일반적으로 종래의 물놀이용 튜브는 사용함에 있어 각각 독립형으로 도넛형태, 동물형상의 형태, 매트형태 또는 일부확장형으로 형성되어 있으나 확장형인 경우 그 용도를 추가 확장시 개별적인 부속품이 필요하며 그 용도 또한 한정적이다.
특히, 수영장, 해변에서 일반적으로 사용되는 1구 형태의 물놀이용 튜브는 그 특성상 중앙부에 원형의 구멍이 형성되어 손으로 잡고 있거나 몸통을 끼워서 물놀이용으로 활용되고 있으나 일반적인 튜브의 용도로 제한되어 있어 물놀이를 하지 않을 시에는 다른 용도로 사용되지 못하고 있다.

양쪽의 구멍(13a)(13b)이 존재하는 원형형태몸체(11a)(11b)는 좌우대칭이며 그 사이를 잇는 연결부는 도면 1 내지 4b에 상세하게 도시된 바와 같이, 상하좌우로 자유로운 움직임이 가능한 유연한 힌지형상구조의 몸체가 일체형으로 되어있는 것으로, 2구와 만나는 이음새 부분에 있어 일자형태가 아닌 U자형태로 굴곡을 주어 상하좌우 구부림에 있어 유연하게 움직일 수 있는 공간을 확보한 것이다.
튜브의 공기실은 윗면과 아래면 사이에 밀폐막(16)을 두어 2개의 공기주입구(15a)(15b)가 있는 구조로 이루어진다.
양쪽 몸체(11a)(11b)의 구멍(13a)(13b)은 유아는 몸통을 끼울 수 있으나 일반 어린이나 성인은 팔에 낄 정도의 크기로 이루어진다.
이때, 상기 다용도 물놀이용 튜브(1)의 재질은 고무 또는 P.V.C(합성수지)등으로 이루어진다.
본 발명은 또한 물놀이용 튜브에 조임끈(24)을 장착한다. 도면 6, 7에 도시된 바와 같이 조임끈은 각기 좌우측 튜브의 원형형태 몸체(11a)(11b)에 하나씩 체결되어 사용자가 좌우측 원형형태 몸체(11a)(11b) 튜브 구멍에 팔을 넣어서 구명용 조끼로 사용할 경우, 튜브가 조끼형태로 접힌 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 한다.
그리고 물놀이용 튜브에는 선루프(17)를 달게 된다. 선루프(17)는 선루프 연결띠(25)를 사용하여 착탈식으로 구성한다. 그 구성을 상세히 기재하면, 도면 8 내지 12에 도시된 바와 같이 먼저 선루프 연결띠(25)를 연결띠 고정구(18)의 관통공(23)에 통과시킨다. 이 후 상기 선루프 연결띠(25)를 튜브좌우측 원형형태몸체(11a)(11b)에 각각 체결시키며, 상기 선루프 연결띠(25)에 후크(19)를 이용하여 선루프를 연결한다.
한편 선루프는 선바이저라고도 통칭하는 것으로, 도면 9에 도시된 바와 같이, 탄성이 있는 넓은 판재형태이다. 선루프의 양단을 각각 물놀이 튜브에 연결하게 되면 아치형으로 되어 사용자가 여름의 뜨거운 태양광(자외선)을 용이하고 간편하게 차단할 수 있는 것이다.
그리고 필요에 따라 다수 개의 선루프(17)를 구비하고, 각각의 선루프는 태양광의 차단정도를 달리 구성함으로써, 사용자가 필요에 따라 선탠도 적정하게 할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 물놀이용 튜브의 형태를 그 원형형태 몸체(11a)(11b) 외면에 체결용 볼록부(21)와 오목부(22)를 형성함으로써 각각의 물놀이용 튜브는 도면 15에 도시된 바와 같이, 서로 연결할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. 연결이 공고하게 하기 위해 원형형태몸체(11a)(11b) 볼록부와 오목부에 각각 대응되게 똑딱단추를 설치한다. 그리고 볼록부와 오목부 대신에 상기의 연결띠를 사용하여 각각의 물놀이용 튜브를 연결할 수 있다. 이렇게 하면 다수개의 물놀이용 튜브를 서로 연결하여, 뗏목 등을 만들 수 있고, 두 개만을 연결하면 연인용 물놀이용 튜브를 만들 수 있는 것이다.
따라서 본 발명은, 물속에서 물놀이용 튜브 이외에 의자, 매트리스, 베개 등의 다양한 형태로 편리하게 사용 가능하며, 또한, 고정화되지 않고 유연한 힌지형상구조의 몸체를 자신의 신체에 맞게 조절이 가능하여 물놀이 외의 활동 시에도 간이매트리스, 방석, 커플베개, 목 베개, 차량용 쿠션, 게임용품 등 다양한 용도로 사용이 가능하여 경제적으로 사용 가능하며, 그리고 본 발명은 조임끈에 의하여 구명조끼로 사용가능하며, 선루프를 착탈식으로 연결하여 자외선을 차단할 수 있고, 물놀이용 튜브를 서로 연결함으로써 보트나 뗏목 등으로 만들어 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 튜브의 형태가 8자 모양의 형태로 좌우대칭인 두 개의 몸체(11a)(11b)에 각각 삽입구멍(13a)(13b)이 존재하고, 상하좌우로 자유로운 움직임이 가능한 유연한 힌지가 두 개의 몸체(11a)(11b)를 일체형으로 연결하고 있는 것으로, 상기 몸체(11a)(11b)에는 선루프(17)를 착탈식으로 연결할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 물놀이 튜브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(11a)(11b)에는 조임끈(24)을 장착하여, 사용자가좌우측 몸체(11a)(11b) 튜브 구멍에 팔을 넣어서 구명용 조끼로 사용할 경우, 튜브가 조끼형태로 접힌 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 물놀이용 튜브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(11a)(11b) 외면에 체결용 볼록부(21)와 오목부(22)를 형성함으로써 각각의 물놀이용 튜브는 서로 연결할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 물놀이용 튜브.
