目前移动终端的电子邮件业务中, 发送方用户发送一封邮件给接收方用 户后, 不知道该电子邮件是否发送成功, 即使发送成功了也不知道该电子邮 件是否已经被接收方用户阅读, 而发送方用户可能需要得到对自己电子邮件 的立即回复, 但是如果没有得到接收方的回复或邮件已被阅读的通知消息, 发送方用户可能要反复发送电子邮件给接收方, 这样造成网络负担加重, 并 且浪费发送方用户的时间和精力, 降低了网络的服务质量。
发明内容
本发明提供一种移动通信终端管理电子邮件的方法和系统, 能够使移动 通信终端及时获知电子邮件的阅读状态。
为达到上述发明目的, 本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种移动通信系统中管理电子邮件的方法, 包括:
第一移动通信终端向第二移动通信终端发送电子邮件; 以及 所述第二移动通信终端在接收到所述电子邮件后, 通过目的地址为所述 第一移动通信终端的通信号码的短消息, 向所述第一移动通信终端发送所述 电子邮件的阅读报告。

本应用实例以发送方手机通过短信获取阅读报告为例进行说明: 步骤 11、 手机 A开启阅读报告;
步骤 12、手机 A使用 SMTP协议发送包括阅读报告标识的电子邮件到服 务器;
步骤 13、 手机 B使用 POP3或者 IMAP协议从服务器下载并阅读所述电 子邮件;
步骤 14、手机 B根据邮件头判断需要向手机 A发送阅读报告, 并获取以 下参数: 1. 阅读时间; 2.阅读状态; 3. 邮件的主题、 收件人地址以及时间等; 步骤 15、 手机 B的短信单元在系统后台自动将得到的参数封装成短信, 该短信由短信单元通过短信中心发送给手机 A;
步骤 16、 手机 A接收到该短信, 短信内容即为所述电子邮件对应的阅读 才艮告, 短信的内容显示邮件已经阅读以及阅读该电子邮件的时间。
在所述第一应用实施之外, 还可以有其他实施例。 比如作为发送阅读报 告的短信单元可以替换为邮件单元等其他业务单元。 在实际应用中, 阅读才艮 告的发送方式可以由用户进行选择, 既可以使用短信单元也可以使用电子邮 件等单元, 即封装为短信回执或邮件回复等形式。
使用短信回执的优势在于短信作为 CS 业务的响应及时、 接收简单和阅 读方便;使用邮件回复的优势是可以直接在接收邮件的基础上进行邮件答复, 实现简单。 邮件形式回复阅读 ^艮告的区别点描述如下。
应用实例二
步骤 21 ~ 24与应用实例二中步骤 1 ;
步骤 25、 手机 B的电子邮件单元解析阅读报告参数后封装成邮件, 该邮 件由电子邮件单元通过邮件服务器发送给手机 A;
步骤 26、 手机 A接收到该邮件, 邮件内容即为所发送邮件对应的阅读报 告, 内容显示邮件未读即删除和删除该电子邮件的时间。
对应的, 如图 6所示, 本发明提供一种移动通信终端, 包括:
电子邮件单元 601 , 其设置成接收电子邮件;
阅读报告单元 602, 其设置成获取所述电子邮件的阅读报告;
短信单元 603 , 其设置成通过目的地址为该电子邮件发起方的通信号码 进一步地, 所述电子邮件包括所述电子邮件的阅读 告请求信息, 所述 阅读 告单元 602 在所述电子邮件包括所述电子邮件的阅读 告请求信息 时, 获取所述电子邮件的阅读报告。
进一步地, 所述电子邮件中包括所述电子邮件发起方的通信号码, 所述 短信单元 603釆用所述电子邮件发起方的通信号码向所述电子邮件发起方发 送包括所述电子邮件阅读 4艮告的短信。
如图 7所示, 一种移动通信终端, 包括:
设置单元 701 , 其设置成设置是否需要电子邮件的接收方返回电子邮件 的阅读报告;
电子邮件单元 702 , 其设置成在所述设置单元设置需要返回电子邮件的 阅读报告时, 向电子邮件的接收方发送电子邮件;
短信单元 703 , 其设置成从所述电子邮件的接收方接收短信, 携带所述
电子邮件的阅读报告。
进一步地, 所述电子邮件包括所述电子邮件发起方的通信号码和 /或所述 电子邮件的阅读 ^艮告请求信息。
进一步地, 所述电子邮件的阅读 ^艮告请求信息是通过所述电子邮件的邮 件头域发送的。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤是可以 通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存 储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以釆用硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块 的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读 取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明能够保证第一移动通信终端能够及时获取电子 邮件的阅读状态, 提高网络的服务质量, 且实现方法简单。
Claims
1、 一种移动通信系统中管理电子邮件的方法, 包括:
第一移动通信终端向第二移动通信终端发送电子邮件; 以及
所述第二移动通信终端在接收到所述电子邮件后, 通过目的地址为所述 第一移动通信终端的通信号码的短消息, 向所述第一移动通信终端发送所述 电子邮件的阅读报告。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述电子邮件包括所述第一移动 通信终端的通信号码和 /或所述电子邮件的阅读 ^艮告请求信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述电子邮件的阅读报告请求信 息是通过所述电子邮件的邮件头域发送给所述第二移动通信终端的。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一所述的方法, 其中, 所述电子邮件的阅读报 告包括所述第二移动通信终端对所述电子邮件的处理状态, 其中所述处理状
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述电子邮件的阅读报告还包括 所述第二移动通信终端对所述电子邮件的处理时间和所述电子邮件的主题信 息。
6、 一种移动通信终端, 包括:
电子邮件单元, 其设置成接收电子邮件;
阅读报告单元, 其设置成获取所述电子邮件的阅读报告;
短信单元, 其设置成通过目的地址为电子邮件发起方的通信号码的短消
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的移动通信终端, 其中, 所述阅读报告单元是设 置成在所述电子邮件包括阅读报告请求信息时获取所述电子邮件的阅读报 告。
8、 根据权利要求 6或 7所述的移动通信终端, 其中, 所述阅读报告单元 还设置成: 记录本地对所述电子邮件的处理状态、 处理时间以及所述电子邮 件的主题信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的移动通信终端, 其中, 本地对所述电子邮件的

12、 根据权利要求 11所述的移动通信终端, 其中, 所述电子邮件包括所 述电子邮件的发起方的通信号码和 /或所述电子邮件的阅读 ^艮告请求信息。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的移动通信终端, 其中, 所述电子邮件的阅读 报告请求信息是通过所述电子邮件的邮件头域发送的。
