一种喷雾矿泉水瓶盖及其构成的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶 技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿泉水瓶盖,尤其涉及一种喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,以及由喷雾矿泉水瓶盖构成的多功能矿泉矿泉水瓶。
背景技术
常见的矿泉水瓶盖,由与矿泉水瓶口螺合的盖体组成,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,当人们需要饮用瓶中水时,打开瓶盖即可直接饮用。这种瓶盖的用途主要在于对瓶体内的矿泉水进行密封,同时还具体一定的防伪功能。这种瓶盖功能单一,导致与瓶盖配合的矿泉水瓶也存在功能单一,无法满足人们的日常需求。 目前人们外出时携带的矿泉水,只能作为饮料饮用。当面对比较炎热的天气,如在烈日下的球场看球,有人会将矿泉水直接洒在脸上或者倒到头上,起到降温的效果。但这种降温的方法一次用水量大,容易造成矿泉水的极大浪费,从而造成携带的矿泉水不能满足需求,而且降温效果有限,无法调节身边的空气环境。因此,需要进一步改良并完善。
技术问题
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,具有喷雾功能的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,该喷雾矿泉水瓶盖与弹性变形矿泉水瓶体配合,可直接饮用或调节人体周围空气环境。 本发明的另一目的是提供了由喷雾矿泉水瓶盖构成的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶。
技术解决方案
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案: 一种喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,包括: (a)一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔; (b)一喷雾装置,该喷雾装置包括雾化阀芯和喷头,雾化阀芯的外壁设有至少两条导水槽,在雾化阀芯对应于导水槽的端面上设有与导水槽对应的雾化槽;喷头设有容置雾化阀芯的空腔,喷头的一端端面上设有喷雾孔;雾化阀芯与喷头空腔过盈配合,雾化孔与喷头配合连通; (c)一锁水装置,该锁水装置包括一固定部和相对于固定部转动的活动部,固定部固定连接于盖体上并设有出水口;活动部设有与固定部出水口对应的进水口,活动部相对于固定部来回转动可实现固定部出水口与活动部进水口位置对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关;活动部内设有腔体,喷雾装置与该腔体过盈配合。 一种多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,包括弹性变形瓶体和喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其中喷雾矿泉水瓶盖包括: (a)一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔; (b)一喷雾装置,该喷雾装置包括雾化阀芯和喷头,雾化阀芯的外壁设有至少两条导水槽,在雾化阀芯对应于导水槽的端面上设有与导水槽对应的雾化槽;喷头设有容置雾化阀芯的空腔,喷头的一端端面上设有喷雾孔;雾化阀芯与喷头空腔过盈配合,雾化孔与喷头配合连通;
(c)一锁水装置,该锁水装置包括一固定部和相对于固定部转动的活动部,固定部固定连接于盖体上并设有出水口;活动部设有与固定部出水口对应的进水口,活动部相对于固定部来回转动可实现固定部出水口与活动部进水口位置对接
或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关;活动部内设有腔体,喷雾装置与该腔体过盈配合。 所述的锁水装置固定部为设在盖体中央轴向的管体,该管体下端封闭,在管体靠近封闭端的侧壁设有出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部下端液密套接于管体内并与相对于管体转动,活动部下端对应于固定部出水口位置设有进水口,活动部相对固定部的转动可实现出水口和进水口位置的对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关。 所述的锁水装置固定部管体内壁设有一环形凹槽,所述锁水装置活动部设有与固定部管体内壁凹槽相配合的环形凸起。 所述的锁水装置固定部底端面内侧设有一柱形凸起,该柱形凸起与锁水装置活动部下端内径相配合。 所述的锁水装置活动部呈直线形,配合安装于固定部管体内并可相对于管体转动;喷雾装置过盈固定安装于活动部的上端腔体内。 所述锁水装置活动部呈直角形,包括相互连通的竖直方向的连接管体和水平方向的管体,竖直方向的连接管体与水平方向的管体一体成型;竖直方向的管体与锁水装置固定部液密配合连接,活动部以竖直方向管体为轴相对于固定部转动;水平方向的管体内部设有腔体,喷雾装置安装于腔体内并与腔体过盈液密配合。 所述的锁水装置活动部上端外侧设有转动手柄,中部与盖体端面之间设有开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位凸块和固定在活动部对应位置的限位块。

在竖直方向管体转动方向上设有与管体配合的弧面。 所述的定位锁水装置处于关闭状态的定位块弧面下端对于水平管体另一侧设有一限位凸起,防止水平管体在无外观作用下自动开启。 所述的锁水装置固定部固定于盖体端面上,固定部上设有球面工作面,球面工作面上设有出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部包括与固定部球面工作面液密配合的球体,球体通过转动轴与固定部活动连接;球体沿出水口转动轨迹上设有条形进水口,使球体离开锁水装置关闭状态后,出水口与进水口对接开启;球体上固定于管体,管体内部腔体与条形进水口连通,管体的开口端与喷雾装置过盈液密连接。 所述的锁水装置固定部设有活动部开启和关闭的定位装置,使活动部在规定的90°角弧度内转动。
有益效果
由于采用了上述结构,本发明的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖通过与弹性变形矿泉水瓶体配合并构成多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,既保证了矿泉水的正常饮用,又可通过手动挤压瓶体,使瓶体变形,瓶体压力增大,水通过瓶盖上的锁水装置出水口进入进水口,经导水槽进入雾化槽后从喷雾孔喷出,实现人们的喷雾饮用。同时,在户外或周围环境灰尘较大、较炎热的情况下,通过矿泉水瓶倒置,喷头对着人体或人体周围,用力挤压瓶体即可实现对空气中喷雾,降低人体周围温度,同时使灰尘与水雾结合后沉降,让人觉得更凉爽、清新和舒适。本发明结构简单,实用性强,具有较大的市场前景。

如图1至7所示,一种喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,包括盖体1、喷雾装置2和锁水装置。盖体1与矿泉水瓶瓶口液密配合,在盖体1的端面上设有出水口。一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔。喷雾装置2包括雾化阀芯21和喷头22,雾化阀芯21的外壁设有至少两条导水槽24,也可根据出水量大小增加导水槽的数量,在雾化阀芯21对应于导水槽24的端面上设有与导水
槽24对应的雾化槽26,导水槽24和雾化槽26之间通过两连接槽25连通。喷头22设有容置雾化阀芯21的空腔28,喷头21的一端端面上设有喷雾孔23;雾化阀芯21与喷头22空腔过盈配合,雾化孔26通过一同轴圆台形腔体27与喷头22配合连通。 锁水装置包括一固定部40和相对于固定部40转动的活动部,固定部40为设在盖体1中央轴向的管体,该管体下端封闭,并在其底端内侧设有柱形凸起42,在管体靠近封闭端的侧壁设有出水口44。锁水装置活动部呈直角形,包括相互连通的竖直方向的连接管体32和水平方向的管体31,竖直方向的连接管体32与水平方向的管体31一体成型。竖直方向的管体32外壁与锁水装置固定部40管体内壁液密配合连接,管体32端口与柱形凸起42配合。竖直方向管体32下端对应于出水口44设有进水口30,活动部以竖直方向管体32为轴相对于固定部40转动,实现出水口44与进水口30对接或交错,从而实现喷雾装置2的开启或关闭。水平方向的管体31内部设有腔体38,腔体38内部设有支撑雾化阀芯21的支撑架43,喷雾装置安装于腔体38内并与腔体38过盈液密配合,支撑架43支撑雾化阀芯21。为了加强活动部竖直管体32与固定部40管体的液密效果,锁水装置固定部40管体内壁设有一环形凹槽41,所述锁水装置活动部设有与固定部40管体内壁凹槽41相配合的环形凸起39。
盖体1端面上设有锁水装置开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体1端面上0°和90°位置的定位块33和36,分别定位锁水装置的开启和关闭,定位块在竖直方向管体转动方向上设有与管体配合的弧面34和37。定位锁水装置处于关闭状态的定位块弧面下端对于水平管体另一侧设有一限位凸起35,防止水平管体31在无外力作用下自动开启。当然,出于使用卫生方面的考虑,还
可在盖体的上方增加一副盖,副盖通过弹性连接件与盖体活动连接;或者,在喷头的喷雾孔一端,增加一小盖体,增强锁水效果和使用卫生。 实施方式二 如图8所示为本发明的第二种实施方式,与第一种实施方式的直角形结构的锁水装置活动部相比,本实施例的锁水装置活动部呈直线形,包括活动部管体31和管体32,管体32套接于如实施方式一结构的固定部40管体内,环形凸起39与环形凹槽41配合,管体32的下端口与固定部管体底部的柱形凸起42配合,进水口30与出水口44随差活动部相对固定部来回转动而对接或交错,实现对矿泉水瓶内水进入活动部的开启和关闭。管体31内设有空腔,雾化阀芯21套接于喷头内部空腔内构成喷雾装置2,喷雾装置套接于管体31内部空腔内。为了方便转动锁水装置的活动部,在管体31上部两侧分别设有转动手柄45。管体31中部与盖体1端面之间设有开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位凸块47、48和固定在活动部对应位置的限位块46。 实施方式三 如图9至12所示是本实用新型的第三种实施方式,一种喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,包括盖体1、喷雾装置和锁水装置,喷雾装置包括雾化阀芯21和喷头22,雾化阀芯21的外壁设有至少两条导水槽24,也可根据出水量大小增加导水槽的数量,在雾化阀芯21对应于导水槽24的端面上设有与导水槽24对应的雾化槽26,导水槽24和雾化槽26之间通过两连接槽连通。喷头22设有容置雾化阀芯21的空腔,喷头22的一端端面上设有喷雾孔23;雾化阀芯21与喷头22空腔过盈配合,雾化孔26通过一同轴圆台形腔体27与喷头22配合连通。
锁水装置固定部固定于盖体1端面上,其下端管体套接于盖体1的管本内,
环形凸起39和环形凹槽41相配合。固定部下端管体端面上设有球面工作面,球面工作面上设有出水口51;所述的锁水装置活动部包括与固定部球面工作面液密配合的球体49,球体通过转动轴52与固定部活动连接;球体沿出水口49转动轨迹上设有条形进水口50,使球体49离开锁水装置关闭状态后,出水口51与进水口50对接开启;球体49上固定有管体31,管体31内部腔体与条形进水口50连通,管体的开口端与喷雾装置过盈液密连接。固定部还设有活动部开启和关闭的定位装置48,使活动部在规定的90°角弧度内转动。 实施方式四 如图13以及图1至图7所示,一种多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,包括弹性变形瓶体4和喷雾矿泉水瓶盖。弹性变形瓶体,喷雾矿泉水瓶盖包括盖体1、喷雾装置2和锁水装置。盖体1与矿泉水瓶瓶口液密配合,在盖体1的端面上设有出水口。一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔。喷雾装置2包括雾化阀芯21和喷头22,雾化阀芯21的外壁设有至少两条导水槽24,也可根据出水量大小增加导水槽的数量,在雾化阀芯21对应于导水槽24的端面上设有与导水槽24对应的雾化槽26,导水槽24和雾化槽26之间通过两连接槽25连通。喷头22设有容置雾化阀芯21的空腔28,喷头21的一端端面上设有喷雾孔23;雾化阀芯21与喷头22空腔过盈配合,雾化孔26通过一圆台形腔体27与喷头22配合连通。

本发明的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖通过与弹性变形矿泉水瓶体配合并构成多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,既保证了矿泉水的正常饮用,又可通过手动挤压瓶体,使瓶体变形,瓶体压力增大,水通过瓶盖上的锁水装置出水口进入进水口,经导水槽进入雾化槽后从喷雾孔喷出,实现人们的喷雾饮用。同时,在户外或周围环境灰尘较大、较炎热的情况下,通过矿泉水瓶倒置,喷头对着人体或人体周围,用力挤压瓶体即可实现对空气中喷雾,降低人体周围温度,同时使灰尘与水雾结合后沉降,让人觉得更凉爽、清新和舒适。本发明结构简单,实用性强,具有较大的市场前景。

  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部底端面内侧设有一柱形凸起,该柱形凸起与锁水装置活动部下端内径相配合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部呈直线形,配合安装于固定部管体内并可相对于管体转动;喷雾装置过盈固定安装于活动部的上端腔体内。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述锁水装置活动部呈直角形,包括相互连通的竖直方向的连接管体和水平方向的管体,竖直方向的连接管体与水平方向的管体一体成型;竖直方向的管体与锁水装置固定部液密配合连接,活动部以竖直方向管体为轴相对于固定部转动;水平方向的管体内部设有腔体,喷雾装置安装于腔体内并与腔体过盈液密配合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部上端外侧设有转动手柄,中部与盖体端面之间设有开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位凸块和固定在活动部对应位置的限位块。

  9. 根据权利要求8所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的定位锁水装置处于关闭状态的定位块弧面下端对于水平管体另一侧设有一限位凸起,防止水平管体在无外观作用下自动开启。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部固定于盖体端面上,固定部上设有球面工作面,球面工作面上设有一出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部包括与固定部球面工作面液密配合的球体,球体通过转动轴与固定部活动连接;球体沿出水口转动轨迹上设有条形进水口,使球体离开锁水装置关闭状态后,出水口与进水口对接开启;球体上固定于管体,管体内部腔体与条形进水口连通,管体的开口端与喷雾装置过盈液密连接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部设有活动部开启和关闭的定位装置,使活动部在规定的90°角弧度内转动。
  12. 一种多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,包括弹性变形瓶体和喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征在于,喷雾矿泉水瓶盖包括 (a)一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔; (b)一喷雾装置,该喷雾装置包括雾化阀芯和喷头,雾化阀芯的外壁设有至少两条导水槽,在雾化阀芯对应于导水槽的端面上设有与导水槽对应的雾化槽;喷头设有容置雾化阀芯的空腔,喷头的一端端面上设有喷雾孔;雾化阀芯与喷头空腔过盈配合,雾化孔与喷头配合连通; (c)一锁水装置,该锁水装置包括一固定部和相对于固定部转动的活动部,固定部固定连接于盖体上并设有出水口;活动部设有与固定部出水口对应的进水口,活动部相对于固定部来回转动可实现固定部出水口与活动部进水口位置对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关;活动部内设有腔体,喷雾装置与该腔体过盈配合。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部为设在盖体中央轴向的管体,该管体下端封闭,在管体靠近封闭端的侧壁设有出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部下端液密套接于管体内并与相对于管体转动,活动部下端对应于固定部出水口位置设有进水口,活动部相对固定部的转动可实现出水口和进水口位置的对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部管体内壁设有一环形凹槽,所述锁水装置活动部设有与固定部管体内壁凹槽相配合的环形凸起。
  15. 根据权利要求13或14所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部底端面内侧设有一柱形凸起,该柱形凸起与锁水装置活动部下端内径相配合。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部呈直线形呈,配合安装于固定部管体内并可相对于管体转动;喷雾装置过盈固定安装于活动部的上端腔体内。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述锁水装置活动部呈直角形,包括相互连通的竖直方向的连接管体和水平方向的管体,竖直方向的连接管体与水平方向的管体一体成型;竖直方向的管体与锁水装置固定部液密配合连接,活动部以竖直方向管体为轴相对于固定部转动;水平方向的管体内部设有腔体,喷雾装置安装于腔体内并与腔体过盈液密配合。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部上端外侧设有转动手柄,中部与盖体端面之间设有开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位凸块和固定在活动部对应位置的限位块。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的盖体端面上设有锁水装置开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位块,分别定位锁水装置的开启和关闭,定位块在竖直方向管体转动方向上设有与管体配合的弧面。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的定位锁水装置处于关闭状态的定位块弧面下端对于水平管体另一侧设有一限位凸起,防止水平管体在无外观作用下自动开启。
  21. 根据权利要求12所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部固定于盖体端面上,固定部上设有球面工作面,球面工作面上设有一出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部包括与固定部球面工作面液密配合的球体,球体通过转动轴与固定部活动连接;球体沿出水口转动轨迹上设有条形进水口,使球体离开锁水装置关闭状态后,出水口与进水口对接开启;球体上固定于管体,管体内部腔体与条形进水口连通,管体的开口端与喷雾装置过盈液密连接。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部设有活动部开启和关闭的定位装置,使活动部在规定的90°角弧度内转动。
