본 발명은 자전거 및 조깅전용 도로용 시선 안내 유도램프로서, 내부에 주 LED 램프를 수납 가능한 수납부를 갖는 램프 본체와, 상기 램프 본체의 수납부에 다수개 배열된 주 LED 램프의 상부에 플로팅 배열된 제1 광편향부재와, 상기 제1 광편향부재의 상부에 플로팅 배열된 제2 광편향부재와, 상기 제2 광편향부재의 상부에 배열되고,일측에 광투사구가 형성된 덮개를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시선 안내 유도램프 장치를 제공하기 위한 기술적 특징을 구비한다.
