Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un logo anti- falsification à mémoire de forme. Le procédé consiste à préparer une feuille ayant des motifs réguliers concavo-convexes sur sa surface et faite d'un matériau polymère possédant une fonction de mémoire de forme, sur laquelle une distance appropriée est conservée entre les motifs afin d'éviter un recouvrement des motifs lors d'un procédé de laminage subséquent. On exécute un procédé de réticulation irradiée sur la surface de la feuille, et ensuite la feuille est chauffée et laminée par le biais d'une calandre à trois rouleaux de sorte que la feuille devienne un film mince ayant une surface plane. Le film mince est découpé en de petits morceaux portant un seul motif. Le procédé présente les avantages qu'il est un procédé de fabrication simple, qu'il possède une détection de changement de forme pratique et qu'il est bon marché. Le procédé réalise un système anti-falsification sur la capsule de la bouteille de vin par application du matériau polymère ayant une caractéristique de mémoire de forme.
