OBJECT OF THE INVENTION - Traditionally, hand deburring cutting tool on swivel blade design have been in existence since past 40 years. These types of tools are one piece construction, normally made out of cutting tool material such as High Speed Steel. They are made by bending the tool blank in a crank shape, heat - treating them and then grinding in different profiles. These tools have been made in 2.6, 3.17 & 6 mm diameter. They generally have single cutting edge. But this invention provides for an innovative insert type hand deburring cutting tool consisting of multiple cutting edges and the other end is having crank shaped deburring cutting holder provided with a crank shaped tool holder provided with a groove for fitting in to handle for easy working by means of the rotatary motion while cutting which will be beneficial for the operation for deburring the edges holes, curvature of various metal and plastic uniformly with high efficiency. Thus instead of single cutting edge, this tool will have multiple
cutting edges mounting on the same tool holder. This blade/tool can be used in any of the existing handles which take either 3.17 mm or 6 mm size of blades. The tool design is such that one or more inserts can be mounted one behind another on the single holder, thereby allowing possibility of deburring two different types of metal application. The multipoint insert have different geometric shape of cutting angles, thereby allowing a single inster to cover deburring application on many types of material.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION-
Accordingly, in one aspect, this invention provides for an innovative insert type hand deburring cutting tool consisting of multiple cutting edges, one side of which is having cutting edge portion called insert and the other end is having crank shaped tool holder provided with a groove for fitting in to handle for easy working by means of the rotatary motion while cutting which will be beneficial for the operation for deburring the edges holes, curvature of various metal and plastic uniformly with high efficiency. The insert portion of the tool can be set in different positions in order to bring forth the cutting edge to be used. The insert can easily be replaced on holder and have single or multiple cutting edges in single or multiple profiles and cutting angles. The cutting tool is designed in such a manner as to enable one or more inserts to be mounted one behind another on the single holder thereby allowing possibility of deburring two different types of metal application. Also provided is a multi point insert having different geometric shape of cutting angles thereby allowing a single insert to cover deburring application on many type of materials. The blade/tool can be used in any of the existing handles which take either 3.17 mm or 6 mm size of blades. The shape of the insert in this tool can be in any profile such as round or polygon. The tool is extremely cost effective in comparison to the existing single cutting edge
deburring blades/tools because of multiple cutting edges and the common holder on which the insert can be replaced
