议电视远端进行交互, 其中, 远端是指参加电视会议的终端中除移动智能终端之外的其它一个或多个终 端; 具体流程包括以下步驟:
1、 移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送媒体源消息(即媒体源的媒体信 息), 请求移动智能终端作为电视会议媒体源。 其中, 媒体源消息包括移动 智能终端媒体的详细参数, 例如, 媒体中的音频格式、 视频格式、 媒体大 小等。
2、 电视会议终端接收所述媒体源消息后, 根据所述媒体源消息准备媒 体资源。 例如准备与移动智能终端媒体格式相对应的解码器。
3、 移动智能终端将移动智能终端媒体的视频输入和音频输入发送给电 视会议终端。
4、 电视会议终端对移动智能终端媒体进行解码, 并作为媒体源重新编 码成设定格式打包发送给电视会议的远端。 设定的格式是指远端支持的视 频格式和音频格式。
3 )、 视频监控流程, 具体包括以下步驟:
1、 移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送视频源消息, 请求视频源;
2、 电视会议终端发送视频源的媒体信息给移动智能终端; 视频源媒体 信息包括视频格式和音频格式等参数;
3、 电视会议终端将媒体码流发送给移动智能终端;
4、 移动智能终端接收所述媒体码流并进行解码、 显示;
5、 移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送停止视频监控消息;
6、 电视会议终端接收所述停止视频监控消息, 并根据所述停止视频监 控消息停止发送媒体码流给移动智能终端。
在以上各流程中, 还包括电视会议终端主动上报状态的流程, 具体包 括以下步驟:
1、 电视会议终端状态发生改变;
2、 电视会议终端将自身的状态数据发送给移动智能终端;
3、 移动智能终端接收所述电视会议终端发送的状态数据并进行解析 后, 更新界面显示。
在移动智能终端与电视会议终端连接成功之后, 还包括以下步驟:
1、 移动智能终端与电视会议终端之间的连接异常中断; 其中异常中断 是指除由移动智能终端或电视会议终端发起中断请求形成的连接中断之外 的所有中断。
2、 移动智能终端关闭连接, 释放资源。
3、 电视会议终端关闭连接, 释放资源。 在电视会议结束后, 用户关闭移动智能终端, 移动智能终端会发送断 开消息 (中断请求)给电视会议终端; 电视会议终端和移动智能终端都释 放彼此间相关的资源。
如图 2所示, 本发明实施例还涉及一种电视会议系统, 包括: 进行数 据交互的移动智能终端 201与电视会议终端 202;移动智能终端 201与电视 会议终端 202通过网络 203 连接, 网络可以是无线相容性认证 ( Wi-Fi, WirdessFidelity ) (即: IEEE802.11b ) 网络, 也可以是第三代移动通信技术 ( 3G, 3rd-generation, ) 网络。
其中, 移动智能终端 201包括: 移动智能终端消息处理模块 2011 , 用 于向电视会议终端 202发送消息,和 /或处理电视会议终端 202发送的消息; 移动智能终端媒体处理模块 2012, 用于接收并处理电视会议终端 202发送 的媒体信息; 和 /或将移动智能终端 201 的媒体信息发送给电视会议终端 202;
电视会议终端 202包括: 电视会议终端消息处理模块 2021 , 用于处理 移动智能终端 201发送的消息, 和 /或向移动智能终端 201发送消息; 电视 会议终端媒体处理模块 2022, 用于向移动智能终端 201发送媒体码流, 和 / 或接收移动智能终端 201发送的媒体码流, 并发送给指定终端。 指定终端 是指参加电视会议的终端中, 需要接受上述媒体码流的终端, 可以为移动 智能终端, 也可以是参加电视会议的终端中除移动智能终端之外的其它终 端。
本发明实施例还涉及一种移动智能终端和一种电视会议终端, 但本实 施例涉及的移动智能终端和电视会议终端与上述电视会议系统中的移动智 能终端 201、 电视会议终端 202在结构、 功能上分别相同, 因此, 本实施例 不再赘述, 本领域技术人员应该理解本实施例涉及的移动智能终端和电视 会议终端的结构和功能。 下面, 以一个具体的实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一般双路监控应用场景如下: 一台移动智能终端, 一台电视会议终端, 移动智能终端通过网络连接电视会议终端, 网络为 Wi-Fi网络或 3G网络。 移动智能终端不限于控制一台电视会议终端, 只要能通过网络连接上的电 视会议终端都可以控制。
移动智能终端包括移动智能终端消息处理模块和移动智能终端媒体处 理模块; 电视会议终端包括电视会议终端消息处理模块和电视会议终端媒 体处理模块。 移动智能终端发送的消息, 经由移动智能终端消息处理模块 打包后发送给电视会议终端消息处理模块, 电视会议终端消息处理模块负 责解析接收并处理所述移动智能终端发送的消息, 例如执行控制命令等。 移动智能终端发送的媒体信息, 是由移动智能终端媒体处理模块将媒体码 流打包发送给电视会议终端媒体模块, 电视会议终端媒体处理模块负责解 码, 并发送给编码器编码成设定的格式后发送给指定对端。 指定对端可以 是移动智能终端, 也可以是参与电视会议除移动智能终端之外的其它终端。 电视会议终端发送给移动智能终端消息和媒体信息的流程与移动智能终端 基本相同, 不再赘述。
如图 3所示, 移动智能终端正常连接电视会议终端时的交互过程如下: 步驟 301 , 用户通过移动智能终端向电视会议终端发起连接请求; 步驟 302, 步驟 1触发了由移动智能终端侧发起的初始连接;
步驟 303 , 电视会议终端接收所述连接请求, 并验证用户名、 密码, 通 过后创建有关资源, 并返回连接结果;
步驟 304, 移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送终端状态消息,请求状态 数据;
步驟 305, 电视会议终端返回终端自身的状态数据。
步驟 306, 用户通过移动智能终端发送控制命令给电视会议终端, 以控 制电视会议终端参与电视会议。
步驟 307, 电视会议终端执行所述控制命令后, 向移动智能终端返回所 述控制命令的执行结果, 如果电视会议终端的相关状态发生了改变, 电视 会议终端还会返回改变后的状态数据给移动智能终端。
步驟 308, 当结束电视会议时, 用户断开连接;
步驟 309, 移动智能终端侧发送断开消息给电视会议终端;
步驟 310, 电视会议终端释放自己的资源, 并断开连接;
步驟 311 , 移动智能终端释放自己的资源, 并断开连接。
如图 4所示, 当用户开启监控后的流程如下:
步驟 401 , 用户开启监控;
步驟 402, 移动智能终端侧发起请求, 请求视频源, 所述请求中携带视 频源消息, 向电视会议终端表明希望监控的是何种视频源;
步驟 403 , 电视会议终端根据移动智能终端的请求返回视频源格式; 步驟 404, 移动智能终端收到所述视频源格式(即视频源的媒体信息) 后, 判断当前是否有处理该格式的资源, 如果资源满足, 发送开始命令给 电视会议终端;
步驟 405, 电视会议终端接收所述开始命令,发送媒体码流到移动智能 终端指定的地址(指定的地址如移动智能终端的 IP地址或端口号);
步驟 406, 移动智能终端接收所述媒体码流,根据所述移动智能终端返 回的视频源格式对所述媒体码流进行解码并显示;
步驟 407, 电视会议结束后, 用户停止监控;
步驟 408, 移动智能终端侧发送停止命令到电视会议终端;
步驟 409, 电视会议终端响应所述停止命令, 停止发送媒体码流。
如图 5 所示, 移动智能终端请求移动智能终端上的媒体作为媒体源的 时的交互流程如下: 步驟 501 , 用户请求将移动智能终端上的媒体作为媒体源; 步驟 502, 移动智能终端侧发起请求,请求将自身的媒体作为媒体源的 请求 , 所述请求中携带媒体源消息(如音视频格式等);
步驟 503 , 电视会议终端侧根据移动智能终端发送过来的媒体源消息, 准备相关的媒体资源 (与音视频格式对应的解码器);
步驟 504, 如果媒体资源满足, 发送准备完成消息给移动智能终端; 步驟 505 , 移动智能终端发送媒体码流给电视会议终端;
步驟 506, 电视会议终端解码媒体码流, 并重新编码发送给远端; 远端 通常是参加电视会议的终端中除移动智能终端之外的其它终端, 但有些情 况下, 也可以包括移动智能终端;
步驟 507 , 电视会议结束, 用户停止移动智能终端发送媒体码流给电视 步驟 508 ,移动智能终端停止发送媒体码流给电视会议终端, 并发送停 止命令给电视会议终端;
步驟 509, 电视会议终端收到所述停止命令后,释放与移动智能终端相 关的媒体资源。
由上述实施例可以看出, 本发明通过移动智能终端与电视会议终端进 行数据交互, 使移动智能终端参加电视会议, 因此, 参与会议人员只要有 一台移动智能终端, 在任何地方, 任何时间, 只要通过网络连接到电视会 议终端, 就可以控制电视会议终端参加电视会议, 以及监控电视会议终端 的情况, 大大提高了用户参加电视会议的便利性。
尽管为示例目的, 已经公开了本发明的优选实施例, 本领域的技术人 员将意识到各种改进、 增加和取代也是可能的, 因此, 本发明的范围应当 不限于上述实施例。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包 括以下步驟:
移动智能终端与电视会议终端连接;
所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端进行数据交互, 参与电视会议。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特征在 于, 在移动智能终端与电视会议终端进行连接之后, 所述方法还包括: 所述移动智能终端向电视会议终端发送终端状态消息, 请求电视会议 终端的状态数据;
所述电视会议终端更新系统内部状态, 并发送状态数据给移动智能终 端;
所述移动智能终端接收所述电视会议终端发送的状态数据, 并根据所 述状态数据更新所述电视会议终端的状态。
3、 如权利要求 1或 所述的移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端进行数据交互, 参与电视 会议, 为:
所述移动智能终端向所述电视会议终端发送控制命令;
所述电视会议终端解析所述控制命令后, 执行控制命令, 并将所述控 制命令的执行结果发送给所述移动智能终端;
所述移动智能终端根据所述电视会议终端发送的执行结果, 更新显示。
4、 如权利要求 1或 所述的移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端进行数据交互, 参与电视 会议, 为:
所述移动智能终端向所述电视会议终端发送媒体源消息, 请求将移动 智能终端上的媒体作为电视会议的媒体源; 所述电视会议终端根据所述媒体源消息准备媒体资源;
所述移动智能终端发送媒体码流给电视会议终端;
所述电视会议终端对所述移动智能终端发送的媒体码流进行解码, 并
5、 如权利要求 1或 所述的移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特 征在于, 所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端进行数据交互, 参与电视 会议, 为:
所述移动智能终端向所述电视会议终端发送视频源消息, 请求视频源; 所述电视会议终端发送视频源格式给所述移动智能终端; 以及将媒体 码流发送给所述移动智能终端;
所述移动智能终端根据所述视频源格式对接收的所述媒体码流进行解 码, 并显示。
6、 如权利要求 1或 所述的移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特 征在于, 在所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端进行数据交互期间, 所 述方法还包括:
当所述电视会议终端状态发生改变后, 所述电视会议终端将改变后的 状态数据发送给所述移动智能终端;
所述移动智能终端解析所述状态数据, 更新界面并显示。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的移动智能终端参与电视会议的方法, 其特征在 于, 在所述移动智能终端与所述电视会议终端连接期间, 当所述连接异常 中断时, 所述移动智能终端和所述电视会议终端均关闭连接, 释放彼此间 的资源。
8、 一种移动智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动智能终端与电视会议终 端进行数据交互, 参与电视会议; 所述移动智能终端包括:
移动智能终端消息处理模块, 用于向所述电视会议终端发送消息, 和 / 或处理所述电视会议终端发送的消息;
移动智能终端媒体处理模块, 用于接收所述电视会议终端发送的媒体 信息, 并处理; 和 /或将所述移动智能终端的媒体信息发送给所述电视会议 终端。
9、 一种电视会议终端, 其特征在于, 所述电视会议终端与移动智能终 端进行数据交互, 使其参与电视会议; 所述电视会议终端包括:
电视会议终端消息处理模块, 用于处理所述移动智能终端发送的消息, 和 /或向所述移动智能终端发送消息;
电视会议终端媒体处理模块, 用于向所述移动智能终端发送媒体码流, 和 /或接收所述移动智能终端发送的媒体码流, 并发送给指定终端。
10、 一种电视会议系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 进行数据交互的移动智 能终端与电视会议终端;
所述移动智能终端包括:
移动智能终端消息处理模块, 用于向所述电视会议终端发送消息, 和 / 或处理所述电视会议终端发送的消息;
移动智能终端媒体处理模块, 用于接收所述电视会议终端发送的媒体 信息, 并处理; 和 /或将所述移动智能终端的媒体信息发送给所述电视会议 终端;
所述电视会议终端包括:
电视会议终端消息处理模块, 用于处理所述移动智能终端发送的消息, 和 /或向所述移动智能终端发送消息;
