L'invention concerne une paroi (1) préfabriquée s'utilisant dans des constructions pour conférer une isolation acoustique et thermique. La paroi (1) préfabriquée de l'invention contient au moins deux panneaux de plâtre (panneaux muraux) (2), un isolant (3) collé aux faces du panneau de plâtre (panneau mural) (2) orientées vers l'intérieur, et une matière de mousse (4), placée entre les panneaux de plâtre (panneaux muraux) (2) de manière à former des zigzags, un espace étant prévu entre les zigzags.
