Abstract
본 발명은 성체줄기세포의 노화 억제 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 성체줄기세포에서 발현하는 miRNA-23a, miRNA-26a 및 miRNA-30a로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 발현을 특이적인 억제제를 이용하여 발현을 억제시킴으로써, high mobility group A2(HMGA2)의 발현을 증가시키고, p16 또는 p21의 발현을 감소시켜 성체줄기세포의 노화를 억제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 성체줄기세포의 노화 억제 방법은 성체줄기세포 배양시 계대배양을 시행할수록 세포의 노화가 빠른 속도로 진행되어 세포 분열이 급격히 감소하는 문제점을 해결할 수 있다. 이로써 분화능과 세포 재생 능력을 그대로 유지한 성체줄기세포를 오래 유지할 수 있어 세포 치료제 혹은 연구용으로 사용할 수 있는 세포를 더욱 많이 확보할 수 있다.
