Abstract

본 발명은 마개의 힌지부 요홈 성형을 위한 내측 슬라이더가 코어본체에 출몰가능하게 구비됨으로써 마개가 개봉여부 확인이 가능함과 아울러 개방시 마개본체부가 고정링에 대하여 안정적 연결상태를 유지하는 고급 나사결합식 마개를 정확하게 사출성형토록 하는 마개 사출성형장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 마개 사출성형장치는 마개 외부형상의 상부를 성형하는 상부성형부와 상기 상부성형부 양측으로 경사형성되는 한 쌍의 슬라이더 작동핀이 구비되는 상원판; 상기 상원판의 하방에 위치하는 스트리퍼 상에서 상기 슬라이더 작동핀에 의하여 상호 대향하여 수평 슬라이드되며 마개 외부형상의 하부를 성형하는 한 쌍의 외측 슬라이더; 및 마개의 내부형상을 성형하는 코어유닛;을 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 코어유닛은 마개 힌지부의 언더컷 처리를 위하여 대응부분에 포켓이 요입 형성되는 코어본체와, 마개의 힌지부 성형을 위한 언더컷부가 상기 포켓에 출몰가능하게 설치되는 내측 슬라이더를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 한다.
