Abstract

L'invention porte sur un module, pour le remplissage de bouteilles d'un mélange liquide de propane-butane et de composés basiques, qui est relié à une station de distribution de GPL pour automobile ayant une cuve de GPL enterrée de 5 m3, et sur un procédé de manutention correspondant. Le module selon l'invention est constitué d'un dispositif électronique, pour la correction de pesage des bouteilles, qui est pourvu d'un dispositif de dosage volumétrique électronique relié à la pompe de la station de distribution de GPL pour automobile à l'aide d'une vanne de commande GEMÜ, et d'un dispositif de correction de vidage qui effectue la correction et vide la bouteille en cas de trop-plein ou en cas d'erreur lorsqu'un essai d'étanchéité au gaz est effectué à l'aide d'une pompe à compression manuelle. Le procédé de manutention du module selon l'invention consiste à ouvrir la vanne de commande GEMÜ par la commande du dispositif de remplissage et de pesage, ce qui permet le transport d'un mélange de propane-butane vers un pistolet de remplissage relié à une bouteille de gaz ; une fois le remplissage terminé, le dispositif de pesage commandera la fermeture de la vanne de commande GEMÜ.
