一种业务切换方法、 系统及服务器 技术领域
本发明涉及业务切换技术, 尤其涉及一种多终端场景下的业务切换方 法、 系统及服务器。 背景技术
随着 3G在全球范围内的大规模商用和移动通信带宽的飞速提升, 互联 网和电信网逐渐融合, 移动互联网正在真正逐步成为现实。
与传统互联网相比, 移动互联网最显著的特点就是终端的丰富与多样 性。 移动互联网的终端不仅包括传统的 PC、 笔记本电脑, 源自移动通信系 统的手机, 近些年出现的上网本、 平板电脑、 上网盒, 还包括融合了新技 术后以新面目出现的掌上游戏机、 电视机、 mp4播放器等。
基于移动互联网用户使用业务时, 其设备的选择范围非常广泛, 存在 多终端的场景, 同一个业务, 用户可以在 PC上使用, 也可以在笔记本电脑 上使用, 还可以在手机、 平板电脑、 甚至电视上使用。 更进一步的, 用户 在使用业务时, 还希望在保证业务的连续性的基础上, 业务可以在不同的 终端上切换, 即切换时业务不会中断, 以保证业务的连续性。 用户尤其希 望在不同网络环境中进行终端业务切换时, 不会因为缺少必要的终端信息 及网络信息 , 使切换流程变的复杂或降低用户操作的便捷性。
为了保证用户在进行业务切换时业务的连续性, 一个必须要解决的问 题就是快速识别业务切换的目标终端并完成必要切换信息的传递。 这个问 题在多终端协同完成业务时表现得尤为突出, 如在家庭环境中, 存在多台 电视、 多台 PC和多部手机时, 用户想要快速在多个终端间进行业务切换或 业务协同并不是一件容易的事情。 因此, 在多终端场景, 尤其是多终端协 同完成业务的场景下, 为了使业务在不同的终端上切换时业务不会中断, 以保证业务的连续性, 并且降低切换流程的复杂度, 如何通过确定的目标 终端完成业务切换所需必要切换信息的传递, 是一个迫切需要解决的问题。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明实施例的主要目的在于提供一种业务切换方法、 系 统及服务器, 能通过确定的目标终端完成业务切换所需必要切换信息的传 递。
为达到上述目的, 本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种业务切换方法, 该方法包括: 服务器根据自身存储或根据业务切 换请求汇总上报的业务切换所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务切换策略时执 行业务切换。
其中, 所述业务切换请求由目标终端向所述服务器发起, 所述业务切 换请求中携带所述切换信息;
所述切换信息至少包括: 目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 还 包括业务安全认证信息、 当前终端与目标终端间的业务数据链路信息中的 至少一种信息。

本发明实施例的方法中, 服务器根据自身存储或根据业务切换请求汇 总上报的业务切换所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务切换策略时执行业务切 换。
由于采用业务切换请求能汇总当前终端和目标终端的信息, 以便目标 终端将汇总的业务切换所需的切换信息上报给服务器处理, 能完成业务切 换所需必要切换信息的及时传递。 而且, 由服务器确定满足业务切换策略 时执行业务切换, 在切换未完成时不会影响到当前终端正运行的业务, 当 切换完成后, 业务就切换到目标终端运行或者与当前终端协同运行业务, 能保证业务的连续性。 附图说明

下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
本发明实施例是一种在多网络中的业务切换方案, 主要包括以下内容: 本发明实施例的多终端的业务切换场景, 其架构包括三种设备: 一台 服务器, 两个终端, 服务器和终端间通过通信链路进行通信, 如图 1所示。
在本发明实施例中, 服务器可以是传统意义上的服务器, 也可以是采 用云计算技术的虚拟服务器。 终端指的是具有用户接口 (如输入输出)和 通信能力的设备, 可以是手机、 游戏机、 PC机、 笔记本电脑、 电视、 音乐 播放器等, 甚至可以是一台服务器, 其最主要的任务是与用户直接交互, 并将业务呈现给用户使用。
通信链路可以基于任一类型和 /或形式的网络实现终端与服务器的通 信, 可以包括下列任意一种网络: 点到点网络、 广播网、 广域网、 局域网、 远程通信网、 数据通信网、 计算机网络、 异步传送模式(ATM ) 网络、 同 步光学网络(SONET ) 网络、 同步数字系列 (SDH ) 网络、 无线网络和有 线网络。 其中两种种终端对应的通信链路可以是同一网络, 也可以是不同 网络。
在本发明实施例中存在两个终端。 两个终端可通过不同通信网络与服 务器进行通信;两个终端可以通过多种近距离通信技术手段,如蓝牙, WIFI, 近距离通信(NFC, Near Field Communication )等进行通信。
本文为了描述方便, 正在运行业务的终端称之为 "当前终端", 如图 1 所示的终端 1 ; 期望将业务切换到另一终端, 称这个终端为 "目标终端", 如图 1所示的终端 2。
在本发明实施例中, 服务器根据自身存储或业务切换请求上报业务切 换所需的必要切换信息, 服务器依据事先设定的判断准则, 来判定是否可 以接受目标终端的业务切换请求。
具体的, 如图 2所示, 包括以下步驟:
步驟 101、当前终端通过近距离通信技术将业务切换所需的所述切换信 息传送到目标终端。
步驟 102、 由目标终端向服务器发起业务切换请求, 业务切换请求中携 带所述切换信息。
这里, 所述切换信息至少包括: 当前终端的终端能力信息。 服务器除 了通过业务切换请求来获得当前终端的终端能力信息, 也可以根据当前终 端的终端标识和业务标识从服务器中已经存储的信息中获得当前终端的终 端能力信息。
步驟 103、服务器根据事先设定的判断准则, 来判定是否可以接受目标 终端的业务切换请求。
步驟 104、 判定出可以接受目标终端的业务切换请求, 建立业务, 业务 切换到目标终端。
步驟 105、 目标终端完成业务切换后,服务器通知当前终端进行业务切 换或释放。
进一步的, 本发明实施例中, 业务切换所需的所述切换信息包括目标 终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息。 其中, 终端能力信息包括: 终端的软件能力的描述信息、 硬件能力的 描述信息、 终端当前的资源使用情况等。
当前终端的终端能力信息可以通过近距离通信方式传递到目标终端, 由目标终端通过切换请求消息传送到服务器, 也可以由服务器根据终端标 识和业务标识从存储信息中获得。
目标终端的终端能力信息通过生成的业务切换请求传送到服务器。 进一步的, 业务切换所需的所述切换信息还可包括业务安全认证信息, 通过近距离通信技术使得目标终端可以方便获得当前终端的安全认证信 息。 如电信运营商为用户通过提供无线蜂窝网络业务和 WIFI网络, 采用统 一的安全认证方式, 则可以将用户名与密码通过近距离通信传送到目标终 端则目标终端可以与服务器建立安全可信的通信。 因为当前终端在建立业 务时, 已经完成相应的安全认证, 则在目标终端进行业务切换时, 则不需 要再进行安全认证, 简化了流程。
进一步的, 业务切换所需的所述切换信息还包括当前终端与目标终端 间的业务数据链路信息。 为了满足多终端业务协同, 有时需建立业务数据 链路以完成数据共享或转发。 业务协同指: 服务器与两个终端进行某种业 务进行功能分工及协同, 如多屏分工显示, 内容共享及转发等业务提供方 式。如为实现将手机或 Pad的视频通过 WIFI或蓝牙技术共享到电视大屏上 显示, 提高了用户体验。
与以往切换技术不同, 当前终端 /目标终端的上述信息不是分别通过传 输网络传递给服务器的, 而是可以先通过近距离通信传送到目标终端, 以 便充分利用近距离通信快捷安全技术特点, 便于进行业务切换所需的所述 切换信息的汇总与上报。 当然, 服务器也可以根据自身已经存储的信息来 获得所述切换信息。
采用本发明实施例的好处是: 通过目标终端向服务器发起切换业务请 求, 进行业务切换所需的所述切换信息的汇总与上报, 由服务器进行切换 控制, 因为, 当前终端已经在切换前将终端能力信息传递到目标终端, 可 通过一条切换请求传递业务切换所需的所述切换信息到服务器, 简化了切 换的流程, 避免了切换对当前终端的干扰, 从而确保业务切换时业务不中 断, 保证了业务连续性。
需要指出的是: 服务器事先设定的判断准则, 包括对终端能力信息、 安全认证信息、 业务数据链路信息等统一权衡, 可以由业务运营商来予以 设定。 根据这些准则确定切换策略。
具体的, 服务器确定业务切换策略, 包括但不限于以下内容:
1、 根据终端上报的业务安全认证信息进行身份识别或业务认证, 通过 验证才能进行切换业务
2、根据上报的终端能力信息,判定是否满足终端业务切换的能力要求。 如当目标终端满足业务软硬件要求且没有占用屏幕资源的条件下, 才能满 足切换条件。
3、 根据当前终端与目标终端间的业务数据链路信息确定是否支持多终 端业务协同。 多终端业务协同不仅需要传递业务切换请求, 还需要在切换 后进行业务转发或协同, 需要有相应传输带宽及编解码等功能。
服务器判定满足上述切换策略可以进行业务切换后, 通知目标终端进 行业务切换。 目标终端完成切换后, 通知服务器目标终端切换成功。
获得目标终端完成切换成功后, 服务器通知当前终端进行业务切换或 释放。
如果当前终端并不完全退出业务, 则进行对应的业务切换。 切换后与 目标终端进行分工协作; 否则进行业务释放。
本发明实施例在切换过程中, 业务仍然继续运行在当前终端上。 在整 个切换过程, 当前终端只是进行了必要的业务切换所需的所述切换信息的 传送; 而目标终端完成切换后才通知当前终端进行业务切换或业务释放, 因此, 并不会在业务切换过程中导致业务中断, 从而有效的保证了业务切 换过程中的业务连续性。
本发明实施例的业务切换系统, 该系统包括: 服务器和至少两个终端 设备; 其中, 所述终端设备的类型分为执行业务的当前终端和需将业务切 换到的目标终端。
服务器配置为根据自身存储或根据业务切换请求汇总上报的业务切换 所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务切换策略时执行业务切换。
当前终端配置为将自身具有的业务切换所需的切换信息发送到所述目 标终端。
目标终端配置为将自身具有的、 以及从所述当前终端获取的业务切换 所需的切换信息汇总后经所述业务切换请求上报给所述服务器。

应用实例 1 : 当前终端与目标终端均支持 NFC功能, 当前终端希望切 换到目的终端, 通过 NFC传递业务切换所需的必要的切换信息, 包括以下 内容:
一、 启动当前终端的业务切换功能, 可以通过屏幕显示的菜单来完成, 也可以通过物理实体按键来完成。 持 NFC功能并处于工作状态。如果终端的 NFC功能处于关闭状态,则终端 将 NFC功能打开。
这里, 当前终端与目标终端通过工作于 13.56MHz的 NFC可以实现两 个终端的快速识别, 可以避免传统通过相关的程序菜单中列出可以进行切 换的目标终端, 供用户选择的烦瑣流程。
三、 当前终端向目标终端发送业务切换所需的必要的切换信息。
业务切换所需的必要的切换信息包括: 终端能力信息、 业务安全认证 信息。
终端能力信息包括: 终端的软件能力的描述信息、 硬件能力的描述信 息、 终端当前的资源使用情况、 通信链路形态信息。
当前终端的终端能力信息通过 NFC传递到目标终端, 由目标终端通过 业务切换请求传送到服务器。
通过 NFC安全接口传送目标终端通过通信链路 2访问服务器的安全认 证信息。 如电信运营商为用户通过提供无线蜂窝网络业务和 WIFI网络, 采 用统一的安全认证方式, 则可以将用户名与密码通过 NFC传递到目标终端 (如电视机), 则目标终端可以与服务器建立安全可信的通信。 因为当前终 端在建立业务时, 已经完成相应的安全认证, 则在目标终端进行业务切换 时, 则不需要再进行安全认证, 简化了流程。
业务切换所需的必要的切换信息还包括为了满足多终端业务协同设置 的业务数据链路信息。 业务协同指服务器与两个终端进行某种业务进行功 能分工及协同, 如多屏分工显示, 内容共享及转发等业务提供方式。
为实现将手机或 Pad的视频通过 WIFI或蓝牙技术共享到电视大屏上显 示, 可通过 NFC可以实现当前终端与目标终端间蓝牙配对或 WIFI网络快 速认证, 加快业务切换速度, 提高了用户体验。
在本应用实例中,通过 NFC技术中, 两个通信实体必须将 NFC感应区 贴近到 10cm以内才能进行通信这一特性,直接保证了与用户正在运行业务 的当前终端发生近场通信感应的终端, 就是用户想要切换的目标终端, 使 得用户不必在终端列表中进行查找, 有效地提升了用户的使用体验。 同时, 用户必须将两个终端贴近才能完成业务切换这一动作, 也有效地提升了业 务切换时的安全性。
应用实例 2: 用户在家中使用一款 Android智能手机, 该手机的终端标 识为 3314570002, 用户正在观看一部电影, 该电影制作公司为 N, 电影名 称是 FGH。 该电影版权保护等级为 "高", 因此该电影只能在服务器本地播 放, 并将视频和音频传输给手机。
手机侧面有一个业务切换功能按键, 按下该按键, 手机就会自动对当 前进行的业务启动切换。
该用户家中还有一台电视机, 则用户家中有两个终端设备, 分别是手 机和电视机。手机和电视机均支持 NFC并通过 NFC进行通信,架构图如图 3所示。
用户想把该电影从手机切换到电视机上观看, 业务切换流程包括如下 步驟:
步驟 201 : 用户按下手机侧面的业务切换键, 并将手机的 NFC感应区 贴近电视的 NFC感应区。
步驟 202: 手机检查 NFC功能状态, 发现 NFC功能处于关闭状态, 则 手机打开 NFC功能。
步驟 203: 手机通过 NFC通信向电视机发送消息 1 , 在该消息中包含 业务描述信息和当前终端描述信息。
这里, 业务描述信息包括制作公司 N、 电影名称 FGH;
当前终端描述信息包括终端标识: 3314570002、 生产厂商: A; 终端类 型:手机;型号: B100;终端能力信息:软件为 Android 4.0;硬件为 Qualcomm MSM8255; 当前资源为无任务、 业务数据链路: 无。
步驟 204: 电视机根据消息 1中包含的信息, 并获得电视机本身信息一 起形成业务切换请求, 向服务器进行业务申请。 目标终端没有与服务器建 立通信链路时需要建立通讯链路。
业务切换请求申请将当前业务终端业务切换到目标终端上。 在该业务 切换请求中包含所述业务描述信息、 所述当前终端描述信息和目标终端描 述信息。
其中, 目标终端描述信息包括: 终端标识: 3314570002; 生产厂商: RST; 终端类型: 电视机; 型号: T-S40; 终端能力信息: 软件为 linux; 硬 件为 Intel i5 2.4GHz; 当前资源为无任务、 业务数据链路。
步驟 205: 服务器接收到终端上报的信息及申请的业务类型, 进行业务 切换决策。 判断可将业务切换到目标终端上, 通知电视机进行业务切换。
服务器根据上报终端能力信息, 判断目标终端满足业务软硬件要求且 没有占用屏幕资源任务运行, 满足切换条件, 通知电视机进行业务切换。 步驟 206: 电视机完成业务切换, 通知服务器切换成功。
步驟 207: 服务器在电视机完成切换后通知手机进行业务释放。
步驟 208: 手机完成业务释放, 整个业务切换流程结束。
应用实例 3: 用户使用一款 Android智能手机, 该手机生产厂商为 A, 手机的终端标识为 3314258924, 在编辑一份存储在公司服务器上的文档

用户在家中还有一台电脑, 该电脑的终端标识为 9377502589。 则用户 家中有两个终端设备, 分别是手机和电脑。 手机和电脑均支持 NFC并通过 NFC进行通信。 架构图如图 4所示。
用户回到家中后, 希望把文档切换到家中电脑上进行编辑, 业务切换 流程包括以下步驟:
步驟 301: 点击手机菜单中的业务切选项, 并将手机的 NFC感应区贴 近电脑的 NFC感应区。
步驟 302: 手机检查 NFC功能状态, 发现 NFC功能处于关闭状态, 则 手机打开 NFC功能。
步驟 303: 手机通过 NFC通信, 向电脑发送消息 1 , 在该消息中包含 业务描述信息和终端描述信息。
这里, 业务描述信息包括业务种类: 文档编辑; 文档名称: Docl ; 终端描述信息包括终端标识: 3314258924; 生产厂商: A: 终端类型: 手机; 型号: C100; 安全认证信息- ( (用户名: WIFI网络、 密码: 1234 ), (用户名: 服务器、 密码: 5678 ) ); 其中安全认证信息为登陆 WIFI网络的 用户名与密码和登陆用户服务器的用户名和密码。
步驟 304: 电视机根据消息 1中包含的信息, 并获得电视机本身信息一 起形成业务切换请求, 向服务器进行业务申请。 电脑通过 WIFI网络的用户名与密码与服务器建立通讯链路。
业务切换请求申请将当前业务终端业务切换到目标终端上。 在该业务 切换请求中包含所述业务描述信息、 当前终端描述信息 (终端标识: 3314258924; 生产厂商 A; 终端类型: 手机; 型号: C100 )、 目标终端描述 信息 (终端标识: 9377502589; 生产厂商 DUM; 终端类型: 电脑; 型号: M480; 终端能力信息为: 软件: Windows7; 硬件: Intel i5 2.4GHz; 当前 资源: 无任务、 业务数据链路: 无)、 安全认证信息为: 用户名: 服务器、 密码: 5678。 其中安全认证信息为登陆服务器用户名和密码。
步驟 305: 服务器根据用户名与密码判断目标终端合法,通过业务验证 验证; 同时目标终端满足业务软硬件要求且没有占用屏幕资源任务运行, 满足切换条件; 服务器同意目标终端业务切换申请, 并通知电脑进行业务 切换。
步驟 306: 电脑完成业务切换, 通知服务器切换成功, 编辑业务完成切 换到电脑上。
步驟 307: 服务器在电脑完成切换后通知手机进行业务释放。
步驟 308: 手机完成业务释放, 整个业务切换流程结束。
应用实例 4: 用户在家中使用一款 Android智能手机, 该手机生产厂商 为 A, 手机的终端标识为 3314570002, 正在观看一部电影, 该电影制作公 司为 N, 电影名称是 FGH。 该电影在服务器本地播放, 并将视频和音频传 输给手机。 架构图如图 5所示。
该用户家中还有一台电视机, 则用户家中有两个终端设备, 分别是手 机和电视机。 本应用实例的近场通信技术采用 NFC及蓝牙, NFC进行快速 终端匹配, 传递业务切换所需的必要的切换信息。 蓝牙作为终端能力信息 上报目标终端及服务器。 业务切换后蓝牙作为业务数据链路传递业务数据 及交互信息。 手机和电视都支持 NFC及蓝牙功能。 手机侧面有一个业务切换功能按键, 按下该键, 手机就会弹出选择界 面, 让用户选择业务切换方式, 本应用实例希望将电视业务切换到电视上, 同时电视节目对应的广告信息继续在手机运行, 业务切换流程包括如下步 驟:
步驟 401 : 用户按下手机侧面的业务切换键, 并将手机的 NFC感应区 贴近电视的 NFC感应区。
步驟 402: 手机检查 NFC功能状态, 发现 NFC功能处于关闭状态, 则 手机打开 NFC功能。
步驟 403: 手机通过 NFC向电视机发送消息 1 , 在该消息中包含业务 描述信息和终端描述信息。
这里, 业务描述信息包括制作公司 N; 电影名称 FGH;
终端描述信息包括终端标识: 3314570002; 生产厂商 A; 终端类型: 手机; 型号: B100; 终端能力信息: 软件为 Android 4.0; 硬件为 Qualcomm MSM8255; 当前资源为无任务、 业务数据链路为蓝牙; 该消息中包括两个 终端间蓝牙作为业务数据链路。 本应用实例假定通过 NFC完成蓝牙配对。
步驟 404: 电视机根据所述消息 1中包含的信息, 并获得电视机本身信 息一起形成业务切换请求, 向服务器进行业务申请。
业务切换请求申请音视频业务切换到电视上, 电视节目对应的广告信 息继续在手机运行。 在该业务切换请求中包含所述业务描述信息、 和当前 终端描述信息 (终端标识: 3314570002; 生产厂商 A; 终端类型: 手机; 型号: B100; 终端能力信息为: 软件: Android 4.0; 硬件: Qualcomm MSM8255; 当前资源: 无任务; 业务数据链路: 蓝牙、 和目标终端描述信 息(终端标识: 3314570002; 生产厂商 RST; 终端类型: 电视机; 型号: T-S40; 终端能力信息为: 软件: linux; 硬件: Intel i5 2.4GHz; 当前资源: 无任务; 业务数据链路: 蓝牙。 步驟 405: 服务器接收到终端上报的信息及申请业务类型, 进行业务切 换决策。
服务器根据当前终端 /目标终端业务数据链路(蓝牙)判断可以支持多 终端业务协同要求。 同时目标终端满足音视频业务软硬件要求, 当前终端 满足广告业务要求, 且均没有占用屏幕资源任务运行, 满足切换条件。
可将业务切换到目标终端上并根据蓝牙配对信息决定进行多终端协同 工作, 电视机完成音视频播放, 手机完成交互业务如广告信息, 由电视机 通过蓝牙接口进行转发。
服务器通知电视机进行业务切换。
步驟 406: 电视机收到业务切换后进行业务切换,切换成功后通知服务 器。
步驟 407: 服务器收到电视机切换成功后通知, 手机进行业务切换 步驟 408: 手机切换到业务接口接收由电视机通过业务接口 (蓝牙)传 送的广告业务, 并释放手机与原有服务器链路。
至此, 整个业务切换完成。 电视机完成音视频输出, 手机完成广告业 务。 通过手机与电视机间的业务接口 (蓝牙)传送两个终端间的业务交互 信息或数据, 如两部分内容的同步信息, 保证两个终端上业务的协同工作。
需要指出的是为突出本发明实施例的技术效果, 多以 NFC为例进行说 明, 但本发明实施例包括但不限于其他近距离通信技术。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。 工业实用性
本发明实施例的服务器根据自身存储或根据业务切换请求汇总上报的 业务切换所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务切换策略时执行业务切换。 由于 本发明实施例采用业务切换请求能汇总当前终端和目标终端的信息, 以便 目标终端将汇总的业务切换所需的切换信息上报给服务器处理, 能完成业 务切换所需必要切换信息的及时传递, 而且, 由服务器确定满足业务切换 策略时执行业务切换, 因此, 在切换未完成时不会影响到当前终端正运行 的业务, 当切换完成后, 业务就切换到目标终端运行或者与当前终端协同 运行业务, 从而能保证业务的连续性。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种业务切换方法, 该方法包括: 服务器根据自身存储或根据业务 切换请求汇总上报的业务切换所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务切换策略时 执行业务切换。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述业务切换请求由目标终端 向所述服务器发起, 所述业务切换请求中携带所述切换信息;
所述切换信息至少包括: 目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 还 包括业务安全认证信息、 当前终端与目标终端间的业务数据链路信息中的 至少一种信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述目标终端和 /或当前终端的 终端能力信息至少包括: 终端的软件能力的描述信息、 硬件能力的描述信 息、 终端当前的资源使用情况;
所述当前终端的终端能力信息, 先由当前终端通过近距离通信方式发 送到所述目标终端, 再通过所述目标终端经所述业务切换请求上报给所述 服务器; 或者, 所述当前终端的终端能力信息由所述服务器根据终端标识 和业务标识从自身存储信息中获取。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述确定满足业务切换策略时 执行业务切换具体包括:
根据所述目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 确定满足终端业务 切换的能力要求时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端执行业务切换; 或者, 根据所述业务安全认证信息进行身份识别或业务认证, 通过身份识别 或业务认证时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端执行业务切换; 或者,
根据所述当前终端与目标终端间的业务数据链路信息, 确定支持多终 端业务协同时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端执行业务切换。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其中, 该方法还包括: 执行所述业务切换的过程中, 业务仍然运行在当前终端上; 目标终端完成所述业务切换后, 所述服务器通知当前终端进行业务切 换或业务释放。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述服务器通知当前终端进行 业务切换或业务释放具体包括:
如果当前终端不完全退出所运行的全部业务, 则将对应需切换的部分 业务切换到目标终端上运行, 由目标终端与当前终端对全部业务进行分工 协作;
如果当前终端完全退出所运行的全部业务, 则释放在当前终端上运行 的全部业务并切换到目标终端上运行。
7、 一种业务切换系统, 该系统包括: 服务器和至少两个终端设备; 其 中, 所述终端设备的类型分为执行业务的当前终端和需将业务切换到的目 标终端;
所述服务器, 配置为根据自身存储或根据业务切换请求汇总上报的业 务切换所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务切换策略时执行业务切换;
所述当前终端, 配置为将自身具有的业务切换所需的切换信息发送到 所述目标终端;
所述目标终端, 配置为将自身具有的、 以及从所述当前终端获取的业 务切换所需的切换信息汇总后经所述业务切换请求上报给所述服务器。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述业务切换请求由目标终端 向所述服务器发起, 所述业务切换请求中携带所述切换信息;
所述切换信息至少包括: 目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 还 包括业务安全认证信息、 当前终端与目标终端间的业务数据链路信息中的 至少一种信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中, 所述目标终端和 /或当前终端的 终端能力信息至少包括: 终端的软件能力的描述信息、 硬件能力的描述信 息、 终端当前的资源使用情况;
所述当前终端的终端能力信息, 先由当前终端通过近距离通信方式发 送到所述目标终端, 再通过所述目标终端经所述业务切换请求上报给所述 服务器; 或者, 所述当前终端的终端能力信息由所述服务器根据终端标识 和业务标识从自身存储信息中获取。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中, 所述服务器, 进一步配置为 根据所述目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 确定满足终端业务切换 的能力要求时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端执行业务切换; 或者,
所述服务器, 进一步配置为根据所述业务安全认证信息进行身份识别 或业务认证, 通过身份识别或业务认证时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端 执行业务切换; 或者,
所述服务器, 进一步配置为根据所述当前终端与目标终端间的业务数 据链路信息, 确定支持多终端业务协同时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端 执行业务切换。
11、 一种控制业务切换的服务器, 所述服务器, 配置为根据自身存储 或根据业务切换请求汇总上报的业务切换所需的切换信息, 确定满足业务 切换策略时执行业务切换。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的服务器, 其中, 所述业务切换请求由目标 终端向所述服务器发起, 所述业务切换请求中携带所述切换信息;
所述切换信息至少包括: 目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 还 包括业务安全认证信息、 当前终端与目标终端间的业务数据链路信息中的 至少一种信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的服务器, 其中, 所述服务器, 进一步配置 为根据所述目标终端和 /或当前终端的终端能力信息, 确定满足终端业务切 换的能力要求时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端执行业务切换; 或者, 所述服务器, 进一步配置为根据所述业务安全认证信息进行身份识别 或业务认证, 通过身份识别或业务认证时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端 执行业务切换; 或者,
所述服务器, 进一步配置为根据所述当前终端与目标终端间的业务数 据链路信息, 确定支持多终端业务协同时, 所述服务器通知所述目标终端 执行业务切换。
14、 根据权利要求 11至 13任一项所述的服务器, 其中, 所述服务器, 进一步配置为在目标终端完成所述业务切换后, 通知当前终端进行业务切 换或业务释放。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的服务器, 其中, 所述服务器, 进一步配置 为当前终端不完全退出所运行的全部业务时, 将对应需切换的部分业务切 换到目标终端上运行, 控制目标终端与当前终端对全部业务进行分工协作; 当前终端完全退出所运行的全部业务时, 控制当前终端释放所运行的全部 业务并切换到目标终端上运行。
