Description
Claims (22)
- 一种喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征在于:包括 (a)一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔; (b)一喷雾装置,该喷雾装置包括雾化阀芯和喷头,雾化阀芯的外壁设有至少两条导水槽,在雾化阀芯对应于导水槽的端面上设有与导水槽对应的雾化槽;喷头设有容置雾化阀芯的空腔,喷头的一端端面上设有喷雾孔;雾化阀芯与喷头空腔过盈配合,雾化孔与喷头配合连通; (c)一锁水装置,该锁水装置包括一固定部和相对于固定部转动的活动部,固定部固定连接于盖体上并设有出水口;活动部设有与固定部出水口对应的进水口,活动部相对于固定部来回转动可实现固定部出水口与活动部进水口位置对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关;活动部内设有腔体,喷雾装置与该腔体过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部为设在盖体中央轴向的管体,该管体下端封闭,在管体靠近封闭端的侧壁设有出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部下端液密套接于管体内并与相对于管体转动,活动部下端对应于固定部出水口位置设有进水口,活动部相对固定部的转动可实现出水口和进水口位置的对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关。
- 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部管体内壁设有一环形凹槽,所述锁水装置活动部设有与固定部管体内壁凹槽相配合的环形凸起。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部底端面内侧设有一柱形凸起,该柱形凸起与锁水装置活动部下端内径相配合。
- 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部呈直线形,配合安装于固定部管体内并可相对于管体转动;喷雾装置过盈固定安装于活动部的上端腔体内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述锁水装置活动部呈直角形,包括相互连通的竖直方向的连接管体和水平方向的管体,竖直方向的连接管体与水平方向的管体一体成型;竖直方向的管体与锁水装置固定部液密配合连接,活动部以竖直方向管体为轴相对于固定部转动;水平方向的管体内部设有腔体,喷雾装置安装于腔体内并与腔体过盈液密配合。
- 根据权利要求5所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部上端外侧设有转动手柄,中部与盖体端面之间设有开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位凸块和固定在活动部对应位置的限位块。
- 根据权利要求6所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的盖体端面上设有锁水装置开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位块,分别定位锁水装置的开启和关闭,定位块在竖直方向管体转动方向上设有与管体配合的弧面。
- 根据权利要求8所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的定位锁水装置处于关闭状态的定位块弧面下端对于水平管体另一侧设有一限位凸起,防止水平管体在无外观作用下自动开启。
- 根据权利要求1所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部固定于盖体端面上,固定部上设有球面工作面,球面工作面上设有一出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部包括与固定部球面工作面液密配合的球体,球体通过转动轴与固定部活动连接;球体沿出水口转动轨迹上设有条形进水口,使球体离开锁水装置关闭状态后,出水口与进水口对接开启;球体上固定于管体,管体内部腔体与条形进水口连通,管体的开口端与喷雾装置过盈液密连接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部设有活动部开启和关闭的定位装置,使活动部在规定的90°角弧度内转动。
- 一种多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,包括弹性变形瓶体和喷雾矿泉水瓶盖,其特征在于,喷雾矿泉水瓶盖包括 (a)一盖体,盖体与矿泉水瓶口液密配合连接,盖体端面上设有出水孔; (b)一喷雾装置,该喷雾装置包括雾化阀芯和喷头,雾化阀芯的外壁设有至少两条导水槽,在雾化阀芯对应于导水槽的端面上设有与导水槽对应的雾化槽;喷头设有容置雾化阀芯的空腔,喷头的一端端面上设有喷雾孔;雾化阀芯与喷头空腔过盈配合,雾化孔与喷头配合连通; (c)一锁水装置,该锁水装置包括一固定部和相对于固定部转动的活动部,固定部固定连接于盖体上并设有出水口;活动部设有与固定部出水口对应的进水口,活动部相对于固定部来回转动可实现固定部出水口与活动部进水口位置对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关;活动部内设有腔体,喷雾装置与该腔体过盈配合。
- 根据权利要求12所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部为设在盖体中央轴向的管体,该管体下端封闭,在管体靠近封闭端的侧壁设有出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部下端液密套接于管体内并与相对于管体转动,活动部下端对应于固定部出水口位置设有进水口,活动部相对固定部的转动可实现出水口和进水口位置的对接或交错,从而实现对喷雾装置供水的开或关。
- 根据权利要求13所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部管体内壁设有一环形凹槽,所述锁水装置活动部设有与固定部管体内壁凹槽相配合的环形凸起。
- 根据权利要求13或14所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部底端面内侧设有一柱形凸起,该柱形凸起与锁水装置活动部下端内径相配合。
- 根据权利要求13所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部呈直线形呈,配合安装于固定部管体内并可相对于管体转动;喷雾装置过盈固定安装于活动部的上端腔体内。
- 根据权利要求13所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述锁水装置活动部呈直角形,包括相互连通的竖直方向的连接管体和水平方向的管体,竖直方向的连接管体与水平方向的管体一体成型;竖直方向的管体与锁水装置固定部液密配合连接,活动部以竖直方向管体为轴相对于固定部转动;水平方向的管体内部设有腔体,喷雾装置安装于腔体内并与腔体过盈液密配合。
- 根据权利要求17所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置活动部上端外侧设有转动手柄,中部与盖体端面之间设有开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位凸块和固定在活动部对应位置的限位块。
- 根据权利要求18所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的盖体端面上设有锁水装置开关定位装置,该定位装置包括分别固定在盖体端面上0°和90°位置的定位块,分别定位锁水装置的开启和关闭,定位块在竖直方向管体转动方向上设有与管体配合的弧面。
- 根据权利要求19所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的定位锁水装置处于关闭状态的定位块弧面下端对于水平管体另一侧设有一限位凸起,防止水平管体在无外观作用下自动开启。
- 根据权利要求12所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部固定于盖体端面上,固定部上设有球面工作面,球面工作面上设有一出水口;所述的锁水装置活动部包括与固定部球面工作面液密配合的球体,球体通过转动轴与固定部活动连接;球体沿出水口转动轨迹上设有条形进水口,使球体离开锁水装置关闭状态后,出水口与进水口对接开启;球体上固定于管体,管体内部腔体与条形进水口连通,管体的开口端与喷雾装置过盈液密连接。
- 根据权利要求21所述的多功能喷雾矿泉水瓶,其特征是所述的锁水装置固定部设有活动部开启和关闭的定位装置,使活动部在规定的90°角弧度内转动。
