工业实用性 本发明所述的视频留言终端和终端留言方法使得终端上视频通话的应用 更为丰富和便捷。本发明解决了现有电信业务中不具备视频留言功能的问题。 釆用本发明, 主叫方在被叫方无人接听或不方便接听视频电话的情形下, 可 以给被叫方进行视频留言, 被叫方可以将视频留言信息保存在本地, 声形并 貌,并且可以随时不限次数的进行回放。 大大提高了视频通话的用户满意度。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种视频留言终端, 其包括视频留言设置模块、 视频留言管理模块、 视频接收存储模块和通话控制模块; 所述视频留言设置模块设置为: 配置视频留言功能; 所述视频留言管理模块设置为: 管理视频留言存储介质中的视频留言文 件; 所述视频接收存储模块设置为:对主叫方的音视频信息进行接收和存储; 所述通话控制模块设置为: 对整个视频留言工作过程进行控制, 当视频 通话到来时, 根据配置参数启动视频留言功能。
2、如权利要求 1所述的视频留言终端, 其中: 所述视频留言设置模块配 置的视频留言功能至少包括以下一种: 设置启动视频留言功能或停用视频留 言功能; 设置发送给主叫方的视频提示文件, 所述视频提示文件包括视频留 言工作中提示文件和视频留言超时提示文件; 设置不同的来电号码使用不同 的视频提示; 以及设置视频留言的限制时间长度。
3、如权利要求 1所述的视频留言终端, 其中: 所述视频留言管理模块还 设置为: 支持视频留言的删除和播放操作; 以及将视频留言与通话记录相关 联, 通过通话记录找到对应的视频留言中的一种或多种。
4、如权利要求 1所述的视频留言终端, 其中: 所述视频留言终端还包括 预置留言发送模块, 所述预置留言发送模块设置为: 在视频留言工作期间, 向主叫方发送提示信息。
5、如权利要求 1所述的视频留言终端, 其中: 所述视频留言终端还包括 视频留言工作指示模块, 所述视频留言工作指示模块设置为: 在被叫方界面 上显示视频留言工作情况, 所述视频留言工作情况包括视频留言工作中提示 信息以及有新的视频留言提示信息。
6、如权利要求 1所述的视频留言终端, 其中: 所述视频留言终端还包括 留言计时模块, 所述留言计时模块设置为: 对视频留言进行计时。
7、 一种终端留言方法, 该方法包括: 对视频终端进行视频留言设置; 以及 在所述视频终端检测到有视频电话打入时, 将所述视频电话内容接收并 存储在被叫终端的存储介质上。
8、如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中: 对视频终端进行视频留言设置的步 骤包括: 所述视频终端打开视频留言设置模块进行视频留言设置, 其中, 所 述视频留言设置包括至少以下一种: 配置是否启用视频留言; 配置为针对所 有来电、 群组来电、 部分来电、 或某一来电号码启动; 针对某一时段的所有 来电、 群组来电、 部分来电、 或某一来电号码启动; 配置为来电立即启用或 者延迟一段时间视频终端未主动接听时启动; 配置视频留言启动提示文件、 以及留言到时提醒音视频文件; 配置留言最长时间; 配置存储在手机自带存 储还是扩展存储卡上。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中: 所述终端具有通话控制模块, 所述 方法还包括: 通话控制模块对视频通话进行检测, 当视频通话到来, 且预先 设置的条件均满足时, 启用视频留言功能。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述通话控制 模块检测到通话结束时, 发送消息给所述终端的视频接收存储模块, 保存音 视频文件。
