由于本发明是在家庭网络中有媒体项播放的前提下进行, 有必要说明 家庭网络媒体项播放的建立过程, 具体如下:
家庭网络上电后, MSCP获取网络中的 DMS (即家庭网络中带 DMS 功能的 DLNA终端)的设备描述信息和业务描述信息, 以获知其能力信息; 同时, MRCP获取网络中的 DMR (即家庭网络中带 DMR功能的 DLNA终 端) 的设备描述信息和业务描述信息, 以获知其能力信息。

步驟 S02: MRCP获取 DMP正在播放的媒体项的元数据信息, 并将其 发送给用户指定的 DMR进行能力匹配;
步驟 S03: DMR根据上述媒体项的元数据信息, 判断出自身能够播放 上述媒体项, 返回匹配成功消息给 MRCP;
DMR与 DMP的媒体播放能力和流媒体支持能力有可能不一样, 通过 DMR提供的音视频业务来判断其是否能够播放媒体项, 当 DMR判断出自 身不能播放上述媒体项时, 则返回匹配失败消息给 MRCP, 本次共享失败; 当 DMR判断出自身能够播放上述媒体项时, 则继续后续流程。
步驟 S04: MRCP收到匹配成功消息后, 获取 DMP的播放位置; 步驟 S05: 通过音视频传输(AVT )业务提供的定位操作令上述 DMR 跳转到上述播放位置播放上述媒体项;
对于音视频来说, 由于网络状况的差异, 在播放一段时间后, 可能会 出现 DMP和 DMR播放不同步的问题, 本发明通过以下步驟保证 DMP、 DMR的播放同步问题。
步驟 S06: 周期性获取 DMP及 DMR的播放位置;
步驟 S07: 比较 DMR的播放位置与 DMP的播放位置的差值 L是否大 于预设的阈值 K, 若是, 则执行步驟 S08; 否则, 执行步驟 S06; 步驟 S08: 将 DMR的播放位置同步到 DMP。
本发明对于媒体项为图片的情况, 由于播放延时对用户体验影响较小, 故不需要进行 DMP与 DMR的同步; 但对于媒体项是音视频的情况, 由于 播放延时, 会造成 DMP、 DMR播放的画面不一致的情况, 影响用户体验, 故需要 DMP与 DMR的同步。
本发明在将 DMP的屏幕共享给 DMR后, 还需要在 DMP的播放特性 发生变化(例如音量调节、 屏幕亮度调节等)后, 将上述播放特性同步到 共享的 DMR, 或者在 DMR的播放状态发生变化时, 将其播放位置同步到 DMP, 以保证二者播放的画面同步或画面延时不影响用户体验; 本发明通 过两种方式来实现:
其一为 MRCP主动监控, 为:
MRCP实时监控 DMR的播放状态及 DMP的播放特性, 若 DMR的播 放状态发生变化, 则获取 DMR的播放位置, 并同步到 DMP; 若 DMP的播 放特性发生变化, 则获取 DMP的当前播放特性(例如 DMP的当前音量、 当前屏幕亮度、 当前屏幕色差等), 并同步到 DMR;
另一种为 DMR、 DMP主动上 ^艮, 为: 本地播放状态发生变化, DMR 上报当前播放位置给 MRCP, MRCP将 DMR上报的播放位置同步到 DMP; 本地播放特性发生变化, DMP上才艮当前播放特性给 MRCP, MRCP将 DMP 上报的播放特性同步到 DMR。
MRCP通过 DMR提供的渲染控制业务将 DMP的播放特性设置到 DMR 上, 完成 DMR与 DMP播放特性的同步。
如图 3所示, 是本发明家庭网络中 DLNA终端的屏幕共享系统优选实 施例的原理框图, 包括 DMP、 MRCP及 DMR,
DMP, 用于在播放媒体项时为用户提供屏幕共享功能界面及选项, 并 在用户请求共享屏幕时, 将用户请求发送给上述 MRCP, 以及在播放特性 发生变化时, 将当前播放特性上报给上述 MRCP;
MRCP, 用于获取 DMP播放的媒体项的元数据信息, 并将其发送给用 户指定的 DMR进行能力匹配; 以及在上述 DMR能力匹配成功后, 获取上 述 DMP的播放位置, 令上述 DMR跳转到上述播放位置播放上述媒体项; 实时监控上述 DMP的播放特性及上述 DMR的播放状态, 在上述 DMP的 播放特性发生变化时,获取上述 DMP的当前播放特性,并同步到上述 DMR; 在上述 DMR的播放状态发生变化, 获取上述 DMR的播放位置, 并同步到 上述 DMP; 或者将上述 DMP上报的播放特性同步到上述 DMR, 将上述 DMR上报的播放位置同步到上述 DMP; 以及在媒体项为音视频时, 周期 性获取上述 DMP及上述 DMR的播放位置并比较, 在上述 DMR的播放位 置与上述 DMP的播放位置的差值大于预设的阈值时, 将上述 DMR的播放 位置同步到上述 DMP;
DMR, 用于根据收到的媒体项的元数据信息, 判断自身是否能够播放 上述媒体项, 并将判断结果返回给上述 MRCP; 以及在播放状态发生变化 时, 将当前播放位置上报给上述 MRCP。
上述说明示出并描述了本发明的优选实施例, 但如前所述, 应当理解 本发明并非局限于本文所披露的形式, 不应看作是对其他实施例的排除, 而可用于各种其他组合、 修改和环境, 并能够在本文所述发明构想范围内, 通过上述教导或相关领域的技术或知识进行改动。 而本领域人员所进行的 改动和变化不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 则都应在本发明所附权利要求的 保护范围内。
工业实用性
本发明解决了 DLNA终端间屏幕共享的问题, 实现了将一个 DLNA终 端上播放的媒体内容同步到家庭网络的其它 DLNA终端上进行播放, 使得 不同 DLNA终端间播放屏幕和播放特性实现共享, 提供了用户体验。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种家庭网络中数字生活网络联盟 DLNA终端的屏幕共享方法, 其 中, 所述方法包括:
媒体渲染器控制点 MRCP获取数字媒体播放器 DMP正在播放的媒体 项的元数据信息,并将其发送给用户指定的数字媒体渲染器 DMR进行能力 匹配;
在所述 DMR能力匹配成功后, 获取所述 DMP的播放位置; 令所述 DMR跳转到所述播放位置播放所述媒体项。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 DMR收到媒体项的元数 据信息后, 还包括:
根据所述媒体项的元数据信息, 判断自身是否能够播放所述媒体项, 若是, 则匹配成功; 否则, 匹配失败。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
实时监控所述 DMR的播放状态;
若所述 DMR的播放状态发生变化, 则获取所述 DMR的播放位置, 并 同步到所述 DMP。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
实时监控所述 DMP的播放特性, 若所述 DMP的播放特性发生变化, 则获取所述 DMP的当前播放特性, 并同步到所述 DMR。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述 DMR在本地播放状态发生变化时, 将当前播放位置上报给所述 MRCP;
所述 MRCP将所述 DMR上报的播放位置同步到所述 DMP。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括:
所述 DMP在本地播放特性发生变化时, 将当前播放特性上报给所述 MRCP;
所述 MRCP将所述 DMP上才艮的播放特性同步到所述 DMR。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 6任一项所述的方法, 其中, 若所述媒体项为音 视频时, 则所述方法还包括:
周期性获取所述 DMP及所述 DMR的播放位置并比较;
若所述 DMR的播放位置与所述 DMP的播放位置的差值大于预设的阈 值, 则将所述 DMR的播放位置同步到所述 DMP。
8、 一种家庭网络中 DLNA终端的屏幕共享系统, 包括 DMP 、 MRCP 及 DMR, 其中:
所述 DMP,用于在播放媒体项时为用户提供屏幕共享功能界面及选项 , 并在用户请求共享屏幕时, 将用户请求发送给所述 MRCP;
所述 MRCP, 用于获取所述 DMP播放的媒体项的元数据信息, 并将其 发送给用户请求中指定的 DMR进行能力匹配; 以及在所述 DMR能力匹配 成功后, 获取所述 DMP的播放位置, 令所述 DMR跳转到所述播放位置播 放所述媒体项。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中:
所述 DMP, 还用于在播放特性发生变化时, 将当前播放特性上报给所 述 MRCP;
所述 DMR, 用于根据收到的媒体项的元数据信息, 判断自身是否能够 播放所述媒体项, 并将判断结果返回给所述 MRCP; 以及在播放状态发生 变化时, 将当前播放位置上报给所述 MRCP;
所述 MRCP, 还用于将所述 DMP上 ^艮的播放特性同步到所述 DMR; 或者将所述 DMR上报的播放位置同步到所述 DMP。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 MRCP, 还用于实 时监控所述 DMP的播放特性及所述 DMR的播放状态, 在所述 DMP的播 放特性发生变化时 , 获取所述 DMP的当前播放特性 , 并同步到所述 DMR; 在所述 DMR的播放状态发生变化, 获取所述 DMR的播放位置, 并同步到 所述 DMP; 以及在媒体项为音视频时, 周期性获取所述 DMP及所述 DMR 的播放位置并比较, 在所述 DMR的播放位置与所述 DMP的播放位置的差 值大于预设的阈值时, 将所述 DMR的播放位置同步到所述 DMP。
