双肩胛角包装盖 技术领域
本发明涉及一种容器的盖体结构, 尤其是涉及一种双肩胛角的包装盖 结构。 背景技术
在包装行业中, 罐头食品、 饮料等罐体类包装, 大量的使用底盖、 顶 盖或易开盖等密封包装盖, 随着技术的进步, 竞争的加剧, 为降低成本, 提高产品质量, 其封罐速度都已高速化, 对产品的一致性, 稳定性提出了 更高要求, 特别是在罐身与包装盖配合高速封罐时, 对封罐压头与包装盖 肩胛角度的配合松紧度提出了较高的要求, 当盖体的肩胛角偏大时, 封罐 压头与肩胛斜面之间的静摩擦力过小, 封罐压头无法提起盖体或盖体与封 罐压头之间产生相对滑动而出现擦伤; 而盖体的肩胛角偏小时, 封罐压头 与肩胛斜面之间的静摩擦力过大, 封罐压头提起后盖体无法落下, 压头不 能定位包装盖产生卷封尺寸不稳定而出现废次品, 造成生产线工序的停顿 或产品的报废, 严重影响了企业生产流水线的正常运行。
理想的配合是封罐压头与包装盖肩胛配合松紧适宜, 因封罐压头的配 合角一旦制成就不再有变化, 这就要求与之配合的包装盖肩胛角保持不变, 才能保证这种配合松紧, 这是传统包装盖所不能满足的。
传统的包装盖结构及成型结构例如图 4、 图 5所示, 其中:
肩胛角: Θ =arctg b/h 从中可知, b由上、 下模芯之间的间隙与材料厚度决定, 上、 下模芯之 间的间隙 b值为一常数, 而材料厚度的波动会对 b值产生影响。
高度 h则由其机床上下运动的重复精度所决定为一变量。
1.机床滑块与上模上下运动时的重复精度造成的肩胛角 Θ变化: 目前高精度的冲床其滑块下死点重复精度也在 0. 05左右, 以 H=4. 75 , 材料厚度为 0. 23为例, H变化 0. 01时,肩胛角 Θ变化 0. 04度; H变化 0. 05 时, 肩胛角 Θ变化 0. 2度; 配合锥度双面就是 0. 4度.
2.材料厚度的波动引起的肩胛角度 Θ变化:
如图 4虚线所示, 当材料厚度从实线波动到虚线时, 肩胛角度从 Θ变 为 θ 1 ; 以 H=4. 75保持常数, 材料厚度变化 0. 01, 肩胛角 Θ变化 0. 22度。 配合锥度双面就是 0. 44度.
材料的厚度变化、 机床下死点的高度变化以及材料的机械性能差异均 可对肩胛角产生很大的影响, 实验表明, 现有技术生产的包装盖的肩胛角 受外界因素影响很大, 造成了不同机床或不同批次材料所生产的包装盖其 肩胛角的大小不一, 在实际生产过程中, 生产线上需有专人处理这些因肩 胛角过大或过小所引起的问题, 严重影响了生产效率和产品质量。
公开日为 2002年 5月 29日、 公告号为 CN2493527Y的专利文件公开了 一种台阶式易开盖, 该台阶式易开盖包括盖体和拉环,其特征在于易开盖的 周边肩胛内侧设有一向下凹陷的台阶,该台阶高度大于拉环高度, 这样在叠 罐时上层罐头位于下层罐头的台阶上方,不会压迫到易开盖上的拉环并进 而损坏刻线。 公开日为 2002年 6月 19日、 公告号为 CN2495566Y的专利文 件公开了一种埋头筋式椭圆罐易开盖, 该埋头筋式椭圆罐易开盖包括盖体 和拉环,其特征在于椭圆盖的周边肩胛内侧设有一道起增强作用的埋头筋 结构。 由于埋头筋结构能够起到增强筋的作用,所以带埋头筋结构的椭圆罐 易开盖的抗变形强度明显提高,这样就能适应更多生产厂家的生产条件,保 证罐头的外观和内在质量。 上述两个专利从罐面的保护及包装盖结构强度 方面考虑, 对盖体的肩胛部分作了一定的改进, 但未涉及盖体肩胛角的变 化给企业带来的生产效率低下等长时间无法解决的技术难题。 发明的公开
本发明为解决现有技术生产的包装盖的肩胛角受外界因素影响偏差较 大, 导致生产效率低下及产品报废的问题而提供一种与封罐压头配合的肩 胛角不受外界因素影响, 精度高且一致性好, 可以显著提高生产效率、 提 高产品质量、 降低生产成本的双肩胛角包装盖。
本发明为达到上述技术目的所采用的具体技术方案为: 一种双肩胛角 包装盖, 包括盖体, 所述盖体的肩胛斜面上设有折弯线, 折弯线的上方形 成上肩胛, 折弯线的下方形成下肩胛, 上肩胛所构成的上肩胛角小于下肩 胛所构成的下肩胛角, 且所述的下肩胛角一经选定即为固定值。 将包装盖 盖体上的肩胛斜面分成具有不同肩胛角的上肩胛与下肩胛, 同时将下肩胛 角的角度锁定在一定值, 这样材料的厚度变化、 机床下死点的高度变化以 及材料的机械性能差异等所引起的肩胛角的角度变化则全部集中体现在上 肩胛角上, 而生产流水线上用于定位、 拾放包装盖或盖体时, 封罐压头仅 与下肩胛接触, 因此, 上肩胛角的角度变化不会影响包装盖或盖体的定位 与拾放, 而包装盖的下肩胛角为固定结构, 精度高且一致性好, 因此, 利 用封罐压头定位与拾放包装盖或盖体时, 不会出现现有技术因肩胛角大小 变化所带来的工序停顿或产品报废的问题, 从而显著地提高生产效率与产 品质量, 降低了工人的劳动强度及生产成本。 另外, 虽然封罐压头仅与下 肩胛接触, 与上肩胛角的关系不大, 但如果上肩胛角大于下肩胛角, 则盖 体叠放时容易发生上下盖体之间除盖体边缘外的其余位置相互接触而不能 堆放, 给高速生产的稳定性带来问题, 而采用下肩胛角大于上肩胛角的技 术方案可以有效地避免这一问题的出现。
作为优选, 下肩胛角的选值范围为 8至 12度, 上肩胛角为 4至 7度。 这里的下肩胛角是包装盖设计时的选定值, 一经选定在生产过程中的各只 盖将保持不变, 而上肩胛角是指包装盖设计时的理论值选定值, 包装盖的 实际值可能因为材料的厚度变化、 机床下死点的高度变化以及材料的机械 性能差异等引起在一定程度上发生变化。
作为优选, 下肩胛的高度为 1. 5至 3. 5毫米。 鉴于现有技术的包装盖 其总高度通常在 4至 6毫米, 因此, 可以将下肩胛的高度控制在 1. 5至 3. 5 毫米之间, 包装盖的总高度越大, 其下肩胛的高度也可以高一些, 反之亦 然, 在满足产品要求的情况下, 下肩胛的高度尽可能取大值, 以提高定位 与增加配合面, 防止擦伤与掉盖。
这种双肩胛角包装盖既适合圆形结构的包装盖, 也适合矩形、 椭圆形 等非圆形结构的包装盖。
本发明的有益效果是: 它有效地解决现有技术生产的包装盖的肩胛角 受外界因素影响偏差较大, 导致生产效率低下及产品报废的问题。 本发明 结构简单, 实施容易, 在不增加任何成本的情况下解决了生产罐头食品、 饮料等罐体类包装产品的企业长期未能解决的技术难题, 具有显著的经济 效益。 附图说明

实施例 1
在如图 1所示的实施例 1 中, 一种双肩胛角包装盖, 包括圆形结构的 盖体 1, 盖体 1的总高度为 5毫米, 所述盖体 1的肩胛斜面 2上设有折弯线 3, 折弯线 3的上方形成上肩胛 4, 折弯线 3的下方形成下肩胛 5, 下肩胛 的高度为 2. 5毫米, 上肩胛 4所构成的上肩胛角 α 的理论值为 6度, 下肩 胛 5所构成的下肩胛角 β为固定值 9度。 双肩胛角包装盖的成型制作过程 如图 2所示, 其上模芯结构如图 3。
实施例 2
实施例 2的包装盖为矩形盖体, 盖体的总高度为 4毫米, 下肩胛的高 度为 1. 5毫米, 上肩胛所构成的上肩胛角 α 的理论值为 5度, 下肩胛所构 成的下肩胛角 β为固定值 8度, 其余和实施例 1相同。
实施例 3
实施例 3的包装盖为椭圆形盖体, 盖体的总高度为 6毫米, 下肩胛的 高度为 3. 5毫米, 上肩胛所构成的上肩胛角 α 的理论值为 7度, 下肩胛所 构成的下肩胛角 β为固定值 10度, 其余和实施例 1相同。
双肩胛角包装盖冲压时, 由于上模芯 6的下端设有倒角 8 (见图 3), 而倒角的角度以冲压成型后的包装盖具有达到设计要求的下肩胛角为标 准,因此上模芯 6与下模芯 7合模冲压后(见图 2 )的包装盖具有一个精度、 一致性很高的下肩胛角, 生产时可以利用下肩胛来拾取包装盖, 这样, 可 以有效地解决现有技术生产的包装盖的肩胛角受外界因素影响偏差较大, 导致生产效率低下及产品报废的问题。

1.一种双肩胛角包装盖, 包括盖体, 其特征是: 所述盖体 (1 ) 的肩胛 斜面 (2 ) 上设有折弯线 (3 ), 折弯线 (3 ) 的上方形成上肩胛 (4), 折弯 线 (3 ) 的下方形成下肩胛 (5), 上肩胛所构成的上肩胛角 (α ) 小于下肩 胛所构成的下肩胛角 (β ), 且所述的下肩胛角 (β ) 一经选定具体角度后 即为固定值。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的双肩胛角包装盖, 其特征在于下肩胛角 (β ) 的选值范围为 8至 12度。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的双肩胛角包装盖, 其特征在于上肩胛角 (α ) 的选值范围为 4至 7度。
4.根据权利要求 1 所述的双肩胛角包装盖, 其特征在于所述下肩胛的 高度为 1. 5至 3. 5毫米。
