一般在矫正歪斜牙齿时, 通常是于牙齿表面贴附矫正器, 再将各矫正 器紧密连接, 传统安装矫正器的方式大致如下:
1、 先依据患者的牙齿状态制作出齿模。
2、 在齿模上画出十字线, 并于内缘涂布腊材。
3、将矫正器依据十字线对准于齿模内缘,再以粉末成型为单颗的基层。
4、 以挠性件将基层与矫正器绑縛。
5、 安装时在矫正器上涂胶, 再逐一贴于患者的牙齿。
6、将挠性件去除并拿掉基层, 使矫正器固定于牙齿表面, 再将各矫正 器连接完成安装。
前述现有矫正器的安装方式, 不但仅能依患者个人牙齿使用, 且需经 由专业的齿模师配合制作基层, 且整个制作及安装过程耗工费时, 效率不 彰, 且安装的成本较高, 增加患者的经济负担。 申请人有鉴于此, 乃秉持 从事该项业务多年的经验, 经不断研究、 实验, 遂萌生改良一种牙齿矫正 器的定位方法及其结构, 祈使矫正器的安装更为方便且更具效率。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的, 即在提供一种牙齿矫正器的定位方法及其结构, 使牙齿矫正器的安装更为方便且更具效率, 以降低安装的成本。
前述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 包含以下的步骤: a、依据患者的齿形制作出齿模, 于齿模由特定的仪器画出十字的基; ¾ 线;
b、依据不同齿部及不同型式的矫正器制作不同的基层单体, 于各基层 单体设有十字状的基准线, 并于各基层单体依不同的齿部予以编号;
c、将矫正器加热后,嵌置于基层单体,并以挠性件将矫正器绑缚定位, 使基层单体依矫正器形状构成矫正器的稳定座;
d、将前述的各基层单体连同绑縛于该多个基层单体的矫正器贴附于齿 模, 并凭借其十字状基准线, 与齿模的十字基准线对齐, 并适当的调整矫 正器的位置;
e、将光照树脂贴于前述的各基层单体 ,使光照树脂内缘形成咬合面紋, 再以相同的光照树脂将各基层单体予以相互连接;
f、 使光照树脂在凝固后, 构成串接的基层单体;
g、将串接的各基层单体连同绑缚于该多个基层单体的矫正器由齿模取 下;
h、 于各矫正器背胶后,将串接的各基层单体连同绑缚于该多个基层单 体的矫正器直接贴附于患者需矫正的各齿部, 使矫正器的安装更为方便且 更具效率;
i、 在前述的背胶定型后, 将绑缚于各基层单体的挠性件以特定的工具 挑去, 并将各基层单体由矫正器, 该多个矫正器可分别固定于需矫正的齿 部的表面, 将各矫正器予以紧密连接, 完成矫正器的安装作业。
所述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其中, 该多个基层单体以塑胶射出成 型方式制作。
所述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其中, 该多个基层单体包含水平勾部 及由该水平勾部向下延伸的垂直部, 凭借该水平勾部勾持于齿模及患者齿 部。
所述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其中, 该多个基层单体的垂直部, 设 有横向的定位沟及竖直向的准线槽, 以形成的十字状的基准线。 前述的牙齿矫正器的定位结构, 包含一设有十字基准线并依据患者的 齿形制作的齿模、 一挠性件及一矫正器, 其中, 该定位结构包含各别设有 水平勾部及垂直部的多个基层单体、 该基层单体的垂直部设有横向的定位 沟, 并于中央位置设有竖直向的准线槽, 以形成十字状的基准线, 与齿模 的十字基准线对齐以调整矫正器的位置, 将挠性件与矫正器绑縛定位, 并 将矫正器嵌置于基层单体的垂直部, 使基层单体依矫正器形状构成矫正器 的稳定座。

请同时参阅图 1、 图 1A至图 7, 本发明的整个制作及安装的程序, 主 要包含以下的步骤:
1、 依据患者的齿形制作出一齿模 4, 并于患者的齿模 4由特定的仪器 画出十字的基准线 41 (参见图 1 ) 。
2、 以塑胶射出成型方式,依据不同齿部及不同型式的矫正器制作不同 的基层单体 1 , 使各基层单体 1分别包含水平勾部 1 1及由该水平勾部 11 向下延伸的垂直部 12, 凭借该水平勾部 11勾持于齿模及患者齿部, 其中, 该垂直部 12适当的位置, 设有横向的定位沟 121, 并于中央位置设有竖直 向的准线槽 122, 以形成一^ 字状的基准线, (参见图 2 ) 。
3、 于各基层单体 1的垂直部 12依据不同的齿部予以编号 1 11 (参见 图 2 ) 。
4、 将矫正器 2加热后, 嵌置于基层单体 1的垂直部 12的后缘, 使基 层单体 1依矫正器 2形状构成矫正器 2的稳定座 123 , 并以挠性件 3沿该 定位沟 121将矫正器 2绑縛定位 (参见图 2及图 2A ) 。
5、 将前述的各基层单体 1连同绑縛于该多个基层单体 1的矫正器 2 贴附于齿模 4 (参见图 3及图 3A ) , 并凭借垂直部 12的定位沟 121及准 - 线槽 122所形成的十字状基准线, 与齿模 4的十字基准线 41对齐, 并适当 的调整矫正器 2的位置。
6、 将光照树脂 5贴于前述的各基层单体 1, 使光照树脂 5内缘形成咬 合面纹,再以相同的光照树脂 5将各基层单体 1予以相互连接(参见图 4 )。
7、 使光照树脂 5在凝固后, 构成串接的基层单体 1。 8、 将串接的各基层单体 1连同绑缚于该多个基层单体 1的矫正器 2 由齿模 4取下 (参见图 5 ) 。
9、在各矫正器 2背胶后,将串接的各基层单体 1连同绑縛于该多个基 层单体 1的矫正器 2直接贴附于患者需矫正的各齿部。
10、 背胶定型后, 将绑缚于各基层单体 1的挠性件 3以特定的工具挑 去, 并将各基层单体 1由矫正器 2拆卸 (参见图 6 ) 。
11、 在基层单体 1拆卸后, 该多个矫正器 2即可分别固定于需矫正的 齿部的表面 (参见图 7 ) , 如此, 牙医师即可将各矫正器 2予以紧密连接, 完成矫正器的安装作业。
为实施上述的整个制作及安装程序的步骤, 本发明还提供一种牙齿矫 正器的定位结构, 包含一设有十字基准线并依据患者的齿形制作的齿模 4、 一挠性件 3及一矫正器 2, 其中, 该定位结构包含各别设有水平勾部 11及 垂直部 12的多个基层单体 1、 该基层单体 1的垂直部 12设有横向的定位 沟 121 , 并于中央位置设有竖直向的准线槽 122, 以形成十字状的基准线, 与齿模 4的十字基准线 41对齐以调整矫正器 2的位置,将挠性件 3与矫正 器 2绑缚定位, 并将矫正器 2嵌置于基层单体 1的垂直部 12, 使基层单体 1依矫正器 2形状构成矫正器 2的稳定座。
该多个基层单体 1的垂直部 12标示有齿部的编号 1 1 1 (参见图 2 ) 。 该定位结构进一步包括一光照树脂 5, 光照树脂 5贴于前述的各基层 单体 1 , 使光照树脂 5内缘形成咬合面纹, 再以相同的光照树脂 5将各基 层单体 1予以相互连接, 使光照树脂 5凝固后构成串接的基层单体 1。
该多个基层单体 1以塑胶射出成型方式制作。
前述本发明的牙齿矫正器的定位方法及结构, 较之传统的安装方式, 其至少具备以下的优点:
1、 省略由技师制作基层单体的麻烦, 牙医师可直接使用, 节省安装的 时间, 提高作业效率。 2、 由于省略由技师制作基层单体的程序, 可降低安装的成本及患者的 经济负担。
3、安装时直接将串接的基层单体及矫正器置于患者牙齿,作业时间可 快速、 准确。
前述实施例, 仅为说明本发明的较佳实施方式, 而非限制本发明的范 围, 凡经由些微修饰、 变更, 仍不失本发明的要义所在, 亦不脱本发明的 精神范畴。
综上所述, 本发明以事先成型的基层单体, 配合供绑縛于基层单体的 矫正器, 使牙齿矫正器的安装更为方便且更具效率, 以降低安装的成本。 为一实用的设计, 诚属一俱新颖性的发明, 爰依法提出专利的申请, 祈钧 局予以审查, 早日赐准专利, 至感德便。

权利要求
1、 一种牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其特征在于, 包含以下的步骤: a、 依据患者的齿形制作出齿模, 于齿模画出十字的基准线;
b、 利用矫正器制作基层单体, 于各基层单体设有十字状的基准线, 并 于各基层单体依不同的齿部予以编号;
c、将矫正器加热后,嵌置于基层单体,并以挠性件将矫正器绑缚定位, 使基层单体依矫正器形状构成矫正器的稳定座;
d、将前述的各基层单体连同绑縛于该多个基层单体的矫正器贴附于齿 模, 并凭借其十字状基准线, 与齿模的十字基准线对齐, 并调整矫正器的 位置;
e、将光照树脂贴于前述的各基层单体,使光照树脂内缘形成咬合面紋, 再以相同的光照树脂将各基层单体予以相互连接;
f、 使光照树脂在凝固后, 构成串接的基层单体;
g、将串接的各基层单体连同绑缚于该多个基层单体的矫正器由齿模取 下;
h、 于各矫正器背胶后,将串接的各基层单体连同绑缚于该多个基层单 体的矫正器直接贴附于患者需矫正的各齿部;
i、 在前述的背胶定型后, 将绑缚于各基层单体的挠性件挑去, 并将各 基层单体由矫正器, 该多个矫正器能够分别固定于需矫正的齿部的表面, 将各矫正器予以紧密连接, 完成矫正器的安装作业。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其特征在于, 该多个 基层单体以塑胶射出成型方式制作。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其特征在于, 该多个 基层单体包含水平勾部及由该水平勾部向下延伸的垂直部, 凭借该水平勾 部勾持于齿模及患者齿部。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的牙齿矫正器的定位方法, 其特征在于, 该多个 基层单体的垂直部, 设有横向的定位沟及竖直向的准线槽, 以形成的十字二 状的基准线。
5. 一种牙齿矫正器的定位结构, 包含一设有十字基准线并依据患者的 齿形制作的齿模、 一挠性件及一矫正器, 其特征在于: 该定位结构包含各 别设有水平勾部及垂直部的多个基层单体、 该基层单体的垂直部设有横向 的定位沟, 并于中央位置设有竖直向的准线槽, 以形成十字状的基准线, 与齿模的十字基准线对齐以调整矫正器的位置, 将挠性件与矫正器绑缚定 位, 并将矫正器嵌置于基层单体的垂直部, 使基层单体依矫正器形状构成 矫正器的稳定座。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的牙齿矫正器的定位结构, 其特征在于, 该多个 基层单体的垂直部标示有齿部的编号。
