具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图12,为本发明的较佳实施例所提供的按钮节水花洒。
结合图1至图3所示,它包括一本体100、一节水机构200、一分水单元300和一出水单元400。
所述本体100包括一手柄130,手柄130内腔设有一能够连通水源的进水通道110,所述分水单元300与本体100之间形成的腔体定义为出水腔120,所述出水腔120与进水通道110接通,出水腔120包括二进水孔121。
所述节水机构200能上下滑动地设于本体100内,它包括一按压机构210、一浮动盖220、一复位件230和一支撑盖240,其中:
所述按压机构210的结构原理类似于自动圆珠笔式结构,它包括一按钮211、一中键212和一控制件213,所述按钮211能露出本体100的顶面,用户通过按压该按钮以控制按钮节水花洒,所述中键212套接于控制件213之上,所述中键212的底端向外凸设有多个环形陈列排布的凸钮2121,控制件213的顶端插入中键212的内腔,它的底端之外凸设有多个环形陈列排布的棘齿2131,以与凸钮2121相配合,实现中键212与控制件213的套接,使得按钮211、中键212和控制件213连动配合,实现自动按压功能;
所述浮动盖220包括:一盖体223和一向上延伸的插接部224,在盖体223插接部224邻近处对称开有二限位孔222,盖体223的底端向下设有二凸起221,该凸起221的末端为锥面并能适配地插入所述的进水孔121;浮动盖220能上下滑动地设于出水腔120内,位于所述出水腔120的底端,它与按压机构210相连接;
所述支撑盖240位于浮动盖220之下,一复位件230设于支撑盖240与浮动盖220之间,本实施例中,复位件230为弹簧,它能够使浮动盖220复位;上述的二进水孔121对称开设在支撑盖240端面上并与分水单元300配合, 进水孔121为类椭圆形, 进水孔121出水截面面积随着浮动盖220和支撑盖240之间的上下相对位置关系变化而变化。
所述分水单元300包括:密封垫340、上分水体330、下分水体350依次 设置于本体内,以切换出水功能;所述出水单元400固接在本体100之下,在 本实施例的 按钮节水花洒中,根据实际使用需要,该出水功能设有按摩水、混合水、花洒水和喷雾水 等出水功能; 所述 密封垫340对称设有两组过水孔,每组过水孔均包括第一过水孔341、第二过水孔342和第三过水孔343,其孔中心位于同一圆周中,其中第一过水孔341与第二过水孔342,第二过水孔342与第三过水孔343孔中心之间的距离小于进水孔121的长轴径,过水孔341、342、343的直径均等于进水孔121的短轴径; 分水单元300 还 包括能转动连接在本体100的转环310,结合图8、图9所示,所述转环310之下凸设有同步轴311,同步轴311包括二弧形筋条,而浮动盖220和支撑盖240的端面上均有对称设置的二限位孔222、241, 其中限位孔孔241为盲孔; 所述同步轴311的筋条能够密封转动地穿过本体100并通过限位孔222、241连接浮动盖220和支撑盖240,以能够带动浮动盖220和支撑盖240同步转动。
其出水功能切换的主要原理为:在所述分水单元300的上分水体330上设有多个分水孔320,它们随支撑盖240和出水单元400的相对转动选择接通进水孔121以切换出水功能,如图10、11、12所示,转动转换310带动支撑盖240转动,其进水孔121接通第一过水孔341,通过分水孔320由水单元400出按摩水;继续转动,进水孔121可同时接通第一过水孔341和第二过水孔342,通过分水孔320由水单元400出混合水;继续转动,进水孔121接通第二过水孔342,通过分水孔320由水单元400出花洒水;继续转动,进水孔121可同时接通第二过水孔342和第三过水孔343,通过分水孔320由水单元400出混合水;继续转动,进水孔121接通第三过水孔343,通过分水孔320由水单元400出喷雾水。
请参阅图4和图5,为本按钮节水花洒正常出水时的示意图。此时按钮211的一部分凸伸出本体100的顶面,而浮动盖220没有向下运动,它与支撑盖240保持一预设距离,相应地,浮动盖的凸起221也没有插于进水孔121内, 整个进水孔121都与进水通道110连通,此时出水量最大。
请参阅图6和图7,为本按钮节水花洒节水时的示意图。按压按钮211后,按钮211的顶面与本体100的顶面齐平并在按压机构210的帮助下保持静止,浮动盖220受到控制件213的顶抵而向下运动,直到其凸起221插入进水孔121内,此时浮动盖220与支撑盖240相靠,由于凸起221设计为上大下小的锥面,因此,当凸起221插入进水孔121后,进水孔并没有被完全堵死,只是进水孔121的出水截面面积减小,相应地,从进水通道110流入出水腔120的水量受到影响而减小,从而实现按钮节水花洒的节水功能。
同理,如此往复地按压按钮211,使其顶面突出于本体100的顶面或者与本体100的顶面齐平,而控制浮动盖220在出水腔120内的上下滑动,以增大或减小进水孔121的出水截面面积,使得本花洒能够便捷地在正常出水和节水之间切换。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种按钮节水花洒,结构简单,使用方便,仅仅通过按钮控制就可实现节水功能,并且还能通过其分水单元实现出水功能切换,实用性强。

Claims (10)

  1. 按钮节水花洒,它包括一本体和一节水机构,其特征在于:
    所述本体内设有一连通水源的进水通道和一出水腔;
    所述节水机构上下滑动地设于本体内,它包括一 类似 自动圆珠笔形式的按压机构和一连接按压机构的浮动盖;
    所述出水腔与进水通道接通并包括至少一进水孔,进水孔出水截面面积随着浮动盖的上下运动而变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述按压机构包括一按钮、一中键和一控制件,所述按钮露出本体以供用户控制,所述中键之外凸设有凸钮,控制件底 端凸设有棘齿,所述中键套接控制件,所述凸钮适配棘齿。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述节水机构还包括一设在浮动盖和本体之间的复位件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述节水机构还包括一支撑盖,所述支撑盖位于浮动盖之下,而且,上述的进水孔开设在支撑盖并贯穿支撑盖,进水孔出水截面面积随着浮动盖和支撑盖之间的上下相对位置关系变化而变化。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4一项所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述浮动盖底面凸设凸起,所述凸起末端成锥面,所述凸起适配进水孔。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:它还包括设置于本体内并能切换出水功能的一分水单元和一出水单元,所述分水单元包括能转动连接在本体的转环,所述转环之下凸设有同步轴,所述同步轴密封转动穿过本体并连接浮动盖和支撑盖,以带动浮动盖和支撑盖同步转动,所述出水单元固接在本体之下,利用支撑盖和出水单元之间的相对转动实现出水功能切换。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述分水单元上设有多个分水孔 ,它们随支撑盖和出水单元的相对转动选择接通进水孔以切换出水功能。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述分水单元与本体之间形成的腔体定义为出水腔,浮动盖能上下滑动地设于出水腔内,支撑盖位于出水腔的底端。
  9. 根据权利要求1中任一项所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述本体还包括与其连接的一手柄,进水通道贯穿于手柄内腔。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的按钮节水花洒,其特征在于:所述分水单元包括:密封垫、上分水体、下分水体依次设置于本体内,以切换出水功能。
