L'invention concerne un support de charges à grande capacité (1), pour la réception et le transport de produits, de marchandises ou analogues, comprenant un fond rectangulaire (5), en particulier du type palette, et des parois latérales (3, 4), en particulier rabattables. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que ledit support de charges à grande capacité présente au moins un fond intermédiaire, qui peut être disposé entre les parois latérales à distance du fond, et en ce que le fond intermédiaire (6) présente, sur au moins deux bords opposés (11, 12), des chevilles (8) et/ou des ouvertures (15) pour la réception des chevilles, de façon que le fond intermédiaire peut être fixé, par assemblage par emboîtement, par l'intermédiaire des chevilles et des ouvertures, sur au moins deux côtés intérieurs opposés (14) des parois latérales.
