REVENDICATIONS
1 . Véhicule automobile comportant un toit escamotable (1 ) en matière souple équipé d'une lunette arrière (2), ce toit escamotable (1 ) étant déplaçable grâce à un mécanisme (3) d'entraînement du toit (1 ), entre une position fermée dans laquelle le toit (1 ) recouvre l'habitacle (4) du véhicule et une position ouverte dans laquelle le toit (1 ) est replié dans un logement (5) situé derrière l'habitacle (4), caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme (3) est directement relié à la lunette arrière (2) par une liaison mécanique rigide (14) permettant de faire pivoter la lunette arrière (2) de l'arrière vers l'avant lors du déplacement du toit (1 ) entre la position fermée et la position ouverte et en ce que la lunette arrière (2) est montée pivotante autour d'un axe (15) fixe et transversal par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (X) du véhicule et situé près du bord inférieur (2a) de la lunette arrière (2), ladite liaison mécanique (14) étant constituée par une bielle articulée à une manivelle (16) reliée à la lunette arrière (2), l'articulation (17) de la bielle (14) à la manivelle (16) étant guidée par une lumière (18) en forme d'arc de cercle centré sur l'axe (15) de pivotement de la lunette arrière (2), réalisée dans une plaque (19) fixe par rapport à la caisse du véhicule. 1. Motor vehicle comprising a retractable roof (1) of flexible material equipped with a rear window (2), this retractable roof (1) being movable by means of a mechanism (3) for driving the roof (1), between a closed position in which the roof (1) covers the passenger compartment (4) of the vehicle and an open position in which the roof (1) is folded into a housing (5) located behind the passenger compartment (4), characterized in that said mechanism (3) is directly connected to the rear window (2) by a rigid mechanical connection (14) for pivoting the rear window (2) from the rear to the front when moving the roof (1) between the position closed and the open position and in that the rear window (2) is pivotally mounted about an axis (15) fixed and transverse to the longitudinal axis (X) of the vehicle and located near the lower edge (2a) of the rear window (2), said mechanical connection (14) being constituted by a b it is articulated to a crank (16) connected to the rear window (2), the articulation (17) of the connecting rod (14) to the crank (16) being guided by a light (18) in the form of an arc of a circle centered on the axis (15) of pivoting of the rear window (2), made in a plate (19) fixed relative to the vehicle body.

Véhicule automobile selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que ladite plaque (19) est sensiblement verticale et ladite articulation (17) de la bielle (14) à la manivelle (16) est mobile dans la lumière (18) en forme d'arc de cercle entre une position dans laquelle la lunette arrière (2) est dressée vers le haut et une position dans laquelle la lunette arrière (2) est située sensiblement horizontalement dans ledit logement (5).  2. Motor vehicle according to claim 3, characterized in that said arm (20) is connected to said connecting rod (14) by a hinge (24) spaced from the joint (22) of said arm (20) to said fixed part (23) of the vehicle body, so that the pivoting of the arm (20) towards said retracted position causes the displacement of the connecting rod (14) and the displacement of its articulation (17) to said crank (16) in said circular arcuate lumen (18).

Véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme (3) d'entraînement du toit comprend un second bras (25) situé devant ledit bras (20) relié de façon articulée à ladite partie (10) supportant la matière souple du toit (1 ) et à ladite partie fixe (23) de la caisse, ces deux bras (25, 20) formant avec leurs articulations un parallélogramme déformable.  5. Motor vehicle according to one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in that said mechanism (3) driving the roof comprises a second arm (25) located in front of said arm (20) hingedly connected to said part ( 10) supporting the flexible material of the roof (1) and said fixed part (23) of the body, these two arms (25, 20) forming with their joints a deformable parallelogram.

Motor vehicle according to one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that when the roof (1) is in the closed position, the flexible material is stretched between the rear window (2) and said portion (10) supporting the material flexible roof (1) and when the roof (1) is in the open position, the rear window (2) is located under said portion (10) supporting the flexible material and the latter is folded between this portion (10) and the bezel back (2).

Véhicule automobile selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit bras (20) est relié à un organe (28) de commande du pivotement de ce bras (20), le point de liaison (29) entre cet organe (28) et le bras (20) étant situé dans la zone où sont situées l'articulation (22) dudit bras (20) à ladite partie fixe (23) de la caisse et l'articulation (24) de ladite bielle (14).  7.
