Abstract

本发明公开了一种可调整的固定式花洒，其包括花洒主体及连接花洒主体与墙体供水口的连接座；其中该花洒主体密封枢接有一纵向转轴，而纵向转轴的一端与连接座通过横向转轴而枢接在一起，该纵向转轴连通连接座与花洒主体的水路。花洒主体包括设有一个及一个以上的分水腔的本体及与本体配合的一个及一个以上的出水端盖。花洒主体一侧与墙体供水口通过连接座与横向转轴、纵向转轴的配合以实现固定式花洒多角度的喷洒，提高喷洒范围的调整；而花洒本体中分水腔的设置，令其相对纵向转轴的转动即可实现多种状态出水的切换，令切换更加方便的同时丰富固定式花洒使用的多样性。

可调整的固定式花洒
技术领域
本发明有关一种淋浴设备，特别是指一种可调整的固定式花洒。
背景技术
日常，我们使用的淋浴喷头安装主要有两种方式：
一种是活动式，此种形式主要是目前家居中普遍采用的固定方式，该淋浴喷头主要是从供水接口用软管连接出水，其使用位置为活动的，即俗称手持花洒，使用时可以用手拿着，令花洒喷淋的范围较为灵活，亦可以插固在墙体上的花洒插座中定位使用位置以作为固定式使用，但是外露的出水软管令淋浴设备较为繁琐。
另一种是固定式的顶喷花洒，此种形式主要是用于宾馆或是标准公寓等处的嵌墙式的暗装接口上，淋浴喷头是直接接设在供水口处，外观上较为简洁，但是其位置是固定的，人们在使用时，必须站在固定的位置上才可以冲水，在使用时不具灵活性。为提高顶喷花洒喷洒范围的灵活性，有的顶喷花洒与出水管是采用球头连接，令顶喷花洒具有一定可调的角度，但是主要是以顶喷花洒外壳的中心为转轴实现转动，因而仍存在角度调整有限的问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种可调整的固定式花洒，其有效提高固定花洒喷洒范围的调整，增加使用的便利性。
本发明的次要目的是提供一种可调整的固定式花洒，令固定花洒实现具有多种状态出水的切换。
为实现上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种可调整的固定式花洒，其包括花洒主体及连接花洒主体与墙体供水口的连接座；其中该花洒主体密封枢接有一纵向转轴，而纵向转轴的一端与连接座通过横向转轴而枢接在一起，该纵向转轴连通连接座与花洒主体的水路。
所述花洒主体包括设有一个及一个以上的分水腔的本体及与本体配合的一个及一个以上的出水端盖。
所述本体的内侧设有与纵向转轴配合的沉孔，该沉孔上设有分水孔而分别对准本体中设置的各个分水腔，各分水腔分别对准本体的各个端面的出水端盖。
所述纵向转轴的一端形成横向套座，另一端的侧壁上形成有出水口，该出水口连通横向套座内壁上的进水口。
所述纵向转轴轴身近横向套座的外壁上分布有复数个定位槽，对应该定位槽在上述本体的沉孔侧面设有弹性定位件，其由弹簧与凸粒构成。
所述横向转轴的一端形成端盖，端盖中心为进水孔，而转轴的轴身上对应纵向转轴横向套座的位置设有出水孔。
所述连接座的一端形成套筒与墙体上的供水口密封配合，而另一端形成具有两夹块的套座，两夹块横向形成有枢接孔，以供横向转轴的轴身穿过，套座的宽度恰与纵向转轴套座的厚度相适配。
所述连接座其中一夹块的上部形成有与套筒相通的进水道，该夹块形成有容腔以容纳横向转轴的端盖。
采用上述方案后，本发明固定式花洒主体一侧与墙体供水口通过连接座与横向转轴、纵向转轴的配合以实现固定式花洒多角度的喷洒，提高喷洒范围的调整；而花洒本体中分水腔的设置，令其相对纵向转轴的转动即可实现多种状态出水的切换，令切换更加方便的同时丰富固定式花洒使用的多样性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示，本发明揭示的一种可调整的固定式花洒，其包括花洒主体1、纵向转轴2、横向转轴3及连接座4；该花洒主体1密封枢接纵向转轴2，而纵向转轴2的一端与连接座4通过横向转轴3而枢接在一起，该纵向转轴2连通连接座4与花洒主体1的水路。
如图1、2所示，该花洒主体1包括本体11及与本体11配合的至少一个出水端盖12，本体11的内侧设有与纵向转轴2配合的沉孔111，该沉孔111上设有分水孔112而分别对准本体11中设置的各个分水腔113，该实施例中的本体11中设有五个分水腔113，五个分水腔113分别对准本体11的外侧端面、上端面、下端面、前端面及后端面，各个端面上分别配合不同出水状态的出水端盖12。出水端盖12的数量是依本体11形成的端面数量而灵活设置，则本体11亦对应该端面形成独立的分水腔113。
纵向转轴2的一端形成横向套座21，另一端的侧壁上形成有出水口22，该出水口22连通横向套座21内壁上的进水口23，另在轴身近套座22的外壁上分布有复数个定位槽24，对应该定位槽24在上述本体11的沉孔111侧面设有弹性定位件13，其由弹簧132与凸粒131构成，以令纵向转轴2在配合于本体11的沉孔111中时弹性定位件13与定位槽24具有一档位的定位，即花洒主体1相对纵向转轴2转动时具有一档位的感觉。
横向转轴3的一端形成端盖31，端盖31中心为进水孔311，而转轴3的轴身上对应纵向转轴2套座21的位置设有出水孔32。
连接座4的一端形成套筒41与墙体上的供水口密封配合，而另一端形成具有两夹块42的套座43，两夹块42横向形成有枢接孔421，以供横向转轴3的轴身穿过，套座43的宽度恰与纵向转轴2横向套座21的厚度相适配，其中一夹块42的上部形成有与套筒41相通的进水道422，该夹块42形成有容腔423以容纳横向转轴3的端盖31。
配合图2所示，本发明组合时，是先将纵向转轴2的轴身伸置于花洒主体1本体11的沉孔111中并与之密封配合在一起，而纵向转轴2的横向套座21是伸置于连接座4的套座43中；再将横向转轴3的轴身贯穿连接座4的夹块42与纵向转轴2的横向套座21，同时横向转轴3的轴身与连接座4及纵向转轴2是密封配合连接，此处横向转轴3的端盖31是容置于其中一夹块42的容腔423中，并利用盖体将该容腔423封扣(图中未示出)，如此便将花洒主体1、纵向转轴2、横向转轴3及连接座4四者结合在一起；最后将连接座4的套筒41与墙体上的供水口连接即形成可使用的固定式花洒。组合后的花洒，水流是依次经过连接座4、横同转轴3而由纵向转轴2的出水口22而流入花洒主体1中。
该固定式花洒由于一侧是通过横向转轴3与纵向转轴2与墙体上的供水口连接，则整个花洒是以侧边形成的横向转轴3在转动，所以其喷洒角度的调整得到有效的增大，如图3至图5所示。
再如图6所示，当花洒主体1相对纵向转轴2转动时，花洒主体1本体11中的分水腔113的分水口112对准纵向转轴2的出水口22时，则水流会进入该分水腔113，此时对准该分水腔113的端面出水；再相对纵向转轴2转动花洒主体1，则花洒主体1又会切换至另一端面出水，因而通过花洒主体1相对纵向转轴2的转动而实现不同状态出水的切换。
综上所述，本发明花洒主体1一侧与墙体供水口通过连接座4与横向转轴3、纵向转轴4的配合以实现固定式花洒多角度的喷洒，提高喷洒范围的调整；而花洒本体11中分水腔113的设置，令其相对纵向转轴4的转动即可实现多种状态出水的切换，令切换更加方便的同时丰富固定式花洒使用的多样性。

Claims (6)

1.一种可调整的固定式花洒，其包括花洒主体及连接花洒主体与墙体供水口的连接座；其特征在于：该花洒主体密封枢接有一纵向转轴，而纵向转轴的一端与连接座通过横向转轴而枢接在一起，该纵向转轴连通连接座与花洒主体的水路；所述纵向转轴的一端形成横向套座，另一端的侧壁上形成有出水口，该出水口连通横向套座内壁上的进水口；所述横向转轴的一端形成端盖，端盖中心为进水孔，而横向转轴的轴身上对应纵向转轴横向套座的位置设有出水孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的可调整的固定式花洒，其特征在于：花洒主体包括设有一个及一个以上的分水腔的本体及与本体配合的一个及一个以上的出水端盖。
3.如权利要求2所述的可调整的固定式花洒，其特征在于：本体的内侧设有与纵向转轴配合的沉孔，该沉孔上设有分水孔而分别对准本体中设置的各个分水腔，各分水腔分别对准本体的各个端面的出水端盖。
4.如权利要求3所述的可调整的固定式花洒，其特征在于：纵向转轴轴身近横向套座的外壁上分布有复数个定位槽，对应该定位槽在上述本体的沉孔侧面设有弹性定位件，其由弹簧与凸粒构成。
5.如权利要求1所述的可调整的固定式花洒，其特征在于：连接座的一端形成套筒与墙体上的供水口密封配合，而另一端形成具有两夹块的套座，两夹块横向形成有枢接孔，以供横向转轴的轴身穿过，套座的宽度恰与纵向转轴套座的厚度相适配。
6.如权利要求5所述的可调整的固定式花洒，其特征在于：连接座其中一夹块的上部形成有与套筒相通的进水道，该夹块形成有容腔以容纳横向转轴的端盖。
